Finally! After all that grinding, I finally raised my proficiency level to two! For me to level up such a great technique, I'm sure marvelous! Let's look I'm my progress so far.

This progress great! I managed to raise my spirituality points by five, only losing one point of durability during the process! So practicing this skill is better than meditating! Maybe one day, I can be an excellent and powerful keeper of a realm or something!
