I leave my horse on a certain stable, you know, the place for your horse to stay and they gonna take care of your horse for you when you leave? Yeah, that kind of place.

I always wonder, how much money this kind of place makes daily. In this day and age, people always come and go. And with the horse as a primary traveling method, I bet this kind of place really making a lot of money.

'Will someday, something gonna replace the horse?'

I walk while thinking about such thoughts.

----------

Marketplace,

This is the place where all kinds of people with some exception would gather.

This is late in the afternoon. The sun already crooked from it's previously perfect over the head place. With those kinds of atmosphere, I can see a lot of people doing trading for their daily needs.

Of course, they gonna trade this time in the afternoon most of the people would work in the morning until afternoon. With that people only could trade in the time of the afternoon.

Most people in the city usually will shop daily for their daily needs. So yeah, the market place, is on it's peak in the term of crowdedness.

Vegetables, fruits, raw meat, cooked meat. All kinds of stuff but, what I was looking for is chains so I go to the far side of the marketplace.

This is where you can buy the other stuff of what you can buy on the marketplace.

Weapons, armors, all kinds of tools, and accessories.

Something that you need but, something you won't buy every day.

"Now, what I need to do is to scout every store before even starting my trade."

Here's I tell you something about trading.

Merchant is a stubborn Coward when it comes to trading. Use that to your advantage.

What I mean by that is the fact that they will stubbornly claim about what they sell as a 'high-quality product thus the price'

Same thing different from.

The fact is a merchant's stuff only can be sell. They know they won't use their own product yet forgetting that their stuff won't makes them any fortune without the customers. This is the loophole you can use to influence their mind to low down the price.

But that only applies to a short term trade. If they know you will come back except that you know them personally, you won't get any discount.

Well, you can call it, short-term and long-term trade logic.

"Hm, this one is good."

I found what I looking for and it's a really good chain. The thickness, the color, up until the weight indicates the signs of a good craftsmanship.

I've been checking for all stores that sell chains, without a doubt this is the best chain I could find. Without any hesitation, I go inside the store.

"Excuse me..."

"What are you looking for young man?"

A kind-looking old lady is the one that answers my call.

"Excuse me, but how much is it for that chain over there?"

"Chain? Oh you mean that thing, people usually did not come here to buy the premade stuff so it takes me by surprise."

"Did not buy premade stuff?"

"Yes, we usually sell raw materials like iron, but because the miners shift their focus to mining crystal we kind of have problems with that also."

"Hehe, it's really hard for all of us isn't it ?"

"Hmm, young man. for your age, you seem to be knowledgeable in this matter are you by some chance?"

"Ah, yes I'm a blacksmith."

"Kuku, I see. Too bad we meet at this point where we can't do long term businesses."

"Yeah..."

"Here the chain. Take it."

"How much is it ?"

"Just take it, young man."

"But..."

"There is no way regular blacksmith come here just to buy premade stuff.

A talented one arent you?"

"Thank you very much, ehm..."

"Just call me granny Luka. Everyone around here called me with that name."

"Thanks, granny Luka."

I smiled and said that to her.

Before finally leaving the store, once outside I look back one more time toward the storefront.

'Sunshine, materials, and mining company.'

Something that I missed out, while I was looking for the chain. It is the name of the store itself.

It is not a shop for tools or weapons, or armor but a store that sells raw materials because it is part of a mining company.

Everything in there must be something just for display.

With the quality of anything that is in there. I bet they have a really good blacksmith that they hire to create all of that for them. It is almost as if everything was created with reinforcement in mind.

With that in mind, I go back to where I leave my horse and start my journey back to the village.
