If it wasn’t for the awkward situation he was in currently, Leo was sure he would have started a dance of the victory right now. Every bonus, skill, talent, and title he received after this were more ridiculously powerful than each other, while he had already learned of them from her bloodline's memories, they weren't stated as clearly as the system showed them. Leo was tremendously excited by the huge boost he received and couldn’t wait to try his new skills to get a better grasp of them. But he knew that he couldn’t do it right now as he should take care of the issue with Celia first.

Looking at the new ‘Forest King' title more thoroughly, he could guess it was the culprit of Celia's state. Without hesitation, he tried first to see if he could turn off the aura effect of the ‘Forest King’ title. Thankfully he managed to, and as soon as he turned it off he was able to hear Celia draw a heavy breath as if he was relieved by something. 

“Thanks, I don’t know what you did to stop it, but thank you. I was not sure I would be able to hold on for much longer. “ Celia said before Leo could even talk to her. 

“No, you don’t have to. It was my fault, to begin with.” Leo replied

“ No, it wasn’t your fault, it is me who is too weak. I don’t deserve to stand near you. “ Celia said, a bit disappointed in herself. A few moments ago, when Leo stepped out of his cocoon, an extremely heavy pressure filled the room and Celia was completely overwhelmed by it. No matter how hard she tried, she wasn’t even able to find the strength to speak to Leo. She was completely terrified by Leo’s presence even though she knew Leo wouldn't harm her.

She just felt like a worm in front of something so grand that she didn’t even deserve to near it or gaze at it. That fear she felt and the fact she couldn’t resist it reminded her of each time she felt powerless and had to watch those dear to her die while she stayed behind like a coward. She truly hated herself for being so weak and having to face Leo’s aura reminded her of her weakness in a brutal way. If she had to bear it much longer she was almost sure that her spirit would be broken, if it wasn’t already. 

Before she could sulk more, Celia heard Leo's calm and powerful voice ring in her mind once again.“ You don’t have to feel like this. You were just a victim of a deterrence skill that I awakened and unknowingly left activated. Even I know how unpleasant the effect of such a skill can be. Also, you are not weak, it is me who is not normal if I have to say so. And I will be more than honored to have you by my side if you want, and even if you don't want to, I won’t let you go without putting up a fight .” 

When she heard Leo's words and felt how sincere they were, Celia felt like all her worry suddenly went away, and as she looked at Leo with a thankful gaze, tears leaked slowly out of her eyes. “Thank you” was all she managed to squeeze out as she started sobbing loudly. 

Confused, Leo couldn’t help but ask himself if he said something wrong, but he didn’t, he thought. Not wanting to think too much of it, he just went towards Celia and used his paws to gently pat Celia's shoulder. The latter suddenly took Leo in her embrace and hugged the neck of the big cat tightly. Leo just stayed still and let Celia have her way until she fell asleep. 

Looking at the sleeping Celia that was still hugging him, Leo drew a light smile, not regretting having such a warm person at his side. After looking at Celia one last time, Leo finally called Luxia. 

"Luxia."  Leo called softly.

[Yes, Leo, what do you want?] Luxia replied.

"What happened here? Why did I suddenly become a winged Lion?" Leo asked as he moved the silvery gray wings that sprouted on his back and touched them curiously.

[Ah, that, don't worry. It's something good. Sometimes, if you happen to have an item that is powerful enough, is compatible with your evolution path, and is not a part of the item required for your evolution, it can create a mutation. In your current situation, the remaining energy contained in the Sphinx feather granted you some of the magic talent and wisdom of the sphinx and made your physique even more powerful. There is no disadvantage at all. Your current bloodline could be considered one of the very best advanced bloodlines.] Luxia answered him with a happy tone.

"I see, thank you I guess. But what about the mana storm. Was it something normal?" Leo inquired. 

[Ah, that, don't worry about it, it is nothing.] Luxia dismissed his question with that simple answer. 

"Ok." Leo muttered as he opened his status windows.

When he saw the huge change it went through once again and that after less than a day, he couldn’t help but be proud of how far he went after spending such a short time in this new world.

While Leo didn’t usually care about the sardonic remark at the end of his status, Leo knew that this time it was right. He may have the raw power but he truly lacked the finesse. If right now he was a shotgun, he needed to work towards becoming a refined and dreadful precision rifle, and he knew he had what it took for it. That’s also the reason he didn’t use his SP to enhance his skills. No matter how powerful his skills could become, it would be useless if he didn't understand them enough. Also, he knew that the power he currently held was even more insane than what the system showed. If he had to take into account the various enhancement abilities he had, Leo knew he would be more than deadly. 

As Leo finished with his reviewing, he closed his eyes, ready to take a little rest. While there were still many things he needed to take care of, he thought he still deserved a little rest. Resting beside Celia, Leo closed his eyes and let his mind wander into the land of dreams.  

What Leo didn’t know, or maybe he knew but didn’t want to think about it. Anyway, while he was taking his sweet time a massive storm was currently gathering because of his small...no, his big self and was heading towards him at full speed. How good he would fare against such a massive storm was still unknown but it won’t be long before we learn it.
