Where do I start off? My name is Helix, and I’m a shapeshifter. I’m pretty sure I’m the only one in the world, but it’s not proven. 

Why? Simple. I just never had the chance to look.

“But you’re a shapeshifter, you can change into anything you want.” 

Listen here. Some people think it’s the greatest thing in the world to be able to change your body at will. You’re wrong.

It’s the worst thing in the universe.

Plus, the feeling of changing forms is really gross. If I take actions, my identity will be compromised and my existence will be known. I’d rather not shake the world.

Surely the consequences outweigh the gains.
