Victoria walked into Alice's room, pushing the door open. Alice was sitting on her bed, doing some that not important to the narrative.
"I need to talk to you." Victoria said, quiet but.
"What's happened now?"
Victoria's grabbed her shoulders. "Lili. She's the killer."
"What? Not with this shit again?"
Victoria stepped forward. "I went to the hospital this morning. She hasn't been there in over 20 days. She lied about it. She said she was going, and... and the bodies keep showing up after she disappears. She disappeared the night the last body was found. And then... yesterday at work, she disappeared for an hour, Alice. There was a body found there too."
Alice stood up quickly. Her face was a mixture of disbelief and defense. "That doesn't mean—"
"It means a lot." Victoria stopped her, her voice cracking just slightly. "The coincidences, Alice. They're piling up. You can't keep ignoring them."
"Victoria, you're jumping to conclusions." Alice said, her voice rising in panic. "There's no proof! You can't just—"
"I'm not making this up! You saw the tea stains on the blouse!"
"That could've been planted, or—"
Victoria's patience snapped. "At some point, accidents stop being coincidence. She's taken it too far, Alice. We can't keep ignoring this. It has to stop."
Alice stared at her, struggling with the words. "I agree. But we don't have enough evidence to just—"
"Then we confront her." Victoria said. "We get her to explain. See what she has to say about it—the missing time, the blouse, the bodies turning up. She won't be able to talk her way out of this one."
Alice hesitated, looking at her for a long moment. Finally, she sighed. "Fine. But this goes both ways, Victoria. You're going to have to apologize to herr. And... and you'll have to learn something from this. We're doing this my way, no matter what."
"Deal!"
