I stare;

The sky

The stars

Show there.

Their beauty;

Breathless me

Lost in sight

On this night.

I hear them calling.

Blinking.

See them burning.

Flicking.

I can hear them singing.

Singing their celestial song.

I bask in the song of the cosmos,

And I lose myself.

I remember where I was, and continue about.

This pebble is my world.

To me, the speck is insurmountable.

I go about my day, thoughts not of the star...

But still I try to hum that celestial tune.
