By the time Mii had reached the hunting party that she belonged to They had already begun entering the treeline. They travel through the forest and into a deep clearing by the time Mii had caught up to Zor at the front.

“ Where are we going?” Mii asked nervously. Mii looked at her and could immediately tell that she had something that she wanted to tell him. “ We're heading for the big tree to have a private conversation.” Zor said, loud enough for the whole group to overhear it.

With that they presided though the clearing and into a dangerous part of the forest with many powerful monsters. Remaining vigilant, the hunting group managed to avoid or scare off any predator that came to prey on them and reach a large clearing under the canopy of a large tree. The fruit of the tree had medical properties for the goblins and thus was a significant location for the goblin tribe nearby, Though due to the nearby monster very few goblins were strong enough to reach it. Only the feast bringer hunting party and the chief’s hunting party were large and strong enough to reach the great tree.

“ Okay first things first, Mii what happened between you and your father?” Zor asked now that he was sure there were no unwanted listeners.

 “ Last night I talked with Dad about the dream that you had and he dismissed it as “nonsense” and “blasphemy against the spirits”. Then I personally had a dream like what happened with Zor. In a panic similar to what happened to Zor I started telling it to everyone who would listen to me. That's when Dad got really angry with me and dragged me into his hut. You all know the rest.” Mii said with a concerned expression.

“ I see so it’s pretty much like how we figured. Damn that shaman thinking he can do whatever he wants to us, The Feast bringers!! We ought to go back there and teach him a lesson!!” Gobox said obviously fired up.

“ Calm down Idiot, remember that the chief shaman is part of the village chiefs party. If we go up against them it is us who will be taught a lesson.” Bors responded to Gobox’s outburst with a familiar annoyed calm.

“Oh come off it! Everyone knows that Zor is the future village chief and that our party is the strongest hunting party of the village. Those old geezers won't be able to stand against us.” Gobox said filled with confidence and a bloated ego.

Like that Gobox and Bors enter into one of their usual arguments. Zor couldn't help but wonder how they could behave like that all the time and remain friends. With a faint smile he told them “Knock it off you two and be quiet.” Seeing them do as he asked he then turned to Mii. “All right, tell us about your dream.”

“In terms of the content it was about the same as what Zor saw so I won’t go over it again. As for who I saw, that was a different matter.” Mii took a breath and was more composed. “ I sense that the beautiful thing in our dreams is a being far beyond a goblin.”

“ There are plenty of monsters beyond goblins out there. What makes this one so different?” One of the voices in the crowd said.

“ And how many can control our dreams while we are sleeping. Be quiet and listen.” Gobox replied. 

“Oh come off it Gobox’s surely you guys are panicking over nothing. Rather than worshiping it like a god we should just hunt it down and kill instead.” Another voice in the crowd said, vocalizing an opinion that Zor figured was present throughout the party.

“ The being in the dream could probably destroy the village by itself.” Mii said loud enough for the entire party to hear. With that everyone got quiet. 

“So you came to the same conclusion as me, huh.” Zor said not particularly surprised. “ And what of her claim to serve an even greater being. Do you have any insight on that Mii?” 

“ I sense that the thing was connected to another being.” Mii said, shivering. “ It was strong, stronger than the thing in the dream, Stronger than anything I have sensed. I have no idea what it could possibly be.”

Mii was clearly spooked, seeing that Zor thought back to all the trouble they have been having lately. All the strong monsters are acting strange and becoming more active. Could it be the “ Great lord” that the beautiful one spoke of. If so then they could not afford to get on it’s bad side.

“ Everyone” Zor Bellowed to the group. “ A new danger has come into are mist. If any of you have dreams similar to the ones that have been occurring  then come to me at once to report it. If any of you hear of another person in the village having the same, bring them to me so that they can be put under protection. Lastly if any of you catch sight of a creature resembling the creatures from our dream do not engage with it. Return to the village as soon as you safely can and report to me. Understand.” “Understood!!” They bellowed back. “ Then we move out. It’s still daylight. Let's bring back another feast.”
