Jeff was 15 now and he was having a hard time in life. His parents passed away in a car accident do to a drunk driver. And his grandfather passed away a year earlier. So now he is in a foster home in Virginia. He was living with a couple named James and Karen Hunter.

(AN: Hey guys sorry for the super short chapter today I have started to read a light novel called Tyrant of steel and I have completely focused on reading that book that I forgot to write a chapter today. Also I will be starting the book next chapter the mc will start when he is 16 and I can focus on his story with out having to worry about crossing paths with Rick for a bit.)
