Flashback...
In the sand borders, Konoha camp
"Kakashi the Hokage-sama sent you a mission" said Sakumo
"Okay dad what is it?"
"Well you need to go to the rock borders and destroy their supply route"
"Alone?" ask Kakashi
"Don't know, ask the details there"
"Okay then, I'll leave Shisui here for now" said Kakashi
"Hmm Okay then"
Kakashi then started his journey towards the rock borders, he arrive there after 3 days of journey since he moves fast. He then directly went to the commander's tent.
In there he saw Orochimaru
"Greetings Orochimaru-sama I came here to report and accept my mission" said Kakashi
"Oh your already here good, so your mission is to destroy the supply route of the rock ninjas, which is this the Kanabi bridge" said Orochimaru
"Do I need to do it alone Orochimaru-sama?"
"Nope you will have your own team"
Orochimaru then called a ninja to bring Kakashi's team to the tent. After a while Obito and Rin came to the tent and was surprise to see Kakashi here.
"Kakashi-yaro what are you doing here?" said Obito
"Hi Kakashi long time no see" said Rin
"Oh Baka Obito why are you here? Oh and Hi Rin long time no see"
Well Kakashi did not really saw them for 2 years now since, he was always with Haru and or training or at the battlefield.
"Hehe Kakashi-yaro I already caught up to you, both of us are already Chunin" brag Obito.
"Oh really I expected Rin to be promoted but I did not expect you, who would have thought that an idiot like you can become a chunin" said Kakashi
"What did you say you wanna fight?!" angrily said Obito
"Stop bickering or I'll let Manda eat you" said Orochimaru
They both stop talking and shivered on Orochimaru's threat, Orochimaru then continued
"Rin, Obito I called you here for a mission, you will destroy Kanabi bridge to cut the supply chain of the rock together with Kakashi, Kakashi will be your captain." Said Orochimaru
"Orochimaru-sama why would Kakashi be our captain? should we have a jonin as a captain since it is a very important mission" ask Obito
Since he knows that all of them are already chunin he did not know that Kakashi already become a jonin 2 years ago.
"Baka" said Kakashi
"What di-"
Orochimaru raises his hands to stop them and said to Obito
"Because Kakashi is already a jonin" said Orochimaru
This both surprises them and look at Kakashi with disbelief mainly Obito.
"How? Why? When? How?"
"Baka I bacame jonin 2 years ago, I just forgot to say it to you two" said Kakashi with a smug face
Obito's jaw drop while Rin said to Kakashi
"Congratulations on your promotion" said Rin
Obito quickly composes himself and said to Kakashi "Congrats but I will still catch up to you both of you" said Obito with an embarrass expression
Kakashi just laugh and said "I'll be waiting"
"Now the 3 of you should start going" said Orochimaru
"Hai!"
"Are you too both ready?" ask Kakashi
"I still need to prepare some things" said Rin
"Okay we will set off after half an hour" said Kakashi
A few moments later...
"Kakashi here" said Rin while giving Kakashi a medical pack
Kakashi was confuse and Rin quickly said "Although its a little late I still want to give you a congratulatory present from being promoted"
"Oh thanks Rin" said Kakashi while taking the medical pack and storing it in his bracers, he then look at Obito and reach his hand seeming to wait to receive something from him.
Obito was embarrass since he did not prepare a gift like Rin but he quickly said "Kakashi-yaro I'll give my gift to you after this mission"
Kakashi then retracted his hands and said to them "Are you both ready?"
"Yes!"
"Then let's move out"
They then set off to the rocks territory stealthily, Kakashi made some seals to conceal his presence similar to Haru's seals since Kakashi started to learn fuijutsu, Haru thought him this seal. He then cast it both towards Rin and Obito.
"What's this seal Kakashi?" ask Obito
"This is a chakra presence sealing jutsu, that seals your chakra presence so the enemy won't sense you, and it made you seem like an ordinary civilian"
"Wow you made this" ask Rin
"Nope Haru was the one who made it, he just taught it to me" said Kakashi
"Oh Haru really is amazing" said Rin
"Of course he is" said Kakashi proudly
"Geez we praises Haru not you, why are you acting high and mighty" said Obito
Kakashi hits Obito's head "BAKA!"
"Kakashi-yaro wanna fight?" said Obito angrily while touching his head with a bump
"Stop fighting you two we need to finish this mission" said Rin
"Hmph let's go, don't slow us down baka Obito" said Kakashi
"Kakashi-yaro let's fight after this mission"
"You're on"
All of them proceeded towards the direction of Kanabi bridge and then Kakashi raise his hands to stop them from advancing
"They are many rock ninjas ahead of us probably around 50; 15 jonins, and 30 chunins with 5 elite jonins. looks like they are waiting in ambush" said Kakashi
"What are we going to do then?" ask Rin
"Hmm I'll take care of them, you two once you see an opening quickly move out and go the bridge and destroy it, I'll catch up to you later" said Kakashi
"What are you saying, how can you handle all of them?" ask Rin worriedly
"Don't worry Rin I'm strong enough to handle them, I won't sacrifice my life for nothing" said Kakashi
"Kakashi although I hate you, you are still my rival so don't die okay" said Obito
"Baka I won't die, now once I created an opening quickly run towards the bridge okay, and also be careful both of you" said Kakashi
"Okay" the two responded
Kakashi took out his sword and stealthily made his way towards the ninjas, he uses shunpo towards the enemies sensory ninja and quickly killed him silently. He then took out some jonins and chunins and quickly dwindled there numbers.
"Something is not right" said an elite ninja
"Hey ninja 2 where are the enemies"
He did not receive a reply, and when he got to the spot on where the sensory ninja located he saw that he was there dead on the ground.
He became serious and said
"Enemy attack, into formation"
The remaining rock ninjas went out of their hiding spot and assume there formation, but when then they notice that only few of them remained 10 jonins, 5 elite jonins and 10 chunins. They took up their guard and survey their surroundings.
Kakashi saw this scene and click his tongue he then made his decision.
Kakashi made his hand signs [Magnet release: Senbonshuriken no jutsu] Kakashi then took out thousands of minishirukens from his space bracer and controlled them towards his opponents, the opponents was surprise by the sudden appearance of the minishurikens.
Kakashi then made his hand signs [Magnet release: Senbonshuriken Gokei], his minishurikens formed a dome around his enemies, some of his enemies where caught up with the technique and lay dead, he then signaled Obito and Rin to move.
Obito and Rin where at first stunned by Kakashi's action and failed to notice his signals
"What are you two doing move now" said Kakashi
Obito and Rin woke up from their stupor and quickly move towards the bridge.
The enemy leader saw this and he quickly made hand signs [Doton: earth dome] A dome made of earth surrounded his teams to protect them from Kakashi's technique.
Kakashi saw this and move out his senbonshuriken since his jutsu don't have a penetrating power, he then put all his mini shurikens back to his bracer and took out hundreds of his kunais
[Magnet release: King's Armament].
Hundreds of kunais hovered around him and he made another hand signs [Hado style: Tsuzuri Raiden] yellow lightning courses towards all of his kunais increasing there speed and power.
He then wield his kunais towards the dome of earth and it pierces inside the dome, the enemies where surprise about this and was too late to dodge, they are quickly injured but Kakashi is not yet finish he made another hand signs
[Raiton: Chidori Nagashi] blue electric current flowed out from him to his kunais and went towards the dome electrocuting all the ninjas inside.
When the dome collapses he saw that his enemies where burned and only the leader ninja was left but he was gravely injured.
When Kakashi saw this he wields all his kunais towards the ninja from all direction and quickly pierces him. The leader turned to earth and this made Kakashi raise his guard but it was too late, the ninja sprung out beneath Kakashi's feet and the Kunai in his hand cuts Kakashi's left eye.
Kakashi quickly retreated, and wields his kunais to surround the rock ninja and quickly pierces him like a porcupine. This time the ninja drop dead and Kakashi sigh in relief, he quickly put all his kunais back to his bracers and quickly caught up with Obito and Rin.
