"Zenez POV"
Zenez got a rare call from his dad
Zenez: what's up to you never call me
Pierson: well I am so listen up get Sora and head to the location I sent you I also sent you the mission details your gonna help out another Hunter his Names Aku and he's 20
Zenez: alright give me an hour
Pierson: you have 30 minutes
Before Zenez could respond Pierson hung up
Zenez: damnit
Zenez quickly drove to Soras house
He knocked on Soras door and her father answered
Dad: you here to take her out again?
Sora: oh hey Zenez
Zenez: we need to hurry
Sora: I'll be right out
Zenez: cool
Dad: you two late to something?
Zenez: yeah a movie
Dad: listen I'm sorry for the way I acted a few days ago I didn't mean any of it
Zenez: I figured, I don't take threats seriously
Dad: thanks for understanding
Sora: alright I'm ready to let's go
Zenez: cool were running late
After they got in the car Sora asked
Sora: what's happening
Zenez: a Lion is attacking an office building they sent in a huntress to fight it but its been 10 minutes and there's no radio response
Sora: could it be Kogu?
Zenez: does Kogu spit and foam out of his mouth?
Sora: no but the one that attacked me did
Zenez: is that where the scar came from?
Sora: yeah
Zenez: you should've told me what happened
Sora: I didn't want you to get mad
Zenez: I guess that's fair
When they got to the location they saw a pilot, a Hunter who they assumed to be Aku
Zenez: why is there a helicopter?
Aku: it'll take way too long to walk up 109 flights of stairs so why not only go down 20
Zenez: makes sense
Aku: cmon we don't have all-day
They hopped in. Aku and Zenez made small talk
Aku: so I assume this Is your girlfriend?
Sora immediately blushed and looked away
Zenez stammered for words
Zenez: she's not... we aren't
He gave up talking and looked away
Aku: ah, I see
The rest of the helicopter was silent until we landed
Aku: alright cmon let's go we gotta be quick and evacuate survivors, and if we can we find the huntress
Zenez: right
Zenez, Sora and Aku all grabbed an AR and entered the building
They made their way down and at floor 119 they saw their first enemies
2 bears
Aku: I'll take the one to the left
Zenez: guess I'll take the right, Sora you stay back
Sora: I can't help?
Zenez: we don't have time to argue about this just stand back
Zenez and Aku rushed the bears
Aku punched the thing slammed it against the wall and started choking it
The other one tried to jump on Zenez but he rammed into it and slammed it against the wall
He shot it in the head 3 times and Aku did the same to his bear
Just then another bear jumped at Zenez but before he even realized it Sora had already shot it dead
Zenez: nice shot
She blushed and said
Sora: th-thanks
They continued down the stairs but before Aku did he said
Aku: can you go a single conversation with him without blushing?
When they got to floor 109 they saw the huntress fighting the Lion
It was foaming out the mouth and spitting everywhere its eyes were bloodshot red and it had blood on its claws
She was being slow, she was exhausted
Aku recognized her and said
Aku: MAGI
And ran towards her to help out
He looked really worried about her
He pulled out his AR and lit it up Zenez helped out by doing the same thing
While Zenez and Aku were distracting it Sora pulled Magi out of the conflict and they both sat down
The thing realized it couldn't win and jumped out the window
Aku quickly ran over to Magi and took off his mask
Zenez and Sora both took off their masks
Aku: baby, are you alright?
Magi put her head against Aku's chest and said
Magi: I'm fine, relax
Magi had long red hair and was short maybe about 5'4
Sora: we need someone to go after that thing
Aku: I know I know... Zenez
Zenez looked up at him
Aku: find that fucking thing and let me finish it, no one touches Magi
Zenez: right
Aku: Sora make sure she's alright
Sora: right
Zenez dived out of the window and as he was about to hit the ground he pulled out a knife and cut into the building
He dropped down and landed on top of a cop car
When he landed he saw it breaking things and terrorizing people it must've been at least 10 feet tall It had so much muscle too one good hit from that and you'd probably die
It saw Zenez and started hopping its way through the street
Zenez got on a cop motorcycle and followed it
He pulled out a grenade and threw it
The grenade exploded beside it and it tripped and fell Zenez put another grenade between the light and the handlebar and pulled the pin
He jumped back and the grenade and the bike both exploded on it
It was done fighting
Aku turned the corner got on top of it and just stared for a second
He then started Punching it
He was crushing its bones and it was bleeding profusely
He was so angry and he was Punching it so hard
He was ripping flesh off it too with his punches
After it was practically destroyed Zenez grabbed Aku's shoulder
He turned around to look at Zenez and Zenez said
Zenez: it's dead man
Aku looked back at the dead Lion
Aku: right
Aku and Zebez walked down from its corpse
Sora and Magi were running around the corner
Magi and Aku quickly embraced
Aku: I was so angry I'm sorry
Magi: no don't even worry about it let's go home
Aku: yeah
As Magi and Aku were walking off Aku looked back and said
Aku: hey Zenez
Zenez looked at him
Aku: thanks for this
Zenez: don't even worry about it
After taking Sora home Zenez went home
When he got home he saw the usual scene
After entering the front door Unji got up off the couch to say hello
Zenez went into his room and layed in bed
Unji followed Zenez into his room
Zenez felt comfortable enough to talk about his feelings
Zenez: I've never felt like this before about anyone, everytime I see Sora... my heart starts pounding, whenever she hugs me it's a completely new feeling to me
Every time I see her smile I feel like I'm about to explode, everything about her is perfect and I can't explain why
Unji rested his head on my chest
Zenez started to slowly pet his back as he continued to talk
Zenez: I genuinely just don't know what to do about it, since that date we went on I've started to feel completely different about her... she's so... beautiful
Jeez what am I doing, you probably don't care you just want to be shut up and go to sleep huh
As he drifted off he could only think about one thing
