For the longest time I can remember I have always been accompanied by failure and misfortune. I lost my parents when I was young and was always bullied at school. To the uncle and aunt who adopted me I was but a nuisance. 

Family? Love? Friends? Success? Luck? These are the things I have never experienced. I have gone through almost every worst possible situation one can imagine. Being fired from my 9th job last year, I entirely gave up on jobs and business and tried to be a pro gamer as I have enjoyed games for a long time. But as expected from my misfortune I lost the very first tournament I entered after becoming a pro gamer and my career ended even before starting.

 By now I have entirely given up on myself and couldn't decide what to do in my life from now on, it was then I suddenly found myself in a purely white space as if an another dimension. Even before I could understood what had happened a voice asked me

 "If you could become either World's Strongest or World's Luckiest person, what will you choose?" 

Most people would probably choose World's Strongest without giving it any other thought but I world's most unfortunate person can't help but wanted to be The World's Luckiest person so I choose this and when I opened my eyes I found myself in a jungle. 

Before I could even do anything, I once again heard the same voice in my brain saying "Welcome player JARED MILLER, you can now access Status Window and Quest Log. I wish you LUCK".

Hearing this, My brain was in a big mess and I couldn't believe what's happening with me right now as it was just like a dream so I just said 

" Status Window! "

Just as I said this a window appeared before me and I couldn't believe as I see my luck stats was actually maxed out. 

This is the beginning of the journey of the man known as World's Most Unfortunate Person as the player with maxed out luck stats.
