I know, I know. 2 years ago I announced an anime and a new version of this webnovel and woosh, I disappeared into the void.

I'm officially announcing the release of the new version of this webnovel under a different name.

I present to you - Chasing Shadows.

I kept the general outline and the concept, but pretty much everything else evolved. The writing got better. The characters have more depth and a real past.

A realistic take on an isekai/transported into another world trope

Chasing Shadows is the 1st book of this Isekai Ran series and should be around 70 chapters.
