We are currently walking towards Mokou's house.

"A-And that's how we meet!"

Mokou said desperately as she grabbed my shoulders.

"R-Really? s-so that means he's not y-...y-your lover?"

I asked for confirmation.

"Yes! I swear! H-He's just fooling around."

Mokou nodded furiously as she pointed towards the boy that was leisurely hovering and following behind us.

"?"

Then the boy talked when he noticed our gaze.

"Hey hey, Mokou-chan, isn't it about time you introduce me to your cute friend over there?"

*Flinch*

I flinched from the word he used to address me.

"Tch! s-stay away from her, why would I introduce a messed up idiot like you to my friend?!"

Mokou suddenly moved and stood between us, as if protecting me from him.

'Mokou, You know I'm a Youkai… and if you thought he was a Human boy... then he's the one that you should protect, not me... Sigh.'

*Shakes head*

I thought helplessly about my friend's silliness.

"Hmph!"

The boy pouted and turned his head to the side.

"*Ahem* M-Mokou, I think you're overreacting a little too much."

*Pat*

I said as I put a hand over her shoulder to make way for me to meet him.

"You hear that? Mokou-chwaaan~!"

"Tch!"

He emphasized the word 'Chan', and Mokou gritted her teeth as she moved out of the way.

'Such a daring boy.'

I thought a little surprised as I approached him.

*Step* *Step*

"My name is Keine Kamishirasawa, it's nice to meet you Mr..."

I introduced myself as I greeted him, while at the same time asking for his name.

"The name's Killua, so you're Keine-san, is that it?"

He said with a smile.

*Nods*

And I approved of his addressing with a nod and a smile of mine.

"Haah?! Now why the hell are you calling her 'SAN' and me using 'CHAN'?!"

Mokou suddenly turned angry and complained to the boy.

"Because you're Mokou-chan?"

"LIKE I SAID! THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL!" *Huff* *Huff*

'W-Why in the world is she so worked up?! Is she really the same aloof Mokou that I know?!'

I was extremely surprised.

Since in all those hundreds of years that I've known her, I've never seen this side of her.

"Mokou~Chwaaan~!"

"Ahhhhhhh! I'LL KILL YOU!"

*Fwish* *Zap* *Fwish* *Zap* *Crunch* *Fwish* *Zap* *Crack* *Fwish* *Zap*

'T-They are fighting now?!'

'N-No way, that guy is t-toying with Mokou.'

I thought even more surprised than before, as I can barely see him poking her forehead every time he dodged a hit from her.

And how can he even move so fast while carrying that huge thing in his back? and even hovering a few centimeters above the ground at that?

'So, he's not Human after all...'

"Damn it! Damn it! DAMN IT! WHY THE HELL I CAN'T TOUCH YOU AT ALL?!"

"Ahahahaha, Mokou-chan~. If you keep this up .."

As soon as he said that, and using one hand, he took a full powered punch from her like it was nothing and pulled her closer to him as he put the other hand behind her waist.

"I'll eat you up~"

He whispered something in her ear, but I couldn't hear it from here.

However, considering Mokou's crimson face and the small tears forming in her eyes, it was really something.

*BOOOOM*

Mokou suddenly called forth her Phoenix Flames, and they engulfed her entire body, thus freeing her from his grasp.

"BAKAAAAAAAAAA!"

"Whoa?! That was dangerous~"

'I-Is it just me, or did he w-willingly release her? H-He was unfazed the whole time...'

Wait…

"Mokou?! The forest! There are flames in the trees!"

I panicked as I noticed a lot of dead trees had begun to catch fire from her position.

"Eh? What?! D-Damn it! I need to bring water!"

Mokou finally noticed it, and immediately dispersed the flames around her.

And as soon as she was about to fly away…

"No need."

A male voice sounded from the side.

*Turns around.*

"?"

"Killua?! This is serious! If we don't extinguish the-Muff!"

"Just watch."

Killua instantly appeared in front of Mokou and again used his finger to silence her mouth.

'If she is really the Mokou that I know, then she would hit him for not reading the situation and would immediately move into action.'

"..."

But I would have never expected that she would instead look seriously into his eyes for a few seconds and actually obediently nodded at him.

"What...in...the..."

I muttered in disbelief.

'No way… he convinced that stubborn and wild Mokou so easily? the same immortal Human that doesn't give a shit about anyone? That boy did?'

I thought as I widened my eyes.

"What are you gonna do?"

She asked him calmly when he retracted his hand, as if she knew and believed he could really do something.

"I'll do this..."

*Inhale*

"?"

"?"

He suddenly inhaled as much air as he could.

'D-Don't tell me, he's gonna...'

*Turns around*

*Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu* *Wooooooooosh* *Wooooooooosh* *Wooooooooosh*

"Ugh!"

"Kyaaa?!"

And like I predicted, he actually used his mere breath to extinguish the flames.

*Wooooooooosh* *Wooooooooosh* *Wooooooooosh*

'B-But, isn't this a little too much?!'

I thought as I barely managed to stand in place from the strong wind he produced from his mouth.

*Fuuuuu*

"Alrighty, mission complete."

He then turned back towards Mokou.

"See? I told you there is no need for water." *Smirk*

"*Sigh* Y-You're an absurd guy as always."

"A-Anoo..."

'I have to check something...'

I timidly approached him.

"Hm? What's wrong, Keine-san?"

He turned to face me with a smile, but still hovering slightly above the ground.

"W-What are you? Are you a Youkai? o-or a God?"

*Flinch*

When those words left my mouth, Mokou suddenly flinched and Killua raised a brow.

'I know it! It was a bad idea after all!'

"I-I'm sorry! I shouldn't have asked!"

I immediately apologized as I bowed to him.

"No no, I don't mind telling you Keine-san, It's not a big deal anyway."

*Nods*

As he said that, he looked towards Mokou, and she… with a serious face, nodded back at him.

"*Ahem* About your question, well... I'm…"

Me and Mokou tensed at that moment.

"A God." *Smirk*

*Gasp*

'G-God?'

"Haah?!"

Mokou shouted confused.

'Eh? s-she didn't know about it too? When they looked at each other, I really thought...'

"Something wrong, Mokou-chan~?"

He asked Mokou with a raised brow.

*Stomp* *Stomp* *Stomp*

Mokou stomped her way to Killua.

*Loom*

"Stop spitting nonsense."

She said as she towered over him.

"Mokou-chan, it's really the truth, you know~?"

*Glare*

"Didn't you tell me you were a Youkai just yesterday?"

"Yes, But I've already become a God today."

"And you want me to believe that?"

"Why not? Isn't this an 'Isekai' world? You should believe me right now, you know~?"

"'Different world' world? What the hell are you talking about?"

"Only the gods know what I'm talking about, you won't understand it, Mo~ Kou~ Chan~" *Wink*

*Glare intensify*

"And when did you become a God anyway?"

"Just a few minutes ago, why?"

"..."

"..."

"Alright Killua-sama, I believe you."

'M-Mokou?'

She said with a serious tone.

"Oh? Really?"

"Yes God-sama, can I please see your hand?"

Mokou said with reverence as she bowed her head deeply.

"Eh? F-Fine."

And Killua hesitantly gave her his right hand.

"I thank you for your..."

Mokou said in reverence as she took his hand.

And as soon as she grabbed his hand...

*Grab*

"NAIVETY!"

She suddenly crouched down.

"W-What?!"

And used every ounce of power she had to jump to the air…

"HMPH!"

And smash Killua against the ground.

*KABOOOOOM*

"Argh!"

"Kyaaaaaa!"

'W-What the hell Mokou?! What are you doing?!'

And after the dirt smoke cleared up.

*Clap* *Clap* *Clap*

"Wow, Almighty God-sama looks so great INSTALLED in the ground, as expected of Killua-sama." *Clap* *Clap* *Clap* *Smirk*

Mokou exclaimed with reverence as she applauded loudly, but she couldn't hide her smirk.

*Crack* *Crack*

"Ouch~ Mokou-chan... This... actually hurts a little..."

"?!"

"..."

*Crack*

"My heart that is~"

*Tap* *Tap*

Killua rose from the deep crater and dusted himself leisurely as if nothing happened at all.

'H-He's sturdy... just like an Oni.'

And there wasn't even a single speck of dust on his Yukata.

'Incredible...'

"Tch! Let's go Keine, just leave that idiot alone, Oh, and he's just an Outsider by the way."

*Step* *Step* *Step*

After Mokou grumbled seeing Killua unscathed, she told me something and walked away.

"Mokou-chan is so reckless~... My sword almost crushed her... fortunately, I was already hovering, so It was possible for me to follow her momentum."

'What did he just say?'

*looks down*

"And this hole in the middle of the road… let's fix it."

As he said that he waved his hand towards the crater.

"RISE."

And it was closed instantly.

'H-He really fixed it...'

I was baffled by the fact that he restored the ground with a mere wave of his hand, no mana needed whatsoever.

"Oh, and the trees too~ RISE."

'I-I'm speechless...'

"Hm? Oh Keine-san, after you~"

When he noticed me, he bowed in courtesy and mentioned for me to go first.

"Eh? Ah, a-alright."

I stuttered a response, before I hurriedly followed after Mokou.

'T-This guy, don't tell me he's actually become a God? Moreover, a young, male one at that? I-If that is really the case then... G-Gensokyo will turn upside down.'

*Shudder*

I shuddered at the thought about what would happen if the Goddesses learned about this, a-and those scary legendary Youkai too…

E-Even if he's just a Youkai, I can already tell he can be classified as a legendary one…

*Turns around.*

I turned to look at him.

"?"

He gave me a cute questioning gaze.

'Poor guy...'

I pitied him internally before I turned back and we continued to follow after Mokou.

"When did you even get those clothes from? And that sword too..."

I asked the guy that was hovering while closing his eyes and laying in the air to my left side.

We are still walking towards my house.

"Hm? Ah those? I just formed them shortly before I met you guys."

There he goes again, with those absurd lies of his.

*Shakes head*

"Sigh."

I sighed in disappointment.

"Um, Killua-san."

And Keine that was to my right spoke up.

"What is it, Keine-san?"

'Damn it, why does he talk normally to her?! While with me he...'

L-Let's forget about that, and hear what they're talking about.

"So you're actually an Outsider?"

"Hmmm, well, you can say that.*Yawn*"

This little... he's so annoying in that sleeping position, and here we are walking normally…

"S-So what does the Outside world look like?"

"The Outside world?"

'Heh, He's from another world, so he obviously doesn't know a damn about it.'

I thought as I silently continued to hear their conversation.

"Yes, you see, since I'm a schoolteacher and also acts as a guardian of the Human Village, I've actually met a lot of other outsiders like you before, and I always liked to hear their stories about the Outside world, but..."

"But?"

"It's already been 50 years long since any Outsider has come to the Human Village, so... I was wondering if you would tell me something about it?"

"Wait... 50 years? I see, so you're a Youkai Keine-san… But how come you've never seen the Outside world before?"

He asked Keine a little surprised.

I decided to join them, so I answered instead.

"Not all Youkai have been living since the creation of the Great Hakurei Barrier, in fact, today a good portion of them have actually been born after it was erected, and Keine is..."

I stopped to let Keine explain about herself.

I won't say anything if she didn't want him to know about it, so I'll let her choose what to say.

"That's right, i'm one of those Youkai that she is talking about."

Keine nodded with a small smile on her face.

'It seems she's planning to tell him... how rare, it's not that often that a Youkai reveal their past.'

I was slightly surprised by the development.

"Keine-san was? I heard that Youkai are born in many ways..."

Killua asked as he stood up from that annoying position of his and seemed quite interested in Keine's past.

"Umu, however, in my case it is actually quite special."

"Special? How so?"

His eyes are basically sparkling... Why is he so interested in her past?

'Oh... yeah, this guy is literally from another world...'

I thought as I continued to walk and silently listen to them.

"Do you know about Half-Youkai?"

She asked him.

*Shakes head*

'He didn't know about it? it's kinda my fault though…'

"Well, basically, a Half-Youkai are the beings that stand between Youkai and Humans."

Killua widened his eyes a little, and Keine continued her explanation.

"With attributes of both, They are resistant to ailments which could affect only Humans or only Youkai, and are generally able to interact with both of their parent species with little trouble."

"I see, so they are something like the ultimate breed, right?"

He asked calculatively.

"Yes, just like a child born from a male God mating with a Goddess or a strong female Youkai, they also don't disappear when no one believe in them anymore."

And she approved.

"Wait a minute... so a male God can make children with Goddesses and strong female Youkai too?!"

He then asked her, extremely surprised.

"...Yes, i'm sorry... you… have to hear that."

And she answered apologetically.

'What? Did she actually believe he became a God? Hahahaha, no way in hell-'

Wait a minute?! Now that I think about it... if he had actually become a God... then…*Smirk* I would have had something good to watch in the future.

I then turned to look at his face.

He was grinning so much, his face will split in two.

'Lucky bastard, I almost would have got the chance to see you get raped by those scary and hungry women.'

Since there is just no way in hell this idiot will become a God, even if he's strong... IT'S JUST IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM.

I don't know why, but it seems the ratio gender of Godly beings is screwed even more than the already screwed Youkai gender ratio.

I heard only 2% of them are males and 98% of them are all Goddesses.

It seems it is impossibly hard to become a God compared to a Goddess, which added another problem that even those 2%, are actually all geezers that can't even handle a full night with a single Goddess, let alone the other 98% ones that want to have a Godly child no matter what.

Those crazy Goddesses will even kill each other for it if it was necessary.

That's just how rare male Gods are in this world, and why Godly children are so treasured by their mothers.

And also why most of them eventually begrudgingly mate with powerful mortals like Human Heroes or rarely with a legendary male Youkai, this last one only if that male Youkai was not already taken by the scary and ridiculously strong female legendary Youkai.

And even then, because Goddesses are just way too much for them to handle, only a handful of Goddesses actually succeeded in becoming pregnant.

I heard some of the persistent Goddesses even killed their mating partner while they're at it.

So the poor male Gods have no other way than to never take on actual physical bodies, and only indirectly interact with the world by entering the bodies of their respective Shrine Maiden.

And the powerful ones can manage by sending mortal apostles or angels in their places, or are just simply too strong for any Goddesses to try and force them to have children with them, like the Dragon God.

While I talked to myself, the other two were having their conversation.
