CHAPTER 10: HIDDEN POWER
{professor's lab}
Arising from the rubles of the lab that exploded, came the professor.
'What happened? If I remember correctly, I was in my lab, then there was a large explosion...',
He then turned only to find his lab as turn to rubles,
"Ahhh... My lab... My creations.... It's all gone",
Then came a flash light as the professor glanced back, the light was bright enough to be seen from miles afar,
"What is that light?",
The professor then observed carefully, only to find out that the light which flashed was mana at high concentration being gathered. He then pondered,
— Why is mana being gathered there?",
"Let me check".
{Eliana kingdom}
In the Queen's throne room,
"Uhh... What's that light?",
The Queen said, asking herself,
She then ran outside, hoping to get a glimpse of what had happened,
A guard in worry of the Queen, bowed and asked,
"Queen Elaine,
You shouldn't be here...",
"What was that light?",
she asked quickly, with a bold expression,
"I don't know what that was, but it definitely came from the west, which is most likely the area 02 facility",
"Ohh... Find out what that light is",
"Ok your Majesty",
After the guard left, the Queen was lost in thoughts,
— A light bright enough to engulf this world,
It seems like I heard it from somewhere,
Hmmm... It can't be what I am thinking right....
{Area 02}
The professor arrived at the gates, only to fall down in shock, as he had sighted in what is to be called... As he said,
"Glorious",

— This is a miracle, who would have thought I would be a witness to this glorious sight...
[The coming of a new G.O.D],
— After all my efforts, I have finally found it the one who would bring salvation to this world,
Ever since the great catastrophe,
At first, giant comets came to this planet, we all thought this was the end of the world as klaurs emerged from the comets. We were never able to understand the klaurs as they all turned to dust after being or die, and even capturing one was impossible untill later,
— Many years research later, we were able to find out what the comets were, the comets contained mana, then we were able to fight back with the mana, but the klaurs numbers never decreased. That was then the world we knew was rewritten, the mana we knew didn't help us, it was supposed to grant us powers, but unknown to us it was too powerful, and then instead it destroyed the world further, creating time-space barriers on the edge of the world, and turning the world into a snow hell,
— I was one of the researchers, always researching the effects of the great catastrophe, untill I came across the true powers of the comets,
They were to rewrite reality,
Obsessed by that power, I started to create different things from weapons to creatures and my final product,

"Now... In front of my very eyes, white hair almost as transparent as a pure mana stone,
Golden eyes like that of a divine creature,
Ahh... Truly, this is a G.O.D",
As Blu emerged from the tall light almost striking from the heavens above, he was like a [different person],
The commander in surprise of what he observed couldn't find a word to describe it.
"Ahh... Finally I have awaken", He said, with an expressionless face,
'Initiate personality sync...',
Error... Consciousness not awake,
"Tsk!... And I was expecting a full awakening...
Hah!... It seems like this body is not yet ready, but it would manage",
Fixing his gaze ahead, He saw the Commander, he asked,
"Hey, you...",
The Commander, in surprise of what happened, couldn't hear him speaking, as he kept pondering,
— What happened, I was almost too slice of his head, but then a flash of light came...
Anyhow what ever, am seeing now is not a test subject again...
It's like his a different person...
My Instincts are warning me... This guy is dangerous... from just the sight of him.
"Hey,
What are you actually listening to me",
— It seems he can't hear me,
Let me come closer, maybe he can hear me.
*Swoosh*
With a blue flash, he appeared before him, saying
"Hey!... What year is... ",
"Hah!",
The Commander, in shock of the distance that had close by, swiftly ran backwards to reduce the distance,
— When did he close the distance...
My eyes couldn't keep up with him for a second there...
That was dangerous,
He could kill me in a flash, if I drop my guard... But... This might fun,
"Hey",
He asked boldly, clenching to his sword, pointing it towards Blu,
"Hmm... What?,
Wait... Hmm... It seems like you're the one who caused my awakening... Interesting",
he said smiling with a huge grin on his face",
"Well... Aren't I supposed to honored a bit",
The commander said boldly, as he could not hide his excitement,
"Hmm... Well OK, I shall hear out one of your requests",
"I challenge you to a duel",
"A duel... Ha.. Haha.. Hahaha... Interesting,
I don't know if you have some nerve or it is that you are stupid enough to challenge me",
"Am serious",
"Seriously,
And so what do I stand to gain from this duel",
"Well, you'd find out after we duel",
"Hahaha... Interesting, truly fascinating human...
It's been a while since I had a duel with a human,
Very well, we shall duel",
"But seems like I don't have a sword... Hmmm,
OK I know",
He then pressed both his palms against each other, as it glowed [blue mana circuit] over his arms,
'Accessing Weapons Archive',
<Rebuild Sword>
Appearing on his arms was a metal sword.
He then swinged it down, with a diagonal slash,
<Reconnect Laplace>
With the sword on his hands, it glowed in [blue mana circuits]
"Now that's more like it",
He said, swinging it in a stochastic way.
The commander astonished by his feats, pondered,
— What?!... In an instant, he just created a sword out of no where... And what was that [mana circuits]... But I look like it's just an ordinary metal sword... Looks like I might have the upper hand here,
"OK, now let's...",
"Wait a minute, I still have a question,
What year is this?",
In surprise of his question, he thought,
— Why is he asking the year? Does he remember which year it is at all...
"It's Lunar year, 4080",
"Ok 4080... hmm... Looks like I would have to do something about this sword",
<Upgrade armament>
He once more, changed the metal sword into a white amethyst sword with his [mana circuits]
Once more astonished by what he did, thought,
— What th!!... He just upgraded the metal sword into an amethyst sword... Looks like I am in trouble.
"Nice now, let's fight",
He said pointing his sword towards the commander.
As both Blu and the commander took their stance with their swords facing each other,
In an instant, they disappeared,
Appearing, was just blue and red sword slashes moving at randomly, as they clashed both their swords with each other,
At the heat of their clashes, they both, fusing their mana onto their swords, wavered with a huge clash sending a slight wind blasting the area around them, as He said
"Ho... You're not bad for a human",
"It's an honor",
He said, enduring his slash barely. He then pondered,
— I thought he wouldn't be able to fight me using swords, but this feels like I'm fighting a person who had trained for years.
If I am not careful, any mistakes and am done for.
With the commander still holding on, He wondered,
— This human has been able to counter my sword movements... Looks like I would have to increase my attack for bit.
Surprised by the Commander, He swiftly moved back, reducing the distance between them, he said.
"Well, let's see you dodge this",
He raised his sword, then said,
<Enhance>
'mana fusion 10%',
His sword then glowed in blue mana, molding it into a giant sword almost as tall as a building, filled his mana.
The commander perplexed by his movement, wondered,
— What is he doing now...
It seems like his gathering mana into his sword...
I doesn't look like I can dodge this.
He then created a shield with his spell,
— [Spell: Barrier], creates a spherical ball around the target using mana.
... This is my last spell, and this might take a lot of my remaining mana, but if it is to dodge this giant swing of mana, it might be worth it.
Swinging his sword toward the Commander, he said,
<Ignite>
A enormous sword struck down, blasting a large amount of mana towards the commander, destroying anything on its path.
