"Where am I?" Leo now opening his eyes realized that he was not dead, but alive. He clearly felt that he had lived for sixteen years before jumping in front of that car. So why is he no longer dead?

At first, he chose to lay in the position that he was in, but slowly he lifted his head up in order to look at his surroundings.

Scanning his surroundings, it seemed as if he was in a small cave. The brightness from the world outside of the cave shone inside which originally woke him up. Standing up to stretch his body which was incredibly tensed up, Leo did not understand a thing.

Maybe this was a sick joke that the heavens played on him? If so, where exactly was he, and why was he here? Flashbacks of his life started to run through his head, as he was trying to find an answer for all of this.

"H-How?" looking down at his body, Leo realized that he had absolutely no wounds. However, he wasn't even wearing any clothes! Leo could only gasp in confusion as he tried to make sense of all of this! Alone and in a cave was not something to be happy about, especially now that he was naked with nothing to wear in sight!

"Why am I so small?" pondered Leo as he saw a small stream of water pouring in the cave. Looking at his reflection, he realized that he was about ten years old again! When he apparently died, he was sixteen, but now, it seemed as if he became younger. This started to seem like a nightmare and Leo wanted nothing more but to wake up.

Ideas started to fill his mind, but he still was unable to come up with anything logical. Trying to calm down, Leo started to take deep and slow breaths in order to gain control back of his body.

"How is this even possible?" thinking of what happened, made Leo afraid. He was not a very religious individual, and because of his suicide, there was no way that his destination was a good one. What confused him the most in this moment, was that his body showed no wounds. Since it was like this, hopefully this was only a nightmare and he would wake up soon in the hospital.

For some reason, waking up in the hospital seemed like a much better scenario than the one he was currently in. Suddenly, Leo started to have an anxiety attack while trying to stand up for the first time.

After several minutes of having an anxiety attack, Leo finally stood up and took several more deep breaths. "Maybe my past life was just a long dream and I accidentally fell into this cave? If that is the case, the only way out, is moving forward." Seeing some random clothes close by on a skeleton, Leo decided to loot the corpse so that he would not be nude while exiting this place.

The feeling of looting a skeleton made Leo feel rather ill and full of disgust. However, looting a decaying skeleton was better than roaming around naked in uncharted territory. He had no idea who this skeleton was before decaying to such a state, but he was at least satisfied to have found clothes right away.

Leo was now wearing a brown robe of sorts. With his shining blue eyes and disheveled hair, he started to brush his long hair out of his face as he exited the cave. Luckily, his light brown hair was short enough to where he did not need a hair pin. Rubbing his eyes, Leo was quickly able to adjust to the bright skies.

To his surprise, after he exited the cave, his surroundings were actually very simple. He could see grassland for miles, as well as a small village roughly several miles away from his current location. These grasslands were layered with bushes and trees, but there were almost no animals or humans in Leo's sights.

The village seemed extremely large, almost as if it was a township with many small buildings spread out behind its walls. What was the most astonishing to Leo, was that the animals that he could see within the distance, were really big. He could tell their size, due to how clear he could see them in the far distance away from his current location.

Behind the village, seemed to be an endless array of mountains. These mountains had a mysterious look to them which did not feel normal to Leo. Taking a deep breath, Leo tried to ponder on what he should do now that it seemed the sun would be going down in the matter of hours.

"The only thing I could do now, is head towards that village." Leo thought as he started to sprint to towards the direction of the village. He examined the multiple paths leading to the village and chose one that seemed the safest.
