Question, what is the priority?

Literally translates to the hole which exists in the life which exists.

O comes before ri, not because of any priority rule, but because of aelo already being a word. 

Or, we can say ori is a word too, so that is attached to ael.

Hence, aelori has to meaning

1. Life/everything which doesn't exist.

1. Death/ void which exists.

But, we do need to talk about the priority?

Ri is a suffix which turns everything into negative. 

So, what is the problem with aelrio.

That would translate to void which exists,

We can say that order doesn't matter, since this is a simple language, but let's do it for formality sake.

For the first one, I think it implies, there are lots of lives that exists, like population wise. As, for second, think it implies how life goes on for many years and exists.
