"Father, I have to confess... I... I killed a man... for no one but myself... I didn't hate him; I didn't love him; I didn't even know him... You see, sometimes... I want to hate myself... but when I do... it hurts. Then, I want to love myself... So, I come here... I ask you... I ask God to forgive me... Please, Father... it's your duty."

He heard a desperate sigh.

"God forgives you, My Child."

He was free, again.

The sinner came every day that followed, always with a different victim but the same sin. He couldn't stop... until he was shot.
