It's been four years since I did my affinity check. When I came back I was continuously pestered by Kinata and various other people about my affinity but I kept quiet. I mean, can you blame me? Most of my affinities are sealed, and the rest are affinities that no one knows about. Racial affinity as I guessed is a specific affinity a certain race has, an example is that the elves have the spirit affinity. Crest hasn't been mentioned in any of Tomoyo's lessons. As for bloodline, the hell? These are the names of two legendary weapons, not names of affinities.

"Zail! Horal to Zail!"(Kinata)

"Ah."(Zail)

I forgot. I forgot that me and Kinata are currently on our way to the Church Of The Divines. You may ask why me a five year old and Kinata, an eleven year old are going to the church. Well it's simple, we're going to the church for a status check.

"Tch."(Guard)

"Well, aren't you kind?"(Zail)

"You damn brat..."(Guard)

We're currently on our way to the church on a carriage along with other children. Me and Kinata are currently near the corner of the carriage.

"Such impoliteness, well I expect nothing less of a cursed."(Child)

"I've been thinking this for a long while but, why are people calling me cursed?"(Zail)

When I asked this question the atmosphere in the carriage crumbled. Mhm? What's wrong?

"What?"(Zail)

"You really...?"(Guard)

"I-it's because they're bullies!"(Kinata)

"Kinata, you're not convincing anyone."(Zail)

Soon after the guard brought a hand mirror out of her pocket and showed me. My face that is.

My face looked a lot like my previous life's face, there were only a few a differences, like ears that were slightly pointing, but the most apparent difference was my eyes. My right eye had a golden yellow, and my left had black.

"I'm heterochromatic?"(Zail)

"What's that?"(Kinata)

Kinata asked me a question while tilting her head. She's damn cute.

"It means my eyes are different colours, it doesn't necessarily mean I don't see the same colours as you though."(Zail)

"That's not the only reason why you're refered to as cursed."(Guard)

"What do you mean?"(Zail)

"Your hair."(Guard)

"It's black though?"(Zail)

"Exactly. Elves can have all sorts of hair colours, however they never have black."(Guard)

"I do though."(Zail)

"That's why you're refered to as cursed."(Guard)

"What idiot thought of me as cursed due to that?"(Zail)

The guard shrugged her shoulders.

"My name's Scarlet Walker."(Guard/Scarlet)

"It suits you."(Zail)

The guard blushed. I wonder why? The reason why I said that it suits her was because her hair was a blazing red and her eyes were deep red.

"You're different from the rumors."(Scarlet)

"Rumors?"(Kinata and Zail)

Mine and Kinata's voice overlapped each other, as we both tilted our heads in the same direction.

"They say you're a murderer, an evil madman and some even say you're the demon lord."(Scarlet)

"What the hell. Is this how far they go, just because I'm unique."(Zail)

"There are even rumors of how you assaulted a young lady, and then a noble came and saved her."(Scarlet.)

"Oi. They reversed the situation."(Zail)

"Haha..."(Scarlet)

After some time passed we finally arrived at the church. We were made to form lines and I was going to have a status check third, Kinata was second.

We entered the church and, as usual I was given stares filled with bloodlust. The boy who was going to have a status check first had blond hair and green eyes. His looks were that of a human.

The boy was given instructions and he began to pray infront of a statue. The statue was that of a woman who was wearing something similar to a gown. Her body was voluptuous.

While the boy was praying a golden light shone on him. It gave the feeling that he was a divine messenger.

"W-Wha!"(Priest)

A priest made a loud noise, I can already guess why.

"It's the hero!"(Priest)

Yep. Knew it.

After the boy had finished his praying state a beam of light befell and various items were there. From what I could see there was a book and a sword thrice the size of the kid. Well, he is around four to five years old.

The boy put hit hands on his new found items and something akin to a black hole appeared. The boy threw in his newfound items. After that he looked towards Kinata and said various disturbing things.

"Miss beautiful, would you like to go out with me."(Hero)

He was trying to pick up my big sister. The goddamn nerves.

"It was love at first sight. Now, marry me my love."(Hero)

I already know why but, my killing intent is rising steadily. A wry smile naturally formed on my face.

"Whose big sister are you trying to pick up?"(Zail)

The hero looked like he was shivering in fear. I wonder why? Let me teach him a lesson he'll never forget.

"Kukuku."(Zail)

A couple of people fainted behind me but, who cares?

"Zail, please calm down."(Kinata)

"Mhm? What do you mean, I am calm."(Zail)

"I'll tell him my self."(Kinata)

She then turned to face the boy and elegantly bowed.

"I'm delighted to recieve such an invitation--"(Kinata)

"Then!"(Hero)

"--However I humbly refuse."(Kinata)

"Kuu... How dare you?!"(Hero)

When the hero finished asking a question, a priest came to the hero and whispered something in his ear. I know it was something unpleasant because after that the hero made a disgusting smile.

"My name is Yakunan Bearheart remember it."(Yakunan)

After that the hero was led by a priest to a room.

"You are next, young lady."(Priest)

After a few minutes it was Kinata's turn to have a status check.

She began to walk, I can tell she was nervous because she was shaking slightly. She was then told instructions like the hero and began to pray infront of the statue.

Immediately after a silvery blue light beamed onto her. Damn, if my guess is right--

"It's an Holy Maiden!"(Priest)

Screw you. You damn priest.

After the beam calmed down, a few items were left my the beam. I could see Kinata visibly sigh and then a light covered her items. I think she covered it in light magic. Through out the 5 years of me living here, in this world, I've only managed to circulate it in my body.

Kinata then briskly ran to me.

"I'm back Zail!"(Kinata)

A priest came straight away.

"Ma'am, we humbly a--"(Priest)

"I humbly refuse your offer."(Kinata)

"Bu--"(Priest)

"I refuse."(Kinata)

After that the priest gave up and walked away. Though I feel like that's not the end of it.

"I'll be waiting outside of the church."(Kinata)

"Stay near the entrance."(Zail)

I suspect that various troublesome things will happen, I shouldn't leave her out of my sight.

"Next, you fil-- Handsome kid."(Priest)

"If you don't mean it then don't say it."(Zail)

"Tch"(Priest)

I kept walking towards the statue. I can hear my heart thumping, as expected even I will be nervous.

I was directly infront of the statue. I closed my eyes and then began to 'pray'.

Please, if there are any gods give me something beneficial.

As soon as I continuously 'prayed' I could feel a light that feels pleasant shine upon me.

"Wha?!"(Priest)

I heard the priest make a noise.

"Red, orange, yellow..."(Priest)

I heard him mumbling loudly.

"It's a rainbow!"(Young child)

I heard a child shout. Now that I think about it, there were children behind me. I honestly forgot about them because they were so silent. Well, at least they aren't naively thinking about the status check.

A priest then whispered that I can check my status now.

I breathed a whiff of air and then--
