In the morning the next day, Feng Xue and Snowy arrive in front of the City's Gate. Their arrival turned into a commotion as the sight of two blossoming flowers certainly attracted a flock of bees.

Feng Xue was famous for her moniker as one of three heavenly beauties of Phoenix city. The other women who can rival her prestige were the young miss of Li family Li Xuan and Phoenix Pavilion Manager Madam Suyan.

Li Xuan famous for her cold and aloofness as if no one can be placed in her eyes. This granted her nickname: Ice Queen.

Unbeknownst to them, on the second floor of a particular restaurant, a group of young men stared hard at their figure with lust apparent in their eyes.

Sat on the middle, a handsome and intelligent-looking young man that looks like a scholar sip his tea and speak softly,

"Who is that girl who came with my cousin, Feng Xue? Why don't I know there is such a pure swan in this city?"

"Maybe she was her fellow sect disciple, Young Master Feng. There's a rumor that Heaven Sword Sect's legacy disciples to be an immortal fairy," the young man in green clothes with sharp eyebrows chirped.

"Yes, Young Master. What Ah Bai said must be true." The young man with a crooked nose said while pouring a tea to Young Master Feng cup.

"Ah Shen, you stingy little brat, filling in my cup too," Ah Bai chided the young man named Ah Shen.

Ignoring their behavior, Young Master Feng felt something didn't add up and quietly muttering,

"It cannot be true. She was only a Third Level of Qi Refining cultivator. There's no way a legacy disciple of a big sect like Heaven Sword has cultivation based that low. At least her cultivation must be at Golden Core stage."

"It's even better. She won't be able to refuse if Young Master favors her. It is impossible for her to not give in to someone as handsome and powerful as Young Master," Ah Bai tried his luck to get on Young Master Feng's good side.

"Your bootlicking skill never fails to amaze me, Ah Bai. But, I can't refute your words too. Aiyaaa, it such a sin to born with a handsome face. Let's go to the mansion to meet this beauty. This Young Master can't afford to wait anymore"

Young Master Feng looked in the direction where Feng Xue and Snowy walk in while licking his lips lasciviously.

Entering Feng's family mansion, a woman who looked in her middle 30's wearing plain yet elegant blue clothes, welcoming two of them with a warm smile.

"My, my, what a beauty. Which family's princess you have kidnapped, my dear daughter?"

She let out a small laugh and gave Feng Xue a teasing look.

"You jest, mom. There was no princess just a naïve young maiden. If I don't take Snowy with me she might end up as some young masters' plaything elsewhere," Feng Xue replied with a mocking tone.

"I am a human, not a thing," said Snowy plainly.

"Now, now. Don't be so rude, little Xue."

"Oh, I haven't introduced myself properly. I'm Xue's mother. You can call me Madam Feng or even mom just like Xue. Please, make yourself at home. I'm sure Xue will be pleased"

She said while winking at Snowy.

"Mom!!"

Feng Xue cannot help but blush to hear her mother's remark.

She had always felt lonely at home because she was the only child. So, if Snowy also stays here she won't feel that lonely anymore.

They also can cultivate together. And when Snowy's cultivation based reach Qi Transformation stage she can bring her to officially join the sect. Maybe she can even directly accepted as an inner court disciple.

While Xue lost in her thought. Snowy feel warmth from Madam Feng's word. She can feel honesty and sincerity in her word.

This was a new experience for her and she believed this warmth could make her understand human emotion better.

Seeing Feng Xue and Snowy lost in their own world, Madam Feng clap once and said, "Okay, both of you must be tired. Because it's very sudden we haven't prepared any room for Snowy. So for now, Snowy has to share the room with little Xue."

"When your father comes back, we will have dinner together," she said while looking at Feng Xue.

"It's fine. Thank you for your hospitality, Madam Feng," Snowy said.

"Okay, mom! Now let's go to our room!" Feng Xue said readily accepted her mother's arrangement and dragged Snowy to her room.

"This is my room and for today you can use this room too. I need to go somewhere first, so just do what you want to do."

After Feng Xue left the room, a sudden notification was popping up on Snowy's mind. She had a breakthrough to Fourth Level of Qi Refining stage. Not done it for a while, Snowy recited the command to open the status window.
