A cold chilly wind blows roughly through the outlines of the trees, Rain pours hard on the two hooded men walking towards a run down shelter, thunder and lightning roars through the night sky. Inside the shelter nothing but darkness and  a boy....

 

“Where am I even going to start?...I guess I'll start there..my name is Kuro...Kuro Nakahara and I'm 19 years old,  I know starting like this is kinda weird but you see sometimes it's easier to start like this instead of jumping into things but I'm getting ahead of myself. You see I'm part of a group and this group isn't what i would call normal, in fact its kind of abnormal but i don't really mind if I'm honest”

 

The door to the shelter suddenly flies open, cold air rushes in filling the room, as a clocked man walks in

 

 “There you ar-“ before the cloaked man could finish saying anything he let out a rough sigh

 

 “For fuck sake! I can't leave you alone for two minute can I!” the man yells with an annoyed tone. 

 

The man sighed as he took off his hood revealing his face. He had a soft looking face, a scar above his right eye, his eyes dark green but also seemed lifeless, his hair was silver despite him being quite young. A second man walks into the rundown shelter. his hood was already down, he had a mask covering the bottom half of his face, his eyes glow a deep red, his facial expressions looked angry, his hair, drenched from the rain was jet black 

 

“Leave him be Kenzo, he's not hurting anyone” he goes quiet for a moment “well he's not hurting us” the man looks at Kenzo. 

 

Kenzo looked back at the man and sighs “ Shiro, he might not be hurting us but he’s getting it everywhere!” Kenzo said with an irritable expression. 

Shiro look at the boy and sighs “come one Kuro don't you think you had enough” 

 

Suddenly a flash of lighting floods the room, revealing Kuro as he was feeding on a human, blood dripped from his chin as he slowly removes his jaw from around the corpse neck, he then slowly stands up holding onto the drained corpse, he then lets out a small sighs as he turns his head to Kenzo and Shiro. His eyes was glowing a bright red, blood slowly running down his chin from his mouth, his hair white as snow, his breath heavy with the scent of blood, he slowly smirks at them as he licks the running blood from his lips

 

 “Come on, don't be like that, I was hungry“ he lets out a small laugh as he looks at them. 

 

Shiro the shook his head slowly as he took a step back to avoid the pool of blood slowly forming on the ground “Your making a mess Kuro, You know Kenzo doesn't like mess” 

 

Kuro lets out a big sigh as he throws the body to the side like it was nothing “come on guys, don't be like that” he said grinning. 

 

Kenzo looked at Kuro angry “Stop being a spoiled brat!” he shouted but Kuro just laughed it off. Kenzo was about to say something else but Shiro steps in 

 

“That's enough you two, Kuro clean this up and yourself while you're at it, we need to move out soon” Shiro said, speaking with authority.

 

Kuro huffed in an annoyed motion as his eyes slowly stopped glowing red, as his eyes turned normal, his eyes was a light and soft blue, if you looked at him, you would not be able to tell that he was a monster 

 

“Huh? Where are we going?” Kuro looked at Shiro raising an eyebrow. 

 

“There’s a village not too far from here, if we leave now we will be able to reach it before morning” Kenzo said as he turned around leaving the room

 

. “We are also meeting the Boss there, so hurry up” Shiro demanded as he left.

 

“Hello it's me Again. You're probably wondering who they are, well you see. There kind of like me, Kenzo is what you call an undead or as other say zombie, no he doesn't eat brains, flesh yes but not brains, well now that i think about it i never seen eat a brain so who knows and yes he is really dead if that what you're wondering, he’s got no pulse or blood in him, trust me i tried he was dry. And then there's Shiro, if I remember right he's a mid tier demon, to be honest i don't know much about him, he tends to keep to himself. Oh and then there me, well I'm a vampire scary right? But don't be fooled by what you know, you seem i can be out in the day, garlic doesn't bother me and well, staking anyone in the heart would kill them, not like i would know never been stabbed in the heart, anyway let's get back to the story”

 

A few hours later

 

“Are we there yet?” Kuro asked 

 

“ we almost there” Kenzo replied to Kuro, 

 

“are we there yet” Kuro asked again but this time he was just trying to annoy Kenzo 

 

“like i said we are almost there” he grew annoyed

 

 “Are we there “ Before Kuro could finish his sentence Shiro steps in by slapping the back of Kuro’s head 

 

“that's enough! And yes we are here” he said walking past Kuro towards someone at the edge of a cliff 

 

“your late'' the man said as he was looking over the cliff at a village, he had a long black trench coat, his face looked old but not too old, he had an eye patch on his left eye and a cig in his mouth 

 

“sorry we late boss, we would have got here sooner if Kuro did not stop for a “snack”, you know how he is” Kenzo said as he bowed his head a little 

 

“oh shut up, your just jealous you didn't get anything” Kuro said with his hands behind his head looking over at him 

 

“like hell i would want your sloppy seconds!” Kenzo shouted with an annoyed tone 

 

“That's enough you two!” Shiro shouted with authority 

 

“well it's good to see you three have not changed” The man in black laughed

 

 “Hiroki, it's been awhile” Kuro said smiling at him

 

“Show some respect Kuro!” Shiro said bowing on one knee towards Hiroki

 

 “don't worry about it” Kuro said walking to Hiroki

 

 “Shiro, it's fine, you know how he can be,” he said as he looked at the three of them. 

 

Shiro then stands back up and walks to the edge of the cliff looking down at the village “so how's it looking?” Shiro asked as he looks around 

 

“from what i can tell there are a few high class hunters here, so be careful” he looks to where Kuro was but there was no one there.

 

Sometime while Hiroki and Shiro were talking Kuro slipped away from the group 

 

“Kenzo where is Kuro?” Shiro asked annoyedly 

 

“h-he was just here i swear” He looked around for Kuro but he was nowhere to be seen, 

 

Hiroki put his hand on his head and shook it “why does that kid never wait? '' he said disappointed. 

 

Somewhere towards the entrance of the village Kuro was casually walking towards it “i wonder why we are here” Kuro said to himself as he walked closer to the gate. 

 

“Stop right there!” a guard ran from the gate towards Kuro 

 

“what are you doing here this is a village is off limits at the moment” the guard said to Kuro 

 

“off limits huh?” Kuro said curiously “why is it off limits?” He asked the guard while smirking

 

“There is currently a meeting go- “ before the guard could finish what he was saying Kuro grabs his neck and starts to crush it 

 

“i don't really care, you humans are so annoyed” The guard looks panicked as he struggles the breath, Kuro’s grip tightens crushing the guard wind pip as his fingers slowly pieces the guards neck, blood splats on Kuro’s face as he smirks, he then licks the blood off his cheek

 

 “MONSTER!!” another guard shouted as loud as he could, he then ran to a ball and rings it

 

 “we under attack!!” the second guard shouts panic in his voice, 

 

Kuro then throws the body of the guard to the ground as he walks towards the other guard, as he slowly walked towards the guard ringing the alarm his eyes glows red, then vanishes only to appear behind the scared guard 

 

“You shouldn't have done that, '' Kuro said, angry as he grabs the man's head

 

“p-please I have a family” the man pleaded for his life. 

 

Kuro looked at the man and smirked “I don't care” Kuro voice sounds cold and lifeless as he swipes the man's neck, suddenly the mans neck spews out blood as his body it's the ground but his head was still in Kuro’s hand 

 

“oops” Kuro laughed to himself as he noticed more guard was coming towards him. The guard started to surround Kuro pointing their weapons at him

 

 “aww I'm sorry, was this guy important” he said as he threw the head towards one of the guards.

 

 “Everyone in this village is important” A man says as he walking towards Kuro, the man was in his mid forties, black hair but starting to turn grey, dark grey eyes with an relaxed expression,

”it's just a kid” he said with a shocked tone 

 

“who are you calling a kid? You Better not hold back old man, it might get you killed” Kuro shouted towards the man with a smirk. 

 

The old man suddenly takes off in a sprint towards Kuro, Kuro's eyes suddenly glow bright red as he lets out his bloodlust. The man comes to a stop and looks at Kuro

 

 “what's wrong old man, you scared?” Kuro laughs but then his laughing stops as he gets slapped in the back of the head 

 

“Kuro read the room, if he was serious you would be dead” Hiroki said as he stood next to Kuro.

 

 “Huh? What do you mean?” Kuro asked Hiroki. The man stood up straight and looked at them 

 

“Kuro you see that badge on that guys arm? '' Hiroki said  as he looked at the guy's arm “it means he is a high class Hunter, you wouldn't stand a ch-” 

 

Hiroki suddenly pushes Kuro out of the way as the man clashes with him 

 

“well i can see someone has no manners!” Hiroki said as he swings his other arm towards the man, but the man suddenly jumps backwards and lands a bit away, the man suddenly vanishes.

 

As the man vanishes Hiroki eyes widen “Huh?” He sounded confused as he looked around but then suddenly the man appeared behind Hiroki with lightning speed.

 

The man raised his leg above his head as he brought it down on Hiroki. 

 

Hiroki raised his arms above his head to block the impact on the heel drop, as the heel drop connected with his hands the ground around them cracked 

 

“your stronger than i thought!” Hiroki smiled as he pushed upwards pushing the man back.

 

As the man landed again he dashes towards Hiroki not giving him a chance to breathe.

 

Hiroki quickly reacts by roundhouse kicking towards the man, the man's eyes dart towards Hiroki’s leg as he raises it, he then ducks under it avoiding the attack, 

 

Thee man then clenches his fist and raises it upper cutting Hiroki knocking him backwards

 

 “Damn human!! Now!” Hiroki shouted as he staggered backwards, 

 

Kenzo brakes out of the ground by then man’s feet, then man quickly reacts and somersault backwards as he does he kicks Kenzo backwards, before Kenzo could react another Hunter charges at him

 

 “There's more of them!!” Kenzo panics as he pulls out his sword and blocks the hunters attack 

 

“Watch out!” a female hunter grabs the male hunter shirt and pulls him backwards as Shiro punches the ground where the male hunter was

 

 “Thanks Shana!” The male hunter thanked her 

 

“keep your eyes open Arata” Shana said. 

 

Hiroki looks at the hunter as he notices more guards and hunters coming 

 

“this is bad, everyone fall ba-Kuro don’t!” Hiroki cried out

 

Kuro suddenly appears behind the old man

 

 “i got you now!!” Kuro growled at the man as he swing at the man but the man caught his fist.

 

As the old man tightens his grip around Kuro's hand he drags it  towards the ground, he then uses his body and forces Kuro down to the hard cold ground 

 

“that was pretty stupid of you” the man said hold Kuro hand behind his back with his knee digging into him 

“Get off me!” Kuro shouted with anger.

 

Hiroki goes to run in but Kanzo stops him.

 

“look around we outnumbered, we need to leave now!” Kanzo said. 

 

Shiro looks towards Kuro and shakes his head “sorry kid, this is just how it is” As he finishes speaking he vanishes. 

 

“Kuro you can only blame yourself for being so reckless” Kenzo said as he turns away and vanishes

 

 “D-don't leave me!” Kuro shouted “Hiroki!” Kuro pleaded. 

 

“Sorry kid But this is your end” Hiroki vanishes, as he vanishes Kuro eyes widen with disbelief 

 

“Hiroki..”Kuro said softly,

 

 “After them dont let them escape!” The old man said as soon as he finishes speaking he looks at Kuro 

 

“sorry kid this is going to hurt” The old man punches Kuro in the back of the head knocking him out 

 

“What are you gonna do about that” Shana said while pointing her sword at Kuro 

 

“for now, put him in a cage, after all, he's just a kid” he said as he looked down at Kuro 

 

“Ryuji Sir..with all due respect your to soft when it comes to kids” Arata says sighing

 

 “your still a kid yourself you know” Ryuji said as he picks kuro up “anyway for now he's no threat” he also added,

 

“what if he becomes a threat?” shana said as she put away her sword 

 

“then we will kill him” Ryuji says as he takes Kuro away.
