The Tesseract 

Red skull had already found the tesseract around a year ago in Norway , jax had him ship it abroad. jax had been waiting for a long time to use this item he had wanted to see ways of extracting energy from it but so far he had been able to siphon just a slight fraction of its energy. Even that fraction had powered his machines efficiently , the problem he currently had on his hands was how to create a fake tesseract for Howard stark to find in the ocean.

" Howard stark even in my original world you would have been considered a genius, but your genius must either work for me or not work at all," thought jax as he held the tesseract in his hands

"1 down 5 to go," he said as slowly put the tesseract back into the generator

jax knew he could not rely on this for too long he still needed to take this back to Schmidt so it could awaken and send him to the whereabouts of the soul stone.

"my lord, we have found the energy signature of two of the stones," said ebony maw as he went down on one knee.

The floating throne turned around and a giant purple being clad in gold armour, slowly turned around

"good," he said as he looked on into the infinite stars

3 months later May 5th 19:23 PM

captain america hit red skull on the chest with his shield and sent him flying on the jets control panel,

red skull brought out his energised pistol,

'pwoo' ,

" captain you have witnessed the power of gods, yet you wear a flag on your chest and think you fight a battle of nations," said red skull as he took another shot

" i have seen the future captain, there are no flags," said red skull as he took another shot

"not my future," shouted the captain as he leapt into the corner and defended another shot and finally threw he's shield and smashed red skull into the machine that held the tessearct

" what have you done," said red skull as he picked up the tesseract and noticed it was glowing stronger.

Pacific Ocean

" she'll be coming round the moun-- oh it's already starting," said jax as he stopped singing and looked up into the sky

a beam of light went straight into sky

" hahahaha see you in vormir, Schmidt," said jax as he put down his book and started up his speed boat

after that flash of light a small object came falling out of the jet

" here it comes," said jax as he pressed a button on the speed boat and a giant black funnel came out from the back and caught the cube

"replicate" shouted jax as the funnel began to glow light blue

after about a minute a shiny cube came out on one side however it looked slightly smaller,

"hmm, it'll have to do," thought jax as as he then brought out the real tessearct and put it in a brief case.

then he threw the replica into the ocean

" time to see the finale....hey you awake, your mate's about to go to sleep," said jax as he kicked a tied up Bucky Barnes who was sleeping on the floor

"huuhhh," groaned bucky as he felt the kick in his guts

"forget it, i guess i'll watch it myself then," said jax as he grinned from ear to ear

jax watched on as the jet went plunging into the pacific with the captain still in it.

"marvellous absolutely marvellous." Said jax as started clapping at the scene

May 7th 8:40 AM

jax had spent nearly two days getting back to his base in america however he knew it was worth it, he had been able to capture several patients (including bucky) for the super soldier experiments. He had been able to locate James Howlett (wolverine) location a month ago and had a bounty put on his head, that would keep him busy for the next few months until his predetermined capture. Shaw had a breakthrough in awakening the x gene, and had done the experimentation on himself and found that it was a success. Shaw had then sent a video message of the several other successful experiments including Eric lensher who now is being trained to lead a new squad of mutant ability users.

"marvellous," said jax as he looked on at a vat of boiling silver liquid

"although it's a lesser version, i can still make miracles hehe," he guffawed as looked on at an abbreviated version of adamantium. jax had spent a long time on this project, it had taken a lot of resources for Dr Myron to replicate his miraculous accident but jax knew it was all worth it, however it still needed a lot of work to be perfected.

'beep, beep', two missed message

"receive," said jax as he put a lid over the bubbling mixture, he knew he was going to use it soon.

"sir dieter..no supreme, it is I Zola i have been captured by the allies however i know that the oath still lives within me and the rest of the soldiers, i have made this message to  ask for my orders and to know the future of hydra," said Zola anxiously through the comm.

jax smiled and then made a link to the comm of every soldier or agent of HYDRA,

"This is a message to all active HYDRA agents and soldiers, this is not the end but a new beginning for HYDRA, we must lay within the belly of the beast and kill it from within, we shall birth new blood for our organisation and from under the noses of our enemies we will thrive. Listen to the words of your supreme, HYDRA will rise again because if you cut of one head two more grow in it's place, tell me what happens when you cut them all?" said jax as he ended the message

"receive the next one" said jax as he took out two test tubes from a fridge and poured the contents of one in a syringe.

" My lord it is me Shaw, i have since the fall located my projects elsewhere and will send you the coordinates in a week, for the mutant's that have awakened we have shipped them to a camp in new Orleans and we have broken them down in to different classes ranging from C to S. finally for your mission to capture James Howlett has been a surprising one we have succeeded in not only capturing him but another mutant he was travelling with, he says he's name is victor creed however this one seems more on the savage side but his abilities are quite similar to to James who wishes to be refereed to as Logan. we have informed them about our dream to unite mutants one and all and they have so far been accepting, we promised them each their wishes in exchange for simply giving a boost in power however they have no idea that the drug we gave them was your improved hallucinogen but as you told us we were not going to take any chances, they should come too in about two days."

"good," whispered jax as strapped himself in a chair

'initiating x gene sequence'

the contents of the syringe was emptied into jax's blood stream

"here come's the painful bit," said jax as he bit down on a mouth piece as a strong current was let through the chair,  jax bit down further into the mouth piece as he's eyes went crimson red and his nose began to bleed.

as jax was feeling unworldly pain his skin began to break up and crack into scale's, on jax's head a bump began to form on his skull as two small horns began to poke out. Jax's spine began to elongate from his pelvis as a small scaly tail grew out of his back. His nails grew in 2 inches longer and his skin colour began to take a red hue

'sequence complete'

jax opened his eyes and noticed that his vision had improved he could see and hear perfectly, jax then began to spectate his body.

"although I've changed my body hasn't seemed to grow taller but my muscles are more defined, i guess the improved formula has boosted my transformation" said jax as he smiled with a row of sharp teeth glistened in the light.

"this can now be considered my first power up in this world," said jax as he took a couple of deep breaths.

"time to test out my abilities"said jax as he left the lab and made his way to a training room,

jax began to test out his strength, agility and durability in the room, he had also tested his extra abilities such as:

=fire resistance -( jax's skin is resistant to fire up to 600 degrees Celsius )

=healing factor- ( jax can heal from injuries such as amputation of ligaments)

=carnivore-( jax can grow his teeth and dislocate his jaw and devour large pieces of meat)

=claws-(jax can retract his claws on both his feet and hands and extract them even in his normal form)

"huh" sighed jax as he took deep breaths, he had pushed his body to the maximum to see his limit and had realised he could survive in extreme climates for longer than any human. jax could stay underwater for over 5 hours but although he could still survive in them jax still found the colder climate's more challenging seeing as he's mutant abilities swayed more towards the cold-blooded type. jax had thought long and hard what to call this ability and ended up choosing the name,

Apex Predator

"ah, it's been a long day" thought Howard stark as he came back to his office at home, after the disappearance of Steve rogers aka 'Captain America' he had continued his dream to build the future of technology, after the search parties were called in he had gone by himself  to sure for his country's war hero, however during his search he came across a certain unidentifiable object. Stark did not know what it was but after the war with HYDRA, stark had gotten hold of a few of their weaponry designs which had brought him to the conclusion that this object must have been a source of power.

Knock Knock

"Come in" said stark as he could feel a slight headache coming along

"Your tea master stark" said a man in a tuxedo

" thank you just leave it on the desk" said stark as he continued to read a newspaper

"Wait a minute, I don't remember having a butl--" s

he could not even finish his sentence before he felt a napkin on his nose and his eyes covered, stark then felt everything go dark as his consciousness left him.
