When I woke up found myself lying on a bed.

 After few minutes,

 I noticed an old man coming into the room and said, pardon me to disturb you, young master.

My head had started to gone crazy hearing all of that.

 Then,

 I asked him where I was, why was I summoned here, why are you calling me hero, what is going on here etc.

 He replied that they summoned me here to help them in an ongoing war between the four nations and they were seeking a new hero and leader for their nation.
