As we all exited the portal it was pitch black out

Just then a Lion came out
All 4 of us ducked to the ground instinctively
Lion warrior: is someone out here?

She whispered
Zenez: relax and be quiet

The Lion went back inside after not finding us
Zenez: where are we by the way
Ko: Fuoki village one of the villages the Lions took after killing the rats
Zenez: is that why the rats seemingly just disappeared
Ko: yeah that's what happened
Zenez: right so anyways where's Kogu
Sora: Zenez I don't think right now is the best time to fight anything were in enemy territory with no weapons and were putting our trust in 2 people that tried to kill me were already gambling with our lives right now I say we snoop the place out and go back
Zenez: your right, sorry
Ko: cmon can we just snoop this place out and be done already I don't wanna die here
Ku: same I'd like to live another day
Zenez: fine but I still wanna check on him to see what he's up to anyways where should we go first
Ku: well it's safer to go In pairs in 2
Zenez: I'm not leaving you with Sora and I'm not leaving you 2 alo-
Sora: I'll go with Ku
Zenez: no Sora it's too dangerous
Sora: he tried to run away from me and knocked himself out either way he has somewhat of a limp because I stabbed him
Zenez: if you give me a genuine promise I'll allow it and take Ko with me and let you go with Ku
Sora: zenez I need you to trust me I promise If you let me I will be safe nothings gonna happen

Zenez: alright, but Ku if she doesn't return I'm hanging you

Sora: alright me and Ku will go search around and see if we can find anything useful
Zenez: ok me and Ko will find Kogu and see what he's up to we meet back here in an hour you hear me? One hour tops
"Bruno POV"
Pierson: Bruno, you have not proved yourself skilled enough to fight a Gorilla
Bruno: Commander please I won't let you down
Pierson: I said no now stop asking and go home before you get yourself killed
Bruno: Commander Plea-
Pierson: THAT'S ENOUGH I already have enough going on I've completely lost contact to 2 of my hunters and I have to deal with the press being on my ass because no hunters can fight the Gorilla terrorizing the city so go home Bruno I'm not losing a Hunter today
Bruno: fine
If commander Pierson thinks I'm just gonna give up like that he's crazy
I quickly put on my mask and headed out
When I got there the Gorilla was much bigger then on the news
Pierson: what Is this idiot doing
Bruno: HEY ASSHOLE
The Gorilla slowly turned around
It looked exactly like a Gorilla except it had red eyes with a red mist coming off of it it had all black skin and longer legs, it also had long Lanky arms too
Instead of having short legs like a normal Gorilla it's leg length was the same as a human
As it realized I was there it let out a Demonic scream and smashed against the ground I jumped out of the way and ran up it's arm and plunged the knife into it's right eye
The creature screamed so loud I thought I'd go deaf I fell to the ground and heard a crack as my right hand sprained as I smashed against the ground
Bruno: AGGGHHHH FUCK
I quickly got up before it smashed against the ground with it's arms and i Ran 50 feet away
When I turned back around it's arm was about 3 inches from my face
"Zenez POV"
Zenez: alright where can we find Kogu
Ko: he's normally in his kingdom torturing people for info on you
Zenez: he's that mad?
Ko: yeah no one has ever lived from on of his attacks let alone 2
Zenez: well where's his kingdom?
Ko: at the edge of town in that building over there
Zenez: figures, alright how do we get over there?
Ko: we can wait for 2 guards to pass kill them and take their clothes and if we want to their skin
Zenez: alright, but I'm not putting Lion guts on me
We hit behind a building and waited
Guard 1: I think I'm gonna talk to that cute bartender tommorow I think she likes me
Guard 2: she definitely just wanted you to spend more money on drinks dude
Guard 1: I don't know bro I just feel like we had a connectio-
I plunged a knife into one of their necks and Ko did the same to the other before they had time to react
Zenez: alright quickly take their clothes
Just then a spotlight shined on us
Ko: shit
Zenez: nice plan dickhead
A Lion who said his name was Argus knocked us out
Lion guard: what should we do with the dead Lions Master Argus
Argus: leave them they're already dead
"Sora POV"
Sora: alright is there anything of interest
Ku: well they did steal $1000 off of someone they killed
Sora: more important and morally acceptable please
Ku: right well they have a room where they keep supplies we could burn that down with a match that we can buy on the other side of town we'd need a disguise though
Sora: well I see 2 dead Lions over there would those work
Ku: Really? Where?
Sora: right between those 2 buildings right there
Ku looked over and saw them
Ku: that's oddly convenient
We quickly ran over to avoid detection and changed into their clothes
After carefully making our way to the shop we bought a lighter
Ku: when we get there let me do the talking ok?
Sora: sure
Shopkeeper: what do you want tonight
Ku: lighter
Shopkeeper: 5 ushrass
Ku: here
Ku pulled out 5 black square shaped pieces of metal with a blue circle in the middle with Kogus face plastered in the blue circle
Shopkeeper: one second
Sora: what are ushrass?
Ku: couldn't you tell? It's their currency
Shopkeeper: here
Ku grabbed it and we walked off
Ku: alright let's sneak into the boat quickly and light up the gas canisters
Sora: right
We walked in silently and quickly got to the gas canisters
Ku: when I say 3 we haul ass out of the shit and to the alley on our right once the heat dies down we go back to the spot and meet up with Zenez and Ko alright?
Sora: yeah, that's good enough for me
Ku: 1... 2... 3
He lit the match and we quickly ran we got out right as the boat exploded somehow we weren't see running into the alley
Guards surrounded the boat in a matter of seconds and we just barely got out in time
After going back to the spot we couldn't find Zenez or Ko anywhere
Sora: Zenez said this specific spot if he wanted to change the spot we would've known he would've gave us a signal
A million thoughts raced through my head
Ku: Sora
I looked at Ku
Ku: relax I'm sure they're fine
Sora: your sure?
Ku: Sora please calm down you can't freak out they're probably just running late
Sora: what it Kogu got them?
Ku: Kogu doesn't even know were here yet
Sora: let's go to Kogus kingdom I'm sure he got to them
I quickly hopped from building to building
While Ku told to me to slow down
Ku: Sora please slow down and think for a second I know he's your boyfriend and all but you need to relax
After he said that I blushed and tripped
Sora: b-b-b-b-boyfriend?
Ku: isn't he? He seems super protective of you
Sora: it wasn't always like that and he's not my boyfriend
I sat and curled up into a ball
Ku: you like him don't you?
Sora: yeah... a lot... and the thought of him getting hurt scares me more than it should
Ku: there's nothing wrong with worrying about someone you care for, but Zenez can handle himself, you don't need to worry about him
Sora: you tried to kill me last night, why are you being so nice?
Ku: because neither me Doles or Ko wanted to hurt you two, it was either we killed you or we die in a brutally slow painful way
If Zenez is really in that kingdom I'm gonna help get him out
Sora: wait listen
Guard 1: can you really believe that stupid kid and his friend got caught this is like the 3rd time that kid has met kugo
Guard 2: yeah but no way Kugo is gonna let him out of here alive
Sora: there talking about Zenez
Ku: Well hold on don't jump to conclusio-
I slapped him in the face grabbed the collar of his hoodie and said all in one breath
Sora: listen you fucking idiot who else could possibly meet Kugo 3 times and actually make it out alive I can't believe how fucking stupid you are your brother could be getting tortured and Zenez could end up dead if we don't go in there right now and save him now whether or not your with me on this I don't give a shit I'm going in there with or without you now are you In or out
I then a took a few seconds to catch my breath and stared angrily in his face
Ku: uhm... welll... uh... I'm in... I guess
I let go of his collar and backed up
Sora: sorry
Ku: don't worry I understand
Sora: what's the safest way in
Ku: We can climb up the rafters on the side and enter the door onto a platform where as long were careful we can look over and hear and see them but they won't be able to do the same
Sora: alright, let's go
