Avalon High School stood tall and imposing against the backdrop of the bustling cityscape, its ivy-covered walls a symbol of knowledge and opportunity. As Oliver approached the grand entrance, he couldn't help but feel a flutter of nerves in his stomach.

Inside, the air buzzed with energy as students from all walks of life bustled about, their voices mingling in a cacophony of excitement and anticipation. Oliver took a deep breath, steeling himself for the challenges that lay ahead.

The entrance exam room was a cavernous space filled with rows of desks and anxious faces. Oliver found a seat near the back and took a moment to gather his thoughts, the weight of the moment settling upon his shoulders.

As the exam began, Oliver immersed himself in the questions, his mind racing to recall everything he had studied in preparation. Time seemed to blur as he worked through each problem with meticulous care, determination driving him forward.

Hours passed in a blur until finally, the last question was answered, and the exams were collected. As Oliver emerged from the exam room, he found himself surrounded by a sea of relieved faces, each one wearing a hopeful smile.

"Hey, Oliver!" called a familiar voice from across the room.

Turning, Oliver spotted Lily waving enthusiastically, her eyes bright with excitement. Making his way through the crowd, he greeted her with a smile.

"How did it go?" Lily asked, her voice tinged with curiosity.

Oliver shrugged, unable to suppress a grin. "I think it went okay. It was challenging, but I gave it my best shot."

Lily beamed at him, her enthusiasm contagious. "That's all anyone can ask for! Whatever happens, just remember that we're all in this together."

As they made their way out of the school, Oliver couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the friends he had made along the way. Despite the uncertainty that lay ahead, he knew that with their support, anything was possible.

With a newfound sense of purpose, Oliver headed back towards the Village, his heart filled with hope and determination. Whatever the future held, he was ready to face it head-on, armed with the knowledge that he was not alone in his journey.
