Mercury was currently out in a restaurant nearby where captain America said where he needed to be ready, he was currently wearing his signature black trench coat while wearing shades, trying to conceal his identity which was somewhat hard and easy 

"That's sick" Mercury said as he saw 3 huge metal floating fortress ascending into the air 

'So I'll just sit here and wait for them to call me or not' Mercury thought as he took a sip from his beverage and kept watching, that's when he saw... a bird man?

'Is that Steve new recruit?'

He was currently wondering if Steve was forming an animal group because of the names his partners had, Black widow and then there's this guy which his name would be...bird man?

Anyways Mercury was seeing all this from down below on the ground enjoying the show, sipping on his cold beverage, sitting on a comfy chair and resting ...the life

Minutes passed by as Mercury kept watching and was about to order another set of food as he turned around but that's when he heard explosions and when he turned around he saw the 3 flying fortresses firing at each other 

"That's awesome" Mercury said out loud as the other people in the restaurant looked at him weirdly and noticed what he was looking at 

Gasps and awes where heard around the restaurant as some people stood up and started to record 

'Why did I say that, doesn't really matter as they would've noticed sooner or later' He thought as he took off into the distance 

"Looks like you guys need a little help" Mercury said as he flew and landed in the helicopter that was piloted by nick fury 

"Ugh" Natasha said as she put on her headphones and the helicopter took off 

"Nice to see you to Nat" Mercury said as she just eye rolled him 

Mercury was currently deciding on whether to turn the Flying Fortress into something more...Gentle 

"Don't" 

"Don't what?" 

"Don't even think about Turning my beauty into feathers or whatever is that you do" Fury said as Mercury just lets out a small chuckle 

"I'll destroy the small stuff then" Mercury said as he flew out and started to use his eye beams to blast the large pieces into smaller pieces as he used his hands to turn the pieces into feathers 

This continued on until the fortress started to crash into the building, Mercury could've made the triskellion into something more soft but that would cause all the vehicles and people on it fall to their and it would make more explosions, Now if he turned the building into water he would have to deal with the people that are still in the building falling to their death while the equipment inside that was probably worth billions not to mention the fact that it's a government building 

"Please tell me you got that helicopter out in the air" Sam said as he was running away from death as he was sliding under a building beam,

"Sam where are you?"

"41st floor, northwest corner" Mercury could hear another voice on the other side of nick fury headphones  "I got him" Mercury flew over there as he saw a African America running to a window 

The Man jumped through the window and grabbed onto Mercury hand with him dangling "Your crazy bird man" Sam was about to say something but that's when a part of the bulding was about to fall on them "Watch out!" Mercury just looked above him and took his free hand and placed it above his head in which the falling piece turned into paper 

"Thats insane!" Sam said as he laughed his way into the helicopter 

"The names falcon by the way, honor to meet you Mercury" he said as they flew over to the helicopter, got in and flew off 

"You know me?" 

"Kinda hard not to" Sam chuckled as he relaxed onto the helicopter seat 

"Did you guys see Steve?" Natasha said as she turned to us but Mercury and Sam just shook their heads to the sides 

Mercury flew out and saw the last Flying Fortresses falling into the water, looking for any sign of Steve, he couldn't as multiple pieces were falling not to mention the huge metal fortress was in the way 

Finally after a couple of minutes searching around blasting and turning pieces into dust he found Steve on the shore all bruised and beat up 

"Heh, Captain America Met his match?" Mercury said as he picked him up and carried him to the helicopter that ha fury, nat, and sam 

"Found him" Mercury said as he laid down Steve in the middle of floor in the helicopter

"Who could've done this?" 

"The winter soldier" Sam said in which Mercury just nodded 

"So why weren't you surprised about seeing me alive?" Fury asked as he was piloting 

"What do you mean?"

"Didn't you watch the news"

"Yeah I did"

"So?"

"Come on fury you and I both know your like a cockroach, your slippery and can't be killed until old age" Mercury said that as fury just scoffed at his choice of words 

"He needs the hospital guys" Natasha said in which Fury just nodded and Said "I know that's where we're currently going" 

"Wouldn't-" but before Natasha could finish here stench Mercury instantly talked "They can try and assassinate him but it ain't gonna work for them" As he said that he pointed to himself in which the others just made 'oh' faces and noises and nodded 

"So, WHY IS MY POWERS OUT IN THE PUBLIC" Mercury said in which surprised everyone as this was his first time yelling as he usually keeps his composure "Oh, yeah that was me, Remember  I held a grudge toward you" Natasha said in which Mercury just made a shocked faced 

"Hey at least I took out the part that your over 1000 years old so you could have chances with some girls" Natasha grinned as Mercury just scoffed and kept quiet throughout the ride

"Dam..." Sam said in a whisper which fury could hear and all he did was grin

Steve was currently in the hospital and in bed while some guards stood outside

Steve eye kept twitching until he opened them and the first thing he saw was the monitors and machines but surprisingly the first thing that he heard was music and not the beeping of those annoying machines 

Steve looked around and see Sam resting on his left 

"On your left" Steve said in which Sam looked and smiled and all he did was nod his head

Meanwhile Natasha and Mercury were currently in a press conference wearing formal attire while mercury just wore his trench coat with a plain black t shirt and black pants with black shoes, Natasha looked hot wearing professional clothes but Mercury looked good in anything he wore 

Clicks of cameras could be heard behind the heros while they sat on a oval table with big shots from their world 

"Why haven't we heard from Captain America?" 

"I don't know what's there to say, I think the rock in the middle of the Potomac made his point fairly eloquently" Natasha replied to the man who question her while Mercury just sat beside her and kept playing with a rock and changing its properties making everyone take pictures of this happening and some gasp were heard 

""H-" one of them tried to speak but they couldn't as they were distracted by Mercury demonstration, Natasha hit him on his leg which made Mercury slip and making the rock turn into air in which he straighten himself out 

"Like I said, He could explain how this country is expected to maintain its national security now that he and you have laid waste to our intelligence" 

"Hydra was selling you lies not intelligence" Natasha spat back as Mercury softly chuckled which earned him a pinch to knee under the table 

"Many of which you seem to have had a personal hand in telling"

"Agent you should know that there are some of this committee who feel given your service record both for this country and against it and you belong in penitentiary,not mouthing off on capital hill " one of them said as the audience started to write down more aggressively

"Your not gonna put me in prison" Natasha said in which Mercury chipped in 

"Your not gonna put any of us in prison" the 'big shots' all turned to Mercury as the audience started to murmur while shots were being taking and people writing even harder in their notepads as some where recording 

"You know why?" Mercury asked as they kept looking at each other, hesitating to answer back as they seen what he can thanks to Natasha information about him 

"W-Please enlighten us Sir" one of them said as the others kept quiet 

"Because you'll need us, what's makes you think that a prison from this era could contain me?, I seen prison out in space, even the most cheapest and worst is better than your so called "Highest secure prison"  Mercury said as they coughed "Yes the world is a vulnerable place and yes we help it make that way but we're also the best qualified to defend it" Mercury said as they hesitantly nodded and swallowed hard 

"So by all means arrest us, but do make sure to make a prison that can hold 2 suns" Mercury said as he chuckled while they looked nervously 

"And don't forget I can kill everyone here in a blink of an eye, turn them into rock, and slice them in half" Mercury said the last part with a smile to them and to the camera as he held Natasha by her waist and started to levitate 

"Have a good day gentleman" And with that they both flew up and once they were about to hit the roof Mercury put his hand above him and made that part of the roof into air as they swiftly flew off

Somewhere on the world you could see a Bald head women who was currently in her study room wearing white while having a necklace that came down to her chest as it let out green wisp of energy the women who had her eyes closed

Suddenly open her eyes wide open while panting, the necklace that was releasing  green energy had closed into a closed eye

"I-I cant s-stop it....We c-can't stop it....He-he's going to end us all...." The women said while sweetly nervously
