Jack stood in front of the bathroom mirror, trying to get a grasp of the entire situation, something had happened to him and now there is a parasite living inside his body, which was a surprise given that the bathroom apparently had an alien inside it, and an escapee from the main labs no doubt, well shit, he thought to himself, he was pretty lucky, getting an encounter that would enable him to get superhuman powers, if he can count how many times he as gotten this lucky all throughout his life, he would only be able once, and this would be it, not that it mattered, what are the chances of getting this encounter to begin with? 1 in a million? maybe a few thousand? seeing that he was apparently just in time for the symbiote to attach to him. Still, that begs the question, if the symbiote has killed several people and he was the one that has lived this long, doesn't that mean that it and him are technically meant to be? Weird phrasing but it is something that Jack thought about, up until he was interrupted as someone had called out to him to go back to class,

nodding, Jack cleaned his face and asked if the symbiotes could dry it up for him, the little alien obliged and he felt the water on top of his skin slowly seep into his pores, the thought was disturbing so he paid it no mind,

"What is your name anyways? If you had one." Jack asked as he prepared to leave,

I do not have a name. The symbiote said, how about you decide that?

Jack thought about it long and hard, "Well, seeing that you have just managed to implant yourself into my body, how about Implant? That doesn't sound bad."

Hmmm... I have thought about it, sure, why not. The alien replied, it sounded happy,

before he left the bathroom, Jack wanted to settle a few things first, and those were- "Well, for one, I don't really want to talk to you when I get out of here so can you maybe stay silent?" He said, and the symbiote gave a response stating that it will stay quiet for the entire duration of the class, "Thanks, I'll see what you can do after this." He finished, opening the bathroom door and proceeding to get out of it, Implant did not reply and simply stayed silent. they were off to a good start.

When he got there, his class had decided to move on from the biology part of Oscorp and had decided to go to the more technical parts of it, something that no longer surprised Jack, thinking that Oscorp was all biology was a mistake in his part and seeing that the building apparently also had a dedicated side to it that is all just engineering, he was completely wrong, but also, given that he has met a new friend from this very building, it would be safe to assume that this place more or less probably specializes in things related to biology, which was something that he expected, that is what Oscorp is famous for after all. What he didn't know for sure though is them literally proving alien life, he didn't expect that one to be real! Jesus, wait, maybe that guy was also real? Maybe he was an alien? Or, OR there is also a possibility that he is currently carrying an artificially enhanced mold inside his body, one that has gained sentience and decided to merge with him for reasons that were still unknown, given that it can apparently survive outside of his body. Then there is also the fact that he will die due to it, seeing that he didnt, the symbiote either lied or he is a fitting host for it, either way, quite creepy.

His class eventually reached their last destination, something that made him glad, and possibly excited, if he wasn't hallucinating earlier, then he really wanted to test out this new powers of his, and possibly ask his friend to help him understand them, Implant still hasn't said anything and he was glad that he didn't, silence was good, especially if you consider that should he ever talk to him, or it, Jack would probably be thought of as insane, and that wasn't good, not at all. Being self aware was one of his quirks, and that was something he was proud of, reading the atmosphere of the room was something he was also good at, and judging by how the scientist's face just went sour, Jack assumed that it was time for the class to leave and-

"Sorry students, but it is probably time for all of you to go home, we have just gotten some news, and with it seems we have to cut the tour short." she said looking solemn, Jack knew what the problem was, possibly the missing researchers that his friend over here has eaten, and well he wouldn't say that he was glad but he was glad that they are all going home, apparently Implant eating all those people had yielded good results, and the only ones who would benefit from it would be them both,

- well he was right, he was excited, he didn't care that there is a murderer inside of him or that he was apparently going to die should this creature get what it wants, because well, maybe those people died because they weren't compatible with Implant? That was their fault and not Jack's. Though he did hope that he survived long enough to enjoy his new powers at least, super strength sounded cool and he wanted to know how it would happen, who wouldn't want to be excited? They are about to become somewhat superhuman, and the best part of everything is that he can hide it, so he can probably dodge the discrimination against mutants, and that was good, he didn't want to meddle with anyone regarding his powers, and the current social atmosphere of New York wasn't exactly good at handling mutants.

They all said their goodbyes to the scientist before going back to the school bus that brought them here.
