One day of training.

“Huff! huff!”

“Alright that’s enough for now, rest and we’ll resume in 10.” Said Cirrus, looking at an exhausted Ais, Tiona, and Bell.

“T-this is so much fun!” said Tiona. “Hey, can you show me some tricks with Urga!” she held out her weapon, a double-bladed sword.

“Hmm well.” Cirrus grabs it and swings it around. “To be honest, I had thought to use this, but I found it to not fit my style at the time.”

“Really? how so?”

“When I was a kid, I didn’t have this magic. (Damocles).” The sword started to float. “And when I did, I had already invested in spearmanship, swordsmanship, shield work, and the whip… but if I had this magic well.” The sword begins to spin and spin. “Huh? what do you mean?”

“I mean, what tools do you have? You have your black and red knife along with your legs, but what else? Do you have magic?”

“I-I do! But why do you need to know?”

“Because if you know what you have, then you know what you can and can't do. For example, which one of you two has the better endurance?”

“That’s me!” shouted Tiona.

The armor adorns Tiona from the magic circle.

“Yosh!!” she said, using the wings to block.

A rope of lightning strikes Tiona, pushing her back a bit.

“I’m good!” she shouted.

“Now try this.” Cirrus quickly covered the distance and placed his hand on the wings. “(Sing your Vespers.).”

Tiona was blown away, but she managed to get her feet on the ground and slow down.

“Ahhh!! My arms are all numb now!!”

“Whoa…” Ais and Bell said.

“If you know your tools, you know what you can do, and can’t do all it is at first is testing it out.”

The armor fades away from Tiona and Cirrus puts another of his armors on her, one that gleams in both radiance and beauty, but just as it appeared, it quickly faded away.

“Now, shall we resume your training?”
