"What the hell is this? Is this really him Elena?" an Asian man with a ponytail asked, looking at the withered corpse in the dumpster

"I am sure Jura. Look at the wound on his shoulder. The tracking bullet leads to him" the blonde woman named Elena said

"This is shocking. There has been several cases lately, but this is the first one to happen to a male" another man said, standing nearly 7 foot tall

"Then bring him back for an autopsy Desmond. We need to find out what is causing all of this" the leader of the group called Jura said to the tall muscular man

"He's very... light" Desmond said, picking up Stephan's withered corpse by his neck

"You're right. This is insane" Elena said, grabbing Stephan's withered penis, that now looked like a empty condom, and picked him up easily by his penis. 

"Don't play with him. We will still need to see what the autopsy says" Jura said

Stephan's body lay on a metal table, in the morgue. 

In it were many dead bodies, all orcs, taken from the recent battle zone.

There were also several withered bodies on a few tables, all of them female.

The two doctors there had removed the internal organs for testing, to see what vulnerabilities they have, and what weapons best to use against them

"We shouldn't complain so much. Do you know how many cities were completely destroyed? The humans there are used as slaves, hunted for sport or even worse, used as food. We are lucky we are in one of the few cities still held by humans" the other doctor said

"Yeah I know. But this is disgusting. All these... slime... monster body parts... withered humans. I didn't go to medical school for this" the doctor complained

"Yeah yeah. Stop whining. Let's finish up and continue tomorrow. I've already puked too many times today" the first doctor said, dropping the internal organs of the orc they were cutting up into a bucket nearby.

"What about the withered bodies?" the doctor asked

"We'll work on the male first thing tomorrow. We've already done 2 women, and there are so many more. They looked like they were raped, judging by their torn vaginas. But did you see the size of the man's anus?" the first doctor said

"Shhh! Just keep jamming the cameras with your abilities, Amy! If the doctors are done with him and taken out his organs, I wanted to remove his bones and turn him into a pillow. As they entered, they saw Stephan's withered body, fallen to the floor!

"Are you alive?" Elena asked, but the body didn't respond

"This is creepy. Let's get out of here" Amy said

"What are you looking for? This?" Elena asked again, ignoring Amy and pulling out a handful of orc intestines from the bucket of discarded organs

The body didn't respond

"How about this?" she asked, holding up the liver from the bucket

Again, no response. 

She looked into the bucket again, and reached into the slop filled with orc blood and pulled out the heart

"Maybe this?" she asked

Stephan's head drooped.

"He nodded!" Elena exclaimed

"No he didn't! His head just dropped due to the way you are holding him" Amy said, now totally freaked out

"Yes he did! Don't be a wuss Amy. We fight monsters all the time. Now, what do I do with this heart?" Elena asked

"You said he was a wild man. Maybe feed him the heart?" Amy said, her face turning green

"You're right. Let's try" Elena said, stuffing the heart into Stephan's mouth

*Bleeargh" Amy vomited into the bucket Elena took the heart from. 

Her puke didn't look out of place with the rest of the orc organs, and even improved the stench coming from the bucket

Stephan didn't chew, nor did anything happen

"It's not working" Amy said, wiping her mouth, before seeing the heart spurt blood everywhere and puked again. 

"No! He's eating. I am sure of it" Elena said, shoving the orc heart into Stephan's mouth as orc blood dripped from his mouth and covered his face

It was just deflating as blood spurted everywhere, and Stephan's mouth wasn't moving at all

"Nothing's happening. See?" Amy barely said before puking yet again

Just then, enough blood came out of the heart as it just was squeezed into Stephan's mouth and disappeared down his throat

"There you see? He ate it!" Elena said

Amy just faced away and waved her hand, as if telling her that she couldn't watch anymore.

"Well, this is the best we could do. There were only 5 orc hearts. And those from the women were too shriveled up, they looked like prunes" Elena said, indicating that they had fed Stephan all the hearts they could find. 

He lay on the bed, sleeping. Although he still looked emaciated and looked like a war prisoner starved nearly to death, at least he had started breathing and his eyeballs had reappeared. 

His shoulder wound had somehow healed as well, but he was too weak to move

"So, what are you going to do with him?" Amy asked

"I wanted to turn him into a onesie. But now that he's alive.... I don't know" Elena said as she walked to the sleeping Stephan

"He's quite handsome, if he wasn't so... withered" Amy said
