The next morning, Haru and Kakashi were called out in the Hokage's office.

 

In the Hokage's office…

"Minato-nii you called for us?"

"Ahh Haru and Kakashi finally the both of you are here, come I have something to tell you two" said Minato

Haru and Kakashi walk inside and saw that they are not the only one in the room; there is Jiraiya, Tsunade and even Kushina in Minato's side.

"Oh Jiraiya-sensei, Tsunade-nee and Kushina-nee are here too" said Haru

"Haha long time no see brat, you finally showed yourself to us" ask Tsunade

"Hehe well we are busy for somethings" said Haru

Tsunade look at the two in front of her and nodded knowingly

"Somethings? Okay then" said Tsunade

Haru and Kakashi blushes at Tsunade's look

"Hehe well… since we are all here and we don't want to keep it a secret, me and Kakashi are now dating" said Haru

Haru look around and saw them staring at him and Kakashi and ask anxiously 

"Why are you staring at us like that?"

"Ehem… well we were just surprise is all, but we already knew about that since the two of you did not really hide it" said Tsunade

"Yeah kid, seeing the interaction of the two of you back then, I already knew this would happen" said Jiraiya while laughing

"Hehe well although we already know it, I think congratulations are in place, congrats Haru and Kakashi" said Minato

"Hehe brat, so who is the one who confesses and when did that happen?"ask Kushina

When the both of them heard Kushina's words they are both embarrass but Haru quickly told them

"Thank you for not judging us, everyone it means a lot to us"

"No problem kid" said Jiraiya

"Yeah love is love regardless of gender" said Tsunade

Minato nodded and Kushina ask again "Hey answer my question already"

"Hehe… well Kakashi is the one who confesses and it happens on the day of your wedding nee-san"

Kushina became dumbfounded when he heard Haru she then went to the two and embraces the both of them and said

"Well, I did not think that my wedding is also a special day between you two, I'm happy for the both of you"

Haru hugs Kushina back and said "Thanks nee-san"

"Hehe no problem kid, so did the two of you kiss already"

"NEE-SAN!!!" shouted Haru while Kakashi is turning red from embarrassment

"Ara~ ara~ looks like you did, fufufu"

"Now now Kushina stop teasing the two and let us get on with our agenda today"

"Hehe okay" said Kushina before going back to Minato's side

"Okay I called all of you here to tell you my plans for Konoha, but first Kakashi" said Minato

"Hai! Sensei" 

"I wanted to ask you, do you want to join the ANBU?"

Kakashi looks at Haru and Haru nodded

"Yes, sensei"

Minato nodded and said "Nice choice, since this will help your shinobi career. I will tell Sakumo-san about your decision; however you still need to attend their training just for formality, although I know you are already strong enough"

"Hai! Sensei" said Kakashi while saluting

"Hmm… Well even though you are not yet an ANBU, I will give you your first mission, and that is to protect Kushina"

Haru was surprise when he heard Minato's words since if his prediction is correct Kushina must be…

"Minato-nii, is Kushina-nee pregnant?" 

"Hehe, you catch up on events Haru? How did you know?"

"Well… just a hunch"

"Haha yes, Kushina is 1 month pregnant" said Minato

"Wow! Congratulations Kushina-nee, Minato-nii" said Haru

"Congratulations sensei" said Kakashi

"Oh nice going Minato" said Jiraiya feeling proud of his student

"Congratulations Kushina" said Tsunade

"Thanks everyone" said Kushina

"Thanks everyone" said Minato

"Well, will you look at that Kushina-nee is one month pregnant while mother is also pregnant with twins to booth"

Kushina was surprise by Haru's words

"Haru, you mean to say that Rin is also pregnant?"

"Hehe yes nee-san she is 3 months old pregnant"

"Oh hehe looks like I need to visit her for sometime"

"Yeah, I think so too"

"Okay then, let's get back to business, so Kakashi what is your answer?"

"I will protect her, sensei"

"Good, your code name would be 'Wolf'"

"Yes!"

"Oh right Minato-nii, since we are on that topic, I would like you to know that Obito and Shisui are both ready"

"Oh really that's great then, I think we should call them now that we are all here" said Minato

Haru nodded and Minato called out an ANBU to pass his message, and the ANBU disappeared.

"Okay while we waiting for the two, the next would be my plans for Konoha" said Minato

All of them nodded and waited for Minato to continue

"First is that since Tsunade-sama is already the chief person in our hospital, I plan to let you know that  I will approve her proposal years ago, to train and incorporate medical ninjas in team composition"

"Oh that is a great idea Minato-nii" said Haru

"Great, thank you Minato I feel excited already, since it is my lifelong dream to make that proposal to come true ever since the day they died" said Tsunade

"Hmm that's a good move Minato" said Jiraiya

"Yes thank you sensei, and also I plan to include medical ninjutsu in the academy on their last year, well only the introductions since you need to have excellent chakra control to become a medical ninja"

"Hmm that's a good idea, I can just choose students there to see who can train in medical ninjutsu, and I will let Shizune to teach in the academy"

"Yes, thank you Tsunade-sama" said Minato

Tsunade just waves her hand in response 

"The next plan is to have Jiraiya-sensei, established a spy network all around Konoha and outside of it, this will strengthen our intelligence gathering and to see future dangers towards Konoha."

"Oh great going Minato, I will take care of it" said Jiraiya

"Do you want our help Jiraiya-sensei?" ask Haru

"Hmm?"

"Well my summons also specializes in data gathering" 

"Oh, your summons? The Kitsune clan?"

"Yes"

"But can you maintain them every day?"

"Well it should not be a big deal, Akai, is always at home to act as a protector, so summoning 3 more kitsunes should not be a problem" said Haru

"Oh okay then, I will take you on that offer," said Jiraiya

"Okay for the last agenda, I plan to erect a barrier outside the walls of Konoha and Haru will lead the team to make this barrier"

'Oh I see, so Minato-nii is the one who proposes the barrier in the anime' thought Haru

"Hmm, Okay Minato-nii, leave it to me, what are the details you need for the barrier?" ask Haru

"Well I'm thinking of a barrier that could detect the enemies, their strength and numbers and if possible to have the strength to intercept large scale attacks" said Minato

"Hmm… well I needed thorough research on that, but I think I have some idea on how to do it" said Haru

"When do you think you can show me a draft for the project?"

"Hmm... maybe a week or two" 

"Okay then, well that is all the plans I have for now, I will also tell this plan to the next clan meeting next week" said Minato

All of them nodded, and just in time a knock came to the door and Minato responded to them to come in

"Greetings Hokage-sama" greeted Shisui

"Goodmorning sensei" greeted Obito

"Oh the two of you are here, Haru said that the both of you are ready, so I will now appoint the two of you, first for Shisui, you will train under Sakumo to now the Ins and outs of being an ANBU commander, but before that you will first enter as a regular ANBU and show them your strength since although you trained under Haru, they won't take you seriously because of your age"

Shisui nodded and determination could be seen on his eyes 

"Yes! Hokage-sama, I will do my best"

Minato nodded and look at Obito and said "As for you Obito, I will appoint you as one of my ANBU guards; you will be working under me"

"Hai! Sensei, I will work hard"

Minato nodded and look at Haru, "Haru, what is their current strength?"

Haru thought for a while and conjured his chains to seal the Hokage office; they are all surprised by what Haru did since Haru only does this for important matters.

"Hmm… Looks like we are in for another surprise huh kid" said Jiraiya

"Hehe yes sensei, it needed some secrecy" said Haru

They all nodded and waited to Haru to continue

"Well the 3 of them should be at least an elite kage level shinobi, since the only drawback is their age and battle experience" said Haru

"What! You mean to say they have the same strength as Minato or us?" said Jiraiya in disbelief

"You serious kid?" ask Tsunade, since she is also at the elite kage level nearing super kage ever since Haru awoken her Mokuton-release

"Yes, since the 3 of them have awaken their eternal mangekyou sharingan, the same eyes as the founder of the Uchiha clan"

"Impossible! You mean to say that they will become as strong as Madara?" said Tsunade

"Hehe, well yeah" said Haru proudly

"Haru, you know the consequences of this right? Danzo and the elders won't stand still once they heard this"

"Hehe you think they can do something about that, I already prepared counter-measure against them, sandaime-sama approve the favor I ask for him after the war, that all my disciples, friends and family would be under my protection and I can do anything against anyone who harmed them, regardless of who they are" 

"I see, so you have planned this from the start" said Minato

"Yup, and besides even if Danzo and his stoogies did something under the table I can just deal with them before that happens. You and I know Minato-nii that Danzo is harming Konoha from inside out"

Minato sigh at Haru's words and Jiraiya spoke

"Well, just don't push to far kid, although what you said is true, Danzo is still an elder of Konoha and if something happened to him, sensei won't just standby"

"Not unless we have something against him" said Haru

"Oh, and you have a plan?" ask Tsunade

"Well, I needed Jiraiya-sensei's help for that once his spy network is running within Konoha"

"Hahaha okay kid, I will do what you want, since I also have some bad info against Danzo and it will pretty much harm Konoha" said Jiraiya

"Thank you sensei, now going back to the 3"

They then all look at the 3 and Haru continued

"They all have unique abilities due to awakening their EMS…" Haru then started explaining the abilities of the 3

"Amazing" said Minato "Obito and Shisui can greatly help Konoha" 

"Yeah, I did not expect to hear such amazing jutsu" said Jiraiya

"So you still plan to keep them as ANBU Minato?" ask Tsunade

"Well yes, Shisui's ability can be used to guarantee the loyalty of the ANBU and shinobi alike since, there are cases of missing nins in our country"

Jiraiya nodded and said "Well, only use that as a last resort since loyalty from using genjutsu is not real loyalty"

Minato nodded his head "Yes sensei I know, as for Obito, he can infiltrate any place he wants and get some real Intel, he can also help you sensei for your spy network" said Minato

"You are right about that, so I will borrow him from time to time" said Jiraiya

"How do you say you two?" ask Minato

"Hai, thank you for your trust Hokage-sama" said Shisui

"Yeah sensei, thank you" said Obito 

Minato nodded and felt proud of his student, but he is a little bit bitter since, they will catch up to him in no time and he is determined to become even stronger.

"As for Kakashi, well just like what I said, you can join the ANBU, since Haru don't want me to give you any position, you are still under my command though" 

"Yes, sensei"

"Oh right, just a precaution the 3 of you, although I already said this before but do not use your abilities and show it to others, unless the situation calls for it, since I still need to amass evidence against a certain someone. Except for Obito, since we needed your ability for that."

They all nodded at what Haru says.

"Okay since I already told you your duties, you may now leave"

"Okay then, I will take my leave and plan the draft for the proposal and change some of them to improve it more" said Tsunade

"Yes thank you Tsunade-sama"

"No big deal, you are the hokage so I can at least do what you ordered" 

"Tsunade is right Minato, then I will go and look for proper hideout for the spy network, Kid I will call on you after I finish the draft" said Jiraiya

"Okay sensei" said Minato

"We will also get going now Minato-nii" said Haru

"Okay"

Then all of them walk out the office to go their way.
