Helen's perspective:
12 years ago
I was in a forest near the town I lived, I had just passed 12th grade finals. The forest was filled with life at first, I was seeing different type of animals ane plants, I gathered most of the flowers. The forest begun to quiet down.

"Hey, what are you doing there?"- 2 men begun to question me, both of them had mask, one of them had a fox mask and the second one had a rabbit mask, I knew they were male after they're tone of voice.

"I wad looking around, I just passed my finals, why does that concern you, I should be the one questioning you. You guys are here in masks!"- I shouted at them while looking for a way to run from them

"Well, we have some questions for you"- The 2 men tried to grab me, I struggled out of the grab, I punched the one holding me with my had that hasn't been grabbed, I did the same for the second one, I seemed to crack they're masks a little

I ran through the forest as fast as I can I didn't knew what they wanted but I panicked too much, I couldn't do anything more than this. After running 300 meters, I hit my head in a tree or what I thought was a tree, as I looked up I saw a tall woman with grey hair. She tried to grab me but I jumped over her, or so I thought, She grabed my leg, I was now held upside down

"Easy there, you will break a limb!"- The woman held me upside down and she looked at me

"Who are you?"-I was scared

"Ohh and you 2, are you the reason she is scared?"- The woman asked 2 men, they had different voices the the one in the masks

"No, I am still searching for them"- The shorter man responded

"Let me guess, you were chased by 2 men in masks, one fox and one rabbit?"- The woman asked me in a sweet tone of voice

"Yes"- I responded

"Ok, now my job is easier"- She now put me on her back carrying me

"Here they are!"- The 2 men ran after the masked men

"Hold on thight"- The woman spoke, after she begun running at a fast speed, I could barely hold onto her

"We had been searching for you 2 for a long time"- The 2 men tried to immobilize the masked men.

The woman ran to grab them, in the process I hit my head against a tree, somehow... I blacked out

"Wake up"- The woman was near me, looking at me

"Well she is awake"- Another woman spoke

"I am Amy"- The grey haired woman spoke, I could make more details out, I was still too dizzy to make out her eye color

"Well you have no choicd in this"- The other woman spoke, she seemed asia

"To what?"- I asked them

"To joining us, you will be safer. She is Shanon. Anyway, we are the Hunter organization, we hunt cryptids like the ones you encountered"

"Cryptids?"- I asked her

"Yes, you are targeted by some humanoids, if you don't join, well you will die, you will be killed by them"- Shanon smiled

"Fine, it doesn't seem I have a choice"- I reluctantly accepted the offer

"Ok, you start training tomorrow!"- Amy was joyfull when hearing this

Ana's perspective
Well this should be enough, I looked at the money I had saved up, will it be enough, I didn't know, I had my hunting license for small and big game. I wanted to see if I can afford a rifle and ammo so I can hunt. I found out that hunting was profitable or so someone told me, I had to take this gamble. I had gone to the nearst gun store

"Hello"

"Yes, do you want anything?"- The saleswoman asked me

"Yes, a rifle please"

"What kind? A rifle commonly used in hunting like a Remington?"- She asked me for more details

"Yes"

"Right or left handed?"

"Left handed"- I answered her, she gave me a hunting rifle made for left handed people

"Happy hunting!"

I had gone out of the shop, I remember my friend had a trip organized for hunting, I had gone with her.

"Well, ready to wait for some deer?"- She asked me in a joyful tone

"Yes, as ready as I can be"- I responded

"Good"

We waited around, the 2 of us played cards and did other things while waiting in some huntig blinds, we made sure to not startle animals

My friend rised up for the blind slowly shooting and bagging a deer, the other deer wasn't scared, it looked at us, I took the shot at thr second deer, I shot it in the head, it just stood there, I didn't knew why, I shot it again, again and again, I reloaded my rifle. The deer rose on it's hind legs and screeched at us

"There it is"- A tall and skinny man was standing there, just looking at the deer, the deer was now looking at the man

The deer screeched again, it charged the man, I can make out it's face, he looked asian with a small nose, the man dogged the deer, the deer was no attacking us, the man rushed to us, I saw a tentacle coming out if it's back, he gave a shotgun

"Use it if it chrages you!"- The tentacles begun begun fighting with the deer, but the deer was more agile and dodged them

As I looked at my friend who was in shock, I was preparing to shoot the deer thing, the deer got behind the man and pushed him on the ground, I took the shot centermass, as it was down I shot it in the head, it's heaf blew up

"Thank you"- The man retractef it's tentacles in it's body

"What the hell was that?"- I asked him

"That was a not-deer, it is a cryptid found everywhere, they are dangerous, and I am Aideen"

"Well, about the..."

"The tentacles? I am a Japanese demon, a kakuha demon to be exact, I am surprised a Hunter like you doesn't know that"

"Well I am just starting"

"Where is your squad leader? Your friend seems in shock let me help you 2"- The man grabbed us and rand eith us at an incredible speed, we reached a house in 1 hour

"Here, I have some hunters!"- A woman ran out of a room

"Bring them here Aideen"

"Claire, can you check for them in the records?"- Yes

After we were treated we were asked questions

"What is the Guides name that gave you this mission?"- Claire asked us

"Guide?"

"Yes, Guide"

"We were hunting deer"

"You don't know about Hunting with a capital H? You hunt monsters like not-deer, and you get a better pay than normal huntig, would you mind joining?"- Claire asked me, she was pretty convincing, the pay was high and I could have enough money to sustain myself

Maria's perspective
I don't even know how this degree will help me

"It seems useless to even study, it is a gamble if I have a job or not"

"No, it isn't, you see I have something special for you if you have this degree"- My boyfriend looked at me, it was late, I decided to follow his advice, I fell asleep in his arms in the end

6 months passed and I graduated

"What was that special gift?"- I asked him

"Well get in the car first, I will tell you when we get there

We drove to a house, it looked old

"Welcome, ohh , you brought the person we were talking about"- A short woman answered

"Yes, she is my girlfriend"

"Nice to meet you"

"I am Jane, come I have to show you something"

"Well about the job, what do I do?"- I asked Jane once inside

"Diplomacy"- Jane pointed me to a door

"How exactly?"

"Well Maria, you will be talking to fairies"- I thought Jane was joking the first time I heard it

"You are joking?"

"No, I am a fairy, well a humanoid one"- Jane pointed me to the door again

I entered through the door, I saw something resembling a human, he was there waiting, he looked part human and part animal

"Hello, you are the new diplomat?"-

"Yes, what are we discussing, I mean I was thrown here without any knowledge of the dispute"

"Well I want for Hunters to leave our area, but some Hunters are stationed there"

"Well can't you coexist?"- I asked him

"Yes, but sometimes we will see disturbance at our sacred grounds, and we have a suspicion that the Hunters are responsible, and yes I am the fairy king of that area"

"Well, make a plan and stay on guard with a fairy and hunters"

"It is a good idea, a simple one we haven't thought about"

Jane had came through the door

"Ok, Maria, let me introduce you to..."-

"It is done now, we had solved the problem"- Jane had a surprised face

"You are hired, you will benefit of free training, housing and food"

I was happy of getting this new weird anf wonderful job

Tudor and Jacob

Tudor's perspective
I was with Jacob at his birthday party

"Come on and drink up"- Jacob winked

I downed another glass of wine, I looked around, the cabin he rented, he had a new pretty good job and beautiful girlfriend

Helen, Anna and Maria arrived at the party a little late

"You 3 arrived"- Jacob greated them, they were offered some drinks, Maria took one

"Remember we have to stay sober"- Helen gave her a sharp look

"One of us has to drive back"- Ana scolded Maria

I drunk more, I didn't knew how it happened I started getting tipsy

I walked to a bed to rest and fell on the bed

Jacob's perspective

"Looks like Tudor is passed out drunk!"- Less people remained at the party now

"Well let's make him a surprise whe he wakes up, Helen was drawing on his face with a permanent marker

"Someone is missing still"- I was telling my friends, by this time only me, Helen, Ana, Maria and Tudor remained

"Who?"- Maria asked me

"Someone, a friend of ours from highschool, we never saw him since 11th or 12th grade"

"Who are you talking about?"- Helen asked me surprised. Why doesn't anyone remember him, Leo I haven't saw him since then I am want to think that he is ok

"You forgot about Leo?"

"No, I thought you didn't invite him"

"No, I never heard from him, I heard her disappeared, nobody can find him"- A bang was heared by all of us, Helen, Ana and Maria rushed to a corner of a room where a rifle and ammo were hidden, I was shocked when they were running outside, I followed them, I didn't know for they had the rifles

"Stay back Jacob!"- Ana was in front of me, she was looking at the trees

"On your left"- A gunshot rang out, Maria shot a wolflike shape, in the woods, it moved fast, I couldn't see it, I looked around, Ana was wounded. I grabbed her rifle, I ha dno prior shokt experience, in a flash all of us were wounded and bleeding, the girls passed out of blood loss, I could put pressure to my wound, was this a werewolf

"Green flames!"- A half human half wolf voice was heard, i saw green flames engulfing the werewolf, it was killed in seconds, the tall and skinny native american ma helped and healed us

"Well, you are all awake"- The man looked at Helen

"Thanks Preston"- Helen thanked Preston

"I don't care what it is butwhat was that?"- I asked Preston

"Well that is a cryptid, basically a monster as you call it, I you can help keep the balance by becoming a Hunter like you friend, and that littlr guy passed out on the couch?"

"Yes I agree, both of us agree to be Hunters no matter the conditions"- I didn't think when I spoke. I just spokd out of my mind...
