I was running towards the main part of the city when I accidentally tripped on a rock and had caused me to scrape my leg, I hadn’t noticed it in my way since I was distracted by Yuki who was close by

 

“Are you okay Kaoru?”

 

“Yes,” said Kaoru as she was flustered

 

“Seems you scraped your leg but it’s not bad”

 

I was embarrassed by it, he had seen me fall right in front of him, I stayed quiet until someone spoke up but it wasn’t Yuki 

 

• Kaoru & Yuki Pov

 

“Hey what are you two doing out of school?” said a police officer

 

“Umm,” they both said as they were confused and shocked by the police officer being able to move

 

They both looked around the police officer and noticed time was unfrozen, they saw other people moving like normal

 

“Hey do you guys hear me”

 

“Yes officer” Yuki spoke up

 

“So like I said before what are you two doing out of school?”

 

“We’re actually heading there right now”

 

“Hmm is that true young lady?”

 

“Uh yes it is”

 

“Hm okay I’ll believe you both this one time but if I see you two here again during school hours I will report it to yall schools”

 

“Yes Officer well be heading back now,” said Yuki as he grabbed Kaoru hand and started walking towards her school

 

“Yuki”

 

“Yes I also seen, time unfroze”

 

“But.. how?”

 

“I don’t know but let’s head to your school”

 

“Wait how do you know the direction towards there”

 

“Remember I have a sister who goes there”

 

“Oh yeah I forgot” Kaoru was again embarrassed from her lack of common sense

 

                                                                                                      *They arrived at Kaoru's school

 

“We'll talk later after school if that works with you?”

 

“Yeah just text me when we could meet up”

 

“Okay”

I know this chapter was pretty short but I don’t like leaving cliffhangers so I decided to upload this chapter also we are finally getting into the mystery aspect of this series! Next chapter tomorrow, and again thank you to everyone who supports this series!
