“Now where to start?” said Lydia.

“For starters, how is their Familia structured?” said Cirrus. “For the Chernobog Familia, they had taken the residential area of the city and held it hostage as a way of leverage. They then have guards spread throughout the city.”

“Well, they're almost similar in that regard except for one thing: they now work alongside the royal family,” Lydia said.

“… What?” said Cirrus, shocked.

“I was shocked too when we learned of that.” Said, Hermes. “They even gathered weaker Familia of the desert to work under them. With so much military power, they already engaged in a war.”

“Damn… this has gotten very troublesome…” Cirrus said with his hand on his chin.

“Yes, we can’t do anything to uproot them without causing a war of our own.” Said Lydia.

“… But.” Cirrus looked at them in their eyes. “What if we help their opposition? If we can’t start a war, then we’ll simply join and get rid of their main military force.”

“!!” Hermes made a large smile that stretched ear to ear. “Why didn’t we think of that!!

“But there are only two other countries Shalzard and Warusa?” said a Familia member.

“Shalzard is our best bet since Warusa is, well, a bit of a chaotic place that not even the other two countries want to deal with.”

“… Could I look into those two countries?”

“By yourself?” said Lydia.

“Yes, much like Solingen, they won’t expect a child plus in the current state of things you can’t stay here either since you are known by the Familia’s here, plus you still had Santorio Vega to deal with, right?”

“That is… right, but you can’t possibly think you can handle this situation on your own?” Lydia said, concerned.

“Well, of course not. I will do as I did in Solingen.” Cirrus then rolls up the map. “I’ll plan out the attack. It will be months, but when it is time to deal with them, I’ll send you a message.”

“But a message will take too long to reach us?” a Familia member said.

“… Hermes, can I speak with you for a second?”

“Huh? sure.”

Cirrus takes Hermes into a room for a while and then came back.

“Cirrus will go about his plan. For now, we will return to Orario and within 5 months we will meet you in Sorshana, Cirrus. Do you understand?”

“Of course.”

“Then we shall leave quickly. I rather not want to have more people trying to fight us.”

“B-but Lord Hermes, they have Snake Eyes Goh Ma, a level 6 adventure!” Lydia protested. “Zephyr couldn’t handle someone that strong!”

“Then we will have to come and help him when the time is right,” Hermes said. “Zephyr has proven himself capable with the Chernobog Familia, so we have to have faith in him, Zephyr, isn’t that right?”

“Hm, I am not an idiot. Until you guys return, I will do what I can to weaken them. Should the Familia captain appear, I will leave?”

“You better!”

They agreed to this, but Lydia and the rest of the Familia still found it rather hard to swallow. Hermes told them they will return to Orario first for an item.

The faster they get it, the more likely Cirrus’s plan will be a success. Until the time to return is up, the Hermes Familia must deal with the mess the Chernobog and Vritra Familia left.

This suggestion would ultimately garner Cirrus, a name of his own, amongst the countries of Israfan, Shalzard, and Warusa.
