During the year of 2038, in a bustling town of Japan, there was a person holding a headset. “Just one more hour till the beta releases.” [I should probably go eat, I haven’t eaten anything yet.] He sets down the headset and starts putting on a sweater. He exits his apartment complex and walks down the street. He continues walking until he stops at a ramen shop. He enters and what greets him is a waitress, “The usual Koto? Koto nods and sits down at an empty table waiting for his food to be ready. The waitress returns and sets down a bowl of udon, “Enjoy!” She walks away to continue assisting with the other customers. Koto quickly finished his food, paid for it and left. [I only came to eat, so I should head back now.]. He entered his apartment once again and pondered. “I should just search up on the web about any new information.” He sits down on his chair and turns on his computer. *click *click He accesses guugle and searches up Medieval Fantasy Online. “Nothing new this time.” He looks at the time, “It’s almost time for the servers to go online.” He turns around while shutting off his computer and grabs the headset. He stares at it before setting it on. He lays down on his bed, “Game, start!” A flash blinds Koto before complete darkness, then a bright flash again. After a minute, Koto opens his eyes to see a person standing in front of him. “Welcome to MFO.” Koto, not being able to hold his excitement finally let loose. He stared in amazement as he scanned the woman up and down. “Before you can start the world of MFO, you must make an account.” [Wow, this sure is amazing.] “First we will need your full name.” Koto, while lost in thought, said, “Oh yes, I’m Arako Koto.” “Great, enter your nickname/username.” “My nickname will be Aikoro.” “Now, what class will you be choosing for your experience?” Koto suddenly had a serious look on his face. [Now this will be a hard choice.] “You can pick between warrior, mage, assassin, archer.” The woman said as 4 cards with a warrior, magician, assassin and archer appeared. [I went through many web pages looking for the best class from the beta testers and I already know what class I’ll pick.] “I’ve decided to pick the warrior class.” The woman nodded and three cards disappeared as the warrior card remained. “Lastly, as I am an ai used to assist you, what would you name me?” [I didn’t think that this would happen.] “Hm.” [What are some good names?] After thinking for a bit, “I’ll name you Touyo.” Touyo grinned, “Thank you, what should I call you?” “Just call me Koto.” Touyo smiled, “Now we can finally start!” The blue room disappeared and silent, until a red error as he appeared in a black room. [Hm, what’s this?] The room then turned to white, and he looked around till he saw a table and a man with a suit sitting at it. [I don’t see anything better to do] Koto walked over to the man, “May I sit down?” The man just barely noticed him, “Ah, yes. You must be Arako Koto?” Koto nodded. “I’m actually the creator of MFO, and to get straight to business. Your account has unfortunately had an error on our part.” [Well this isn’t very good news.] “Fortunately for you, we take full fault and have decided to give you an account with a special class on it.” Koto pondered before answering, “I’ll accept it, but just one question.” The man was curious with his question, “Go ahead.” “Why didn’t you just fix the error and then give me the class?” The man, surprised with the simple question, responded, “With this neural technology, the accounts are made according to the brainwaves the brain makes. We can access these brainwaves to make an account, however doing it more than once will damage the brain and make it non-functional.” [Wow, that is a perfect explanation.] “Well that is all, thank you for answering it.” “No problem, now once you enter that door, you will enter the MFO world and start your adventure.” Koto turned around and saw a door. He bowed and went to enter the door. He looked back to see that the man had disappeared. He turned back and entered the door to another bright flash. Finally he opened his eyes to see people all around him. [Woah! It really feels real, but something feels amiss in my body.] Koto looked down to see two bulges on his chest. He went for the grab and felt something missing down below. His hands slowly descended down his body and reached his crotch. [It’s gone!]
