Looking at the book in his vision, Cyril attempted to direct his vision to the inconspicuous book
Trying harder and harder, Cyril felt a stinging pain in his eyes
Feeling the searing pain, Cyril felt as the energy retreated from around him, dispersing into the dusty air
"Waking up" And touching his eyes, he suddenly realised that there was blood dripping down
"Well, that's not healthy," Cyril said with a laugh, trying to ignore the pain
Taking a final look at the pressure plate, Cyril retreated to the kitchen to sort his eyes out

Just finishing its food, Phantump looked content and happy, but sad when it looked at its empty food bowl
Looking at its trainer running out of the basement, Phantump immediately came running towards him but stopped, noticing that the basement door was open
"Phaaaantump?" It said in confusion, looking towards the open door.
Ever since it has been with its trainer, it never noticed the door open
Curiosity killed the cat, As phatump slowly creaked the door open
opening the door, the phantump felt at peace looking at the shrine, which made it felt like it was at home, in the forest
Thinking of its parents, the phantump sadly said
"Phantump."
Noticing the stone with something engraved into it, Phantump flew above it, looking at it with curiosity
"Phantump?"
It could feel something call out to it, as it went closer and closer

Bandaging his eye, Cyril sighed as he walked towards the kitchen for a snack
Seeing that it was dinner time, Cyril walked past the entrance to the basement, only to find that gap between the door was wider
Noticing Phantump gone, Cyril rushed into the basement, watching as the little pokemon was ready to touch the pressure plate
"Phantump, it's dangerous, don't do i-" Cyril screamed, watching as the little tree touched the pressure plate, getting enveloped in a violet colour
Seeing it gone, Cyril immediately rushed towards the pressure plate, doing the same
"Phantump, please be safe," Cyril said, getting enveloped in a Violet light
Noticing that he was in a lush forest, Cyril looked around and watched as the Spinarak slowly climbed up the large tree's
"Where am I?" Cyril muttered, looking around
"Phantump, are you there?" Cyril shouted, causing the bush to shake in response
a familiar Ghost appeared, running up to Cyril and crying
"Uh, what's wrong?" Cyril said in confusion before he heard
*Bzzzz*
"Im in danger." Cyril chuckled, before running away
"Beedril!" The angry mob of beedril shouted, running towards the fleeing duo
Looking at the beedril rapidly approaching, Cyrill commanded
"Phantump, use Branch poke" Cyril commanded, pointing towards the half-dead tree
Quickly stopping and turning around, Phantump suddenly threw his arms into the air and made a small branch pop out of the air, hitting the dead tree
Seeing it fall down and nearly kill the beedril, Cyril quickly ran towards the biggest tree he could find

5 minutes later
Catching his breath, Cyril looked towards the comically large tree and sighed
"Is this supposed to be the world tree or something?" Cyril muttered with a laugh, lamenting about how the video games always have that one tree
Looking towards the Phantump, that was dancing around him, Cyril scolded
"Never do that again!" He shouted, "That was dangerous and could have gotten you killed!"
Phantump bowed its head, expressing its apology
Picking it up and scratching its wooden part, Cyril said "It's fine, just don't do it again"
Looking towards a tree branch, Cyril noticed something familiar
"The symbol?" The symbol that was on the pressure plate was on the tree branch, sparking Cyril's interest
Trying to do another vision, he felt the familiar energy overtake him but saw something he saw before
"What ..."
Watching as the tree absorbed the energy, he could have sworn it got sturdier
"Where am I?"
The main problem, however, was that the symbol was incredibly high up
The only reason he could see it was because of his eyesight.
Well, on his left eye at least
Trying to climb the tree, Cyril sighed when he noticed that he won't reach that at all
Looking at his skinny arms and the massive tree, he looked towards Phantump
"Try to go up to the Symbol and try to activate it so we can get back home."
With a nod, the small tree trunk slowly floated towards the symbol, but could only get halfway through before being forced back
Looking at the limited area of distance it could fly, Cyril sighed
Since it wasn't a flying type, flying wasn't it fortee, not mentioning the higher you go the colder gets
"A flying type pokemon," Cyril muttered, looking towards the forest
Catching one wouldn't be a problem in a normal situation, but since he doesn't have a Pokeball, he could only sigh
Sighing while coming to a solution, he found only one
"Foodservice."
He will target a clan that needs food and bribe them with it in exchange for flying towards the symbol
The second option is to find an outcast/weak/starving bird and give it food, forcing it to love him
"Am I some sociopath or something?" Cyril said with a laugh, before looking at phantump with a smile that could turn a mother stone cold
"you and I are, well, going to do some training." Cyril cunningly laughed, looking at the poor god of Lazyness Phantump who was shaking in fear, Cyrils laughed only intensified
