On another note, should I save Shisui or should I let him die like the original? Tell me your opinion

For me you should let Shisui survive. This way you can get Danzo out of the way quickly, or you can make him a Disappeared Ninja and have his Organization dismantled...
Plus this would lead to Itachi and Sasuke staying in Konoha for the time being and Sasuke won't become a madman obsessed with. revenge and with the IQ of a boot
Maybe let him die, and then use the opportunity to bring some character growth to the MC. You can also use his death as a tipping point for the clans to demand a new hokage.
Depends what your plans for Danzo are.
He has enough BS done already but you can use Shisui as the "last drop" to start the downfall.
On the other hand you can use Shisuis death / near-death for other things, like a rescue at the last moment for example.
save him on the last moment and let the three clans transform Danzo into a traitor of konoha
I think Shisui should be saved... Otherwise Uchiha, Hyuga and Kurama clans should be angered so much, that bloodshed will be needed... Or so I think...
I think he should live. It would be strange for Kurama to let one of the few people who care about naruto die or atleast not be aware of the danger around naruto.
I feel like shisui should as for why it because the story would be. Rlly different compare to canon since danzo wont get his eyes or you could make it where he does get the eye but shisui gets safe and lives.
