"Hmmm what's happening!?... Why do I see blood on my hand, oh shit I'm bleeding from my chest!" - MC

I looked up and I saw a figure of a woman

"Who is she? Damn I can't see her properly; it's all blurry, am I gonna die here?" - MC

"Do not worry, you are going to be alright" - ???

The dream cut off and I suddenly wake up falling down my bed

"Ouch" - MC

I picked myself up and checked the clock

"Oh fuck! I'm late for work!!" - MC

7 hours later

The MC finished his shift on a bad notice, he got scolded for coming late to work

*sob* "Damn I need to wake up early next time.. I can already feel my pay decreasing." - MC

On his way home, he was saw 2 thugs approaching a lady with malice intent

"Hmm what are they doing?.. Not my business.. I got something else to take care of." - MC

Screams are coming from the alleyway were two thugs were following the woman to

"Leave me alone! What do you guys want from me!?" - Lady

"Hey we just wanna talk to you that's all, we are nice people don't be afraid.." - Thug 1

"His right.. we'll treat you nicely if you listen to us." - Thug 2

"Wait is it money that you want guys want? If so I'll give it to you please don't hurt me." - Lady

The MC with incredible speed reaches behind one of the thugs and knock him out before the situation escalated any further..

'I know I said it wasn't my business but I couldn't look the other way in this case' - MC 

"Don't you guys know that ganging up on a defenseless lady is seen as cowardly and not manly...

Seriously tho if you didn't have muscles for brains you could have gotten yourselves a girlfriend and without needing such drastic measures" - MC

The other is thug is still confused about the turn of events and hasn't made a move yet

I went to check up on the frightened lady

"Hey are you okay? Did they hurt you in any way?" - MC 

"I'm okay.. than-

Look! Behind you!!" - Lady

"Huh?" - MC

As soon as I was about to turn around, the thug that was knocked down unconscious stood back up and is holding a gun.

"You talk too much for a kid.. You shouldn't have messed with us" - Thug 1

'Yh I'm dead.. ain't no way I can dodge a bullet point blank' - MC 

He was about to shoot me.. But time slows down and a mysterious figure hovers next to me and whispers

"I'll give you a chance to avoid this terrible fate and save the person in front of you, but if you do not wish for any help, you will die and I can't promise you what happens next to the woman." - Unknown entity

"You said enough... I do not care for what happens to me but I can't let my selfishness be the cause for endangering the safety of this lady... so I accept your help" - MC

"Well said" - Unknown entity

Time turns back to normal and a ray of light engulfs the whole area for a spit second, that blinded the two thugs...

But time still felt slow to me with that small opening I carried the lady swiftly outside the alleyway.

"I can't thank you enough for what you did for me today.. You are my hero." - Lady

"No worries I would have done it for anyone" - MC

"Ok.. my name is Celeste, what's yours is you don't mind me asking?" - Lady

"My name is Xeno... I need to be somewhere bye" - MC

"Aww he's gone ... I was going to give him my number but I feel like we are going to cross paths again." - Celeste
