I thought about making a spy organization of the village

 and the organizations name will be kaze (wind).

 But sometimes after the wind team was made, the advisors of the village asked me why did I named the spy organization named kaze?

I answered: because kaze means wind, also if you think deeper about wind. You will notice that you cannot see wind also it does not leaves any trace behind. I also want our spy organization to be like that.
