It was steak night at the Tower of the Chosen. Steak was Miss Planner's favorite food.

When it came to food, the tiny Miss Planner didn't show any self-control whatsoever. She ate whatever she wanted, whenever she felt like it, and the only thing she cared about was the flavor of her meal. She ate gracefully, but had an appetite like a pig.

Miss Planner asked the cafeteria staff for a big, juicy piece of steak with lots of fat on it. She also grabbed herself a big bowl of hearty potato soup and a side of onion rings. Milly was having a bowl of potato soup too (smaller than the one Miss Planner ordered) and a glass of water.

"Delicious," said Miss Planner. "They seasoned the steak perfectly."

Miss Planner's face was shining with delight. Her eyes glittered in anticipation of her next bite of juicy meat. Milly was staring blankly into space. She didn't seem to be paying attention.

"Milly?" Miss Planner asked.
"Huh? Oh... I'm sorry. What did you say, Miss Planner?"

"Are you okay?"
"I'm alright, Miss Planner. I'm just exhausted. I feel like I can barely move."

"Well, you've had a long day. Eat your soup. You need to get your strength back somehow, right?"
"Yes, ma'am."

Milly smiled weakly and picked up her spoon. She put a few bites in her mouth, chewed, swallowed, then waited a long moment before starting again. Miss Planner wasn't bothered by Milly's behavior in the slightest. The little blonde tyrant made sure to thoroughly enjoy her steak dinner.

"You know what I love most about this job? All of this delicious food is just an elevator ride away! Oh my, this steak is tasty, and the onion rings are just perfect."
"Yeah."

Miss Planner laughed happily and stuffed another huge forkful of steak into her mouth. Milly was slouching. She looked like she was about to pass out. Her long brown hair was falling down into her eyes.

"Ah, that was a really fantastic dinner, wasn't it? Did you like your soup?"
"Yeah."

"We're going to do it a little early this week, Milly. Maybe the desert heat was a little too much for you. Poor girl. Do you want me to do it here or do you want to do it at my apartment?"
"I don't care."
"Okay, let's go home. We'll have a nice, enjoyable evening together... hehehe."

Miss Planner took Milly by the hand and guided her out of the Tower of the Chosen. Milly couldn't quite make it all the way back to the apartment on her own two feet. Halfway through the walk, she needed Miss Planner to help support her.

"Oh, dear. Easy now... we're almost there. Just a bit more."
"Yes, ma'am."

Miss Planner was in a great mood after eating her favorite meal. She was humming as she carried Milly on her back.

"What kind of music do you like, Milly?"
"I don't care."
"My, my. I wish you were always this open-minded. We can do it without music today if you want."

Miss Planner and her assistant finally made it to their destination, a cheap one-bedroom apartment on the bad side of town. Miss Planner rushed Milly inside, careful to lock the door behind her, and then helped Milly into a chair at the kitchen table.

"I'm going to take off your dress so we can get started, okay?"
Milly didn't respond. She was sitting completely still, her eyes unfocused and vacant.

Miss Planner undid the straps on Milly's floral dress. It fell from her shoulders in one smooth motion. Then, the tiny blonde woman guided the dress off of Milly's body and tossed it aside.

"Ugh. Poor girl. You need to tell me before it gets this bad next time. We need to be careful before we go the Grand Temple again, don't we? Don't worry, this won't take long. I just need to tighten up your skin a bit, and then we can get started."

Miss Planner moved quickly, making sure to support Milly's body as she went. She had a habit of talking to herself out loud when she worked, maybe to fill the silence. Her voice was bright and cheerful, and she had a pleasant expression of concentration on her face.

"I thought I had some spare from last time. Hm... now where did it go? I just never seem to have it when I need it. That'll teach me to stock up. Hehehe! I'm a woman of constant self-improvement, aren't I? It's okay, Milly. This will do nicely! There we go. Now, onto the other side. Hehe. Not bad, right? I'm just going to massage this in real quick, then we'll finish up."

The sound of crackling plastic reached Milly's ears, but her mind didn't register the meaning. Her head slumped down, chin on her chest. She stared blankly at the floor. Miss Planner's soft hands gently kneaded the cracks in her torso with a nasty-smelling yellow substance. Slowly, the harsh plastic smell gave way to the scent of bubblegum. Milly wanted to ask what it was, but couldn't find her voice.

"This is a little trick I learned. Not even the Elders know about this! Do you like it? I knew you would... I did it just for you. Hehehe. Nice. Very nice."

Miss Planner patted the new layer of coating with a flat wooden stick, spreading it evenly. It had a strong smell too, and Milly could feel it on the inside of her nostrils. Her vision went cloudy, and she felt very sleepy. She could barely see the outline of her master, who seemed to be muttering to herself as she worked.
