Dave is seen writing in his notebook.

Dave:'Dear Diary, Today I went to see Smaug. It was fun and I saw so many things.'

Flashback

Dave is seen walking through the forest.

Dave:*Voice Over.* "First I had to go trough a forest."

Dave past a couple of trees and red eyes can be seen in the darkness.

Dave:*Voice Over.* "It was a little scary."

A few growls can be heard and Dave stops walking. Then a bunch of dire wolves come out from the bushes and surround Dave.

Then it shows Dave walking along the beach.

Dave:*Voice Over.* "Then I found a nice beach."

Dave looks around the beach and he finds a sea shell. He picks it up and brings it to his ear. 

He hears some chanting.

He then sets the shell down and keeps walking.

Dave:*Voice over* "I then decided to swim."

Dave walks into the ocean.

Dave:*Voice over.* "Then I realized I don't know how to swim."

Dave is now currently trying to stay above water and he slowly sinks into the water.

Then shows Dave landing on another beach and he turns around and waves.

Dave:"Thank you Mr. Turtle."

Dave:*Voice Over.* "I did meet a nice turtle."

Dave then turns around and keeps walking and he enters a another forest.

Dave:*Voice Over.* "I then entered another forest. It was quiet peaceful."

Dave is currently smelling a red flower. A dire wolf is sneaking up on him and it jumps at him but it's suddenly eaten by a plant with large teeth.

Dave then walks away completely oblivious. 

A little later Dave makes it to a large Cave.

Dave:*Voice Over.* "After many hours I finally made it to Smaug's, place."

Dave:"Smaug! Smaug! Smaug!"

Smaug roars from inside his cave and he walks outside with an angry look

Smaug:"What! I was having a nice dream!"

Dave gains stares in his eyes.

Dave:"I wanted to come and say hi"

Smaug groans.

Smaug:"Well you said, hi, now leave!"

Dave:"But I wanted-"

Smaug wacks Dave with his tail and Dave is sent flying.

Flashback over.

Dave sets his pencil down and looks at the drawing.

Dave:"Today was a good day."
