[First exercise: emptiness

You will be placed in an empty space devoid of all other elements, including time, until your level of understanding has reached a satisfactory level]

 

Seems easy enough, let's begin. Oh, wow, they really ment nothing. I'm currently floating in an empty void that is neither dark nor light, unable to feel anything. Ok I should start now. Lets start by trying to feel the space itself, my mind power was increased, maybe I should use that.

Hmm, it's kinda working, let's try making a small area with me at the center to detect stuff in...

 

[Ding! Congratulations host, you have learned the no attribute spell 'Field'. You can sense and minipulate everything within this field to an extent. Current range: one meter]

 

YES! This is exactly what I wanted! Ok then, let's deploy the field and sense space!

3 weeks later, ok so I can kind of understand now, space is like a three dimensional blanket, if a four dimensional ball, for example a planet, were to be placed on it, it curves, pulling things into it. This is also why gravity exists.

Oh sweet, what is is?

 

[Second exercise: Interdimensional

Host will be brought through many elevations of the fourth dimension. Please understand]

 

Oh ho ho! This seems easy! Wait, no, ITS NOT EASY!! GAHH MY EYES!!! TO MUCH INFORMATION I CANT EVEN CLOSE MY EYES PROPERLY! GAAAAHHHH! Dear god this hurts, ok, lets just deploy the field and try and filter out everything unnecessary.

Three months later:

Ok, I got it, so the fourth dimension is literally what the third dimension is to the second, which is also how things like spatial cracks leading from one point to another, its just like folding a price of paper and sticking a pencil through it.Humans need to use mana for this, however theoretically, once their understanding reaches a high enough level, they could just walk into the fourth dimension.

 

[Ding! Hosts understanding of space has reached 50% of the required level. Moving on.]

 

Oh dear god what now...

 

[Third exercise: mana and space

Host will use his mana to try and manipulate space, and understand how mana effects space]

 

Ok, so back to the void. First, deploy field, second use mind power to manipulate mana. Lets figure out how to do this first. So I need to sense mana, easy enough, its gathered in the middle of my chest, like a cloud, maybe I should try and condense the cloud? Lets try it...

Oh that was easy, its already done. Now lets try and use the condensed mana to effect the space...

Five months later:

OMG IM FINALLY DONE! Jesus! Ok so basically mana manipulated the shape of the third dimension in the fourth dimension, similar to folding a price of paper, it can then make the hole in the third dimension by overlapping two locations in the third dimension, that is how it works.

 

[Ding! Hosts understanding of space has reached 99.9% of level one. Moving on.]

 

Still not done!

 

[Exercise four: Final test

Use everything you have learned to make a space spell, and your space magic will reach level one.]

I HAVE TO MAKE A SPELL!!! Jesus Christ! Ok then, what type of spell should I make though... A teleportation spell... Maybe, an attack spell... Could be useful, I got it! An inventory!

 

[WARNING! In order to make an inventory, host would need to have an understanding of the fith dimension if host wishes to make sure that your items aren't stolen by another space mage.]

Wow, this chapter was LONG! I didn't expect it to be this long, and if I didn't run out of ideas for the type of attack spell I want, I would have kept going for another 150-200 words or so! Anyways, should his first spell be a single target spell with high damage or an area of effect spell with low damage?

As usual any and all ideas are welcome.
