In a dimly lit room.

"B-Boss!"

A man wearing a white coat was covered in sweat ran into the room.

He seemed happy and nervous at the same time.

"H-Hugo! Barging in like this!"

A woman from the sidelines exclaimed, irritated at the sudden arrival of the man.

"You don't get it! It's big news!"

"T-Those people in black disturbing our missions! T-They have a subject with them!"

The man shouted.

It was then a shadowy figure stepped up from somewhere in the room.

"Hooh?"

"Anything else?"

The man said.

"I-I also managed to inject one of them with th-"

Before he could finish, the shadowy figure waved his hand.

The man's head was now rolling on the ground.

"Injected..!?"

The shadowy figure spoke, but this time he sounded irritated.

"B-Boss, Please calm down..!"

The woman said trying to cool the man's anger.

"Calm down!? Whose fault do you think it is that a subject is running around freely!?"

The man retorted, glaring at the woman.

The woman was silent as she quietly stepped back with her head down low.

"Haaah.."

I was now on my way home to the estate.

On my back was a still unconscious Sekei.

When is this idiot gonna wake up..

My mind wandered off somewhere before coming back.

Come to think of  it..

Why couldn't I move earlier?

I pondered as I made my way to the estate.

I rushed and brought Sekei to his room.

I then made my way to Chiya's office.

"Chiya-nee! It's Sekei!"

Without wasting time she rushed to Sekei's room.

She made her way to Sekei's unconscious body.

She checked a few things like his pulse and breathing.

"Phew.. Good news is, he's still alive.."

"Just give him a few days to rest and he'll be up and running"

She says with a smile.

Phew..

Thank god.

The rest of the day was normal.

I ate dinner.

Did some light training.

And went to bed.
