“Good afternoon, everyone…”

The door to the Light Novel Club creaked open as Rina greeted the seniors gathered around the table.

“Waaah, it’s Rina-chan! Come, come!”

A long-haired senior with glasses shot to her feet and grabbed Rina’s hand, pulling her toward the table.

“Um… what’s going on, Motoko-senpai?” Rina asked, completely confused. She glanced at the four other club members—each girl had slightly flushed cheeks, lips pressed together, not saying a word.

Rina hesitantly accepted the manuscript Motoko handed her and began reading.

…What is this? Hmm, Motoko-senpai’s handwriting is as stylish as ever. I’m so jealous.

…Um, this… ah—w-w-wah…?!

“Clatter—!”

Rina flung the stack of pages into the air and crouched down, her face burning red.

“Ahh, come on, that’s a hassle to pick up,” the culprit said with a satisfied grin as she bent down to gather the scattered pages. “Rina is still so easy to embarrass. So cute.”

“Motoko-senpai…” Rina’s face was completely red. Avoiding eye contact, she stood up and protested, “President, Motoko-senpai is at it again…!”

“Oh my, isn’t Motoko always like this?” The club president smiled innocently, clearly satisfied after witnessing Rina’s adorable reaction. Beneath the table, she gave Motoko a thumbs-up.

“…This one has explicit… scenes!” Rina slammed the table. “And… and they’re really explicit! And—and also…”

“Oh? You read it quite thoroughly~” Motoko adjusted her glasses with a mischievous grin.

Rina’s face turned even redder. “Ugh! I… I mean… Motoko-senpai is a pervert!”

THUD!

Motoko collapsed dramatically onto the floor, stunned.

“I… I’m a pervert…? All I did was strive… strive to fulfill Etsuyuki-chan’s final wish—letting Rina-chan read something naughty… and I’m a pervert…?” Motoko clutched her chest, her expression a strange mix of fake agony and delight.

“Um…” Rina hesitated, feeling guilty. Did I go too far? She was just about to apologize—

BANG!

The door slammed open as a petite girl with a side ponytail stormed in, her face dark with frustration.

“Motoko-senpai!”

The girls burst into laughter.

But on Rina’s still-blushing face, a hint of worry lingered.

~~~~~~~~
My name is Haneda Rina, a first-year student at the private Elsh Girls’ Academy. I’ve been living here for almost a month now.
High school life is full of studies and activities. Two weeks ago, I joined the Light Novel Club.
There are four seniors in the club:
First, Ishigaki Motoko-senpai—a second-year student who writes extremely sadistic and very explicit boys’ love scenes. She’s a beautiful long-haired girl with glasses and incredibly popular at school… but those who know her well understand she’s actually very… very… well, let’s just say extreme. And she’s always showing me those kinds of scenes…
Then there’s Sangku Kotonoha-senpai, also a second-year, who specializes in romance novels. She has cute natural curls. Her flaw is that she loves breaking apart the couples in her stories just to enjoy readers’ anguished reactions. Thankfully, that’s only actually happened twice. She’s also not very talkative.
The third is Kima Saya-senpai, another second-year. She has short hair and gives off a calm impression, but unexpectedly becomes very talkative when discussing yokai. She’s always clinging to Kotonoha-senpai.
Lastly, our club president, Suzushiro Kotoka-senpai, also a second-year. She’s incredibly kind and talented at writing, and also very beautiful. She’s even more popular than Motoko-senpai at school. Hehe… if I keep praising her, I’ll end up writing too much, so I’ll stop here!
Why are all the seniors second-years? Apparently, the club used to have such intense writing styles that one year, no new members joined at all… so there are no third-years.
As for new members this year—besides me, there’s Takenaka Etsuyuki, my classmate. She likes boys’ love and, surprisingly, also likes explicit content… and she’s very close with Motoko-senpai.
Lastly, there’s Motoko-senpai’s younger sister, Ishigaki Tamako, from the class next door. She’s also beautiful but completely unlike her sister in personality. Apparently, she admires the president… though that’s just what I’ve heard!
Sigh.
I really don’t know what to do… I’m such a completely unqualified succubus. I’m sorry, Mom.
Rina rolled up the letter and placed it into the message tube beneath a crow perched by the window.
The crow sighed. “Lirina, this won’t do.”
“I know… Kasa.” Lirina rested her cheek on her hand. Two small red horns popped out from her head, and a heart-tipped tail swayed beneath her skirt.
The crow named Kasa flapped over and pecked her head. “You know? Know what?! As Lady Naliena’s daughter—the little princess of the succubus clan—you don’t even know how to absorb lust from human girls?! Writing a report about the girls around you—what’s the point? What’s the point?! I can’t watch this anymore!”
“Ow, that hurts, Kasa!” Lirina clutched her head.
Kasa continued impatiently, “Being cute and innocent isn’t a bad thing—but as a succubus, if you can’t charm others and gain energy, how will you grow stronger? The princess was already too weak… that’s why you couldn’t stay in the Demon Realm Academy… and Lady Naliena specially arranged such a perfect training ground for you! But it’s been a month, and you’ve made no progress—how can I not worry?!”
“S-Sorry, Kasa…” Lirina looked at her pitifully.
“…Anyway, think about it properly!” Kasa turned away. “I’m leaving! Hmph!”
With a flap of wings, Kasa disappeared into a red-black rift.
…Yes. Haneda Rina is just a false name.
This troubled girl sitting on the bed is actually Lirina Hayur—a princess of the succubus clan from the Demon Realm.
Her charming face, small red horns, heart-shaped tail, and impressive figure—all prove her identity as a succubus.
But despite being a creature that feeds on desire, Lirina is too shy and innocent to do what a succubus should… making her extremely weak—even to the point of being isolated in school.
So a month ago, her loving but helpless mother, Naliena, arranged for her to train in a human world—a girls’ academy.
Why a girls’ school? Because in modern times, both humans and demons have advanced. New technology allows women to have children together—and Lirina herself was born this way.
As for why Lirina chose girls… well, she didn’t really have a choice. Even imagining a girl’s naked body makes her blush (pathetic for a succubus, honestly). And secondly, boys used to tease her about her early development, while in middle school she was constantly confessed to—making her uneasy and even fearful of them.
So Naliena carefully chose this academy.
But even after a month, Lirina still can’t bring herself to “make a move” on the girls she studies, eats, and chats with every day.
Her mother writes to her every two weeks. In the last letter, Naliena even said something like: “Just bring home a cute girl as your wife so I don’t have to worry!”
That put a lot of pressure on Lirina.
“Ugh…” Lirina brushed her teeth, carefully holding her sore head.
Absorbing that kind of energy… why is it so hard?
She glanced at her reflection—face troubled, mouth full of foam.
She suddenly remembered once seeing her mother kissing a beautiful cat-eared woman in bed—and instantly flushed so hard she nearly choked on toothpaste.
Coming back to her senses—
“Mm—!” After rinsing, she grabbed her hair in frustration. Even remembering that makes me embarrassed… how pathetic!
She plopped onto the bed and grabbed her laptop.
“I refuse to believe… there’s no way to become lewd.”
Her tail swayed as she typed:
“How to become erotic?”
She pressed Enter.
“How to adjust colors? A college art teacher explains—”
“How to express different emotions in songs—”
…What is this??
Then she saw:
“Some content is hidden. Please confirm you are over 18 — Yes / No”
“…I’m sixteen…”
After hesitating—and driven by curiosity (No, it’s my duty as a succubus!)—she clicked.
…A flood of strange websites appeared.
She opened one—
—and instantly slammed the laptop shut, face blazing.
“What… what was that…”
Her head felt hot.
She clasped her hands, then let them fall.
~~~~~~~~

She stumbled, nearly losing her balance.

“Anya!”

The girl beside her quickly supported her. “I told you not to push yourself. You could deliver it tomorrow.”

“…Mm.” Anya nodded. “Sorry, Ruibier.”

Ruibier looked at her pale face, heart aching. Even exhausted, Anya was still beautiful—but it was painful to see.

“…Why become a blessing angel at thirteen?” Ruibier muttered. “For four years, you’ve worked this hard. Even angels have limits.”

“Thank you… I know.” Anya glanced back at the statue of the Heavenly Father, still smiling indifferently.

I’m exhausted… but it’s finally over.

Back at the dorm—

“Anya, why aren’t you sleeping yet?”

“Nothing—sorry, I’ll finish soon.”

She set down her pen, removed her white robe, and revealed her almost glowing pale skin—making her roommate blush and turn away.

From beneath her blanket, she pulled out a black cloak and put it on.

Moments later—

She vanished.

“Anya?!”

The label inside the cloak read:

“Please leave a five-star review if satisfied! — Ivak Tailor Shop”

…If I get the chance, I will.

Smiling faintly, Anya ran out.

“Anya is missing!”

“What?! That hardworking one?!”

“Hello… this is regarding your daughter, Anya Harts… she has disappeared.”

“What?! …I see… I always said she needed rest…”

“The mortal world is ahead, miss.”

The ferryman gestured toward the light.

“No charge. It’s an honor—I was once helped by someone with the same holy aura as you.”

“…I see.”

She looked at the endless, mirror-like waters below.

“Don’t stare too long. Beneath lies the Demon Realm.”

“…Thank you. Where should I go?”

He handed her a booklet.

“A place suited for someone like you.”

“…I’ll decide after reaching the barrier.”

At last—

They arrived.

“This is the world.”

She touched the invisible barrier.

“…Earth is big.”

“Yes. Small in the universe—but large for us.”

“Then I’ll go where you suggested.”

She handed over a device.

“It’s one-use?!”

“I don’t plan to return.”

The barrier shimmered.

“Please go ahead.”

“Thank you—”

And she stepped forward.
