Yep its a really good item you can get in a limited time event called 『The rise of Babilis』, ah good old days, I remember myself staying awake for three days straight grinding to get that item, why is it here though? and by the looks of it, this item has a curse of binding¹ too

Saying that, the Auctioneer's assistant commanded the slave to stand, hitting her multiple times with a whip, the slave then tries to stand but fails miserably

The Auctioneer's assistant puts the necklace to the slave's neck

The Auctioneer's assistant then brought in a bunch of heavy materials like that trident and threw it to the slave. 

The slave them cathes them clumsily and struggled to carry them all properly without anything falling

Notes:

1. Curse of binding - Different from Item Egos who choose their own wielder, Items with curse of binding cannot be used by anyone except the owner, now this may seem like a good thing but this practically made the item useless because once you use it, you can't remove it from your storage or sell the item anymore. For example once you used a sword with curse of binding its not like you can't unequip the item but you can't equip another weapon anymore, like when you tried equipping another sword, a dialogue like this will show up “You tried touching the handle of the sword but an intense thundershock appeared as you do so”. The only method to remove this is by hiring a high priest to remove the  curse which is super expensive by the way

In short, this is just a yandere weapon that don't want you to use any weapon but them
