"Not what I was expecting," Izumi says. "But what's up with that title The Weak because the system is wrong, I am anything but weak" "I agree," a voice says.

"Good because I'm righ-" Izumi realizes that somebody just responded and stands there in shock. A girl in a maid outfit was the one that responded but Izumi was confused, he was sure that this guild had no maids.

"Who are you?" Izumi asks. "My name is not important I only came here to tell you that Goya Yuki accepts the request for negotiations" And just like that she disappeared the same way she appeared. "Did she just teleport? did I just witness somebody teleporting?" Izumi says in a daze "Anyway I have more important things to do like preparing for the negotiations" While thinking about things that he would probably need for the negotiations (like information) a passing thought floated by 'If mana exists doesn't that mean that magic exists?' and with that thought alone Izumi erupted into laughter

"Scratch that number one priority is magic" Izumi gets to work or at least tries to before coming to the realization that he has no idea where to start. "In most light novels usually you need the skill Mana Manipulation so maybe if I tried to get that skill I could start my mage journey"

And as such Izumi got to work for real this time trying to feel the faint energy inside him that he guessed was mana after an hour of trying to reach his mana it was almost time for the meeting and he had gotten absolutely no progress. "Why won't it work am I talentless or something!?" Izumi refused to actually believe that though as he had been reincarnated and refused to believe that he was ordinary

Izumi decided that he should start getting dressed for the meeting

As Izumi walked into the meeting room he saw a muscular man sitting on the chair giving out the aura of a mafia boss or at least what Izumi thought a mafia boss would look like.

"Hello, Goya my name is Izumi" The silence was awkward 'He probably already knew my name how would he not know the name of the person he is invading now it's awkward for nothing' Izumi thought.

"Let's start the negotiations," Goya says. "I can help you, Goya, since I know the situation you are in and without me, you will, of course, fail," Izumi says confidently

but in truth, he was just spouting nonsense since he didn't know anything and this would probably fail however Izumi already decided that this was the only way he could come to an agreement so, in reality, it was all a gamble

In Goya's mind, however, he shivered questioning how he knew about his group's recent quarrels with the heroes party as that should have been kept top secret however Goya was not foolish enough to say yes with just that "And why do you think I won't just force you to help me after taking over your guild?"

'Maybe some nursery rhymes and cupcakes around a campfire would make you less rude seriously I offer help and he says he would control me!?' Izumi thinks however he had a plan for this which was even more bluffing

"Because my party can exterminate you like a bug," Izumi says starting to gain some more confidence thinking that this might work and that I might be able to do this but that confidence was flattened with one mere sentence

"Then why have I not been exterminated yet?" Goya says his suspicion rising as he felt that something here simply didn't feel right and that he may be missing something. "We haven't exterminated you since we want to try and reach an agreement however if you don't agree then you truly should be afraid"

Goya felt like he had nothing to lose from letting them deal with the hero situation as he was not fully convinced and would make his judgement based on if they can help his group or not. "Sure then if you can save my group from the hero then I will fall back and no longer attack, however, if you don't help my group then I'm afraid I would have to finish you off"

Izumi was shitting bricks the entire time he was negotiating as he didn't know if he would make it out alive but it worked and one of his skills levelled which proved his theory of the more you do it the higher the skill gets

[Bluffing has levelled up twice, Bluffing LVL 3]
