Chapter 2

Learning my abilities

I wake up on the dirt floor of a massive forest with big perked up trees looking at the sun shining through. Standing up, something feels weird, am i taller? Looking down on myself standing naked i realise that my chubby gut is gone and replaced by a nice six pack whilst i have grown a bit taller, almost a heads height. I wasn't very short, also not long, but now i look almost like a toned athlete.

"Is this what God meant by just touching me up a bit?!"

I almost feel like a different person haha, nice. Looking up there was suddenly a blue holographic screen in front of me like the ones most MC's  get when they're isekaied.  Must be the help the god mentioned. Three options where listed on it.

-----------------------

The adventurer profession is probably your average OpMc

 Skillset, The mage profession looks interesting but id probably just read books all day, but Creation? I have never read about that before. Interesting ... looking at the amount of bonuses you get with creation vs adventurer and mage id guess its probably not considered good.

Whilst mage sounds fun, adventuring sounds a bit too dangerous closeup but i don't really want to fight so ill just go with creation.

[Creation chosen as profession loading available jobs....]

  1. Earth magician
  2. Builder
  3. Alchemist
  4. Ice magician
  5. Blacksmith

"Select 1. Earth magician."

[earth magician set, choose second bonus job.]

"Select 3. Alchemist"

[Alchemist set]

Ok now what? I probably get a system now right? Menu?

From the map i can see that Im at the edge of a forest called forbidden woods, creepy. About 2km away north in a clearing there is a village called Lockwood village that looks decently large with some farms around it. Well, lets go north then. I should probably also equip some clothing. After equipping the commoner clothing set in my inventory that felt baggy i start leisurely walking in the direction of the village.

Halfway there I suddenly hear a wolf bark near me. Turning around I see a giant grey wolf a few metres away from me looking at me like it found some new prey. After staring at it i can see a level above its head with its HP bar

<Iron Fur Wolf lvl1>

<HP 100/100>

Fuck!! A wolf! How am i going to kill that thing?!

Thinking quickly i remember a skill called <stone lance>, activating it in my head i can suddenly feel some energy rushing from below my belly button through my arms and into my arms manifesting a stone lance in my hands. I quickly throw it at the wolf and by sheer luck it strikes it in the eye. The wolf suddenly jerks and falls down.

[Critical strike! 100 damage]
