"The peoples work are being effected by the war and we might not have food for winter after all, all the men are off going to war so.... I suggest we allow women to work in the factories and farming industries" 

after a month of fighting the imperial Dutchland in the mother land im less than pleased that my top advisors where giving me false information so as soon as I found out I was getting misinformation i sent them to the gulag, 

another comrad says "we've been getting reports of women of the imperial Dutchland fighting on the Frontlines, comrad steele...may I suggest something that would bolster our army?" 

After I say "yes comrad linsky" he goes on "if we were to allow women into the military after all the.." 

but before he can continue I hear "absolutely not!" From a couple comrads while others were thinking about the suggestion but before they get to rowdy i say with authority "silence let comrad linsky continue!"

 Im intrigued by his offer after all while women may physically be weaker and not as powerful as men in magic they come with their pluses such as better flexibility and better control of their mana and any idea to help the war effort is welcomed. 

And so comrad linsky continues "the partisans already have men and women alike fighting so I was thinking if we officially allowed women into the military given some official military training they'll bolster the army and it would be the perfect propaganda piece" 

he says with a scheming look and sly smile as I was thinking over it other comrads were looking at comrad linsky with intrigue and some with sneers believing it wouldn't be approved , 

after I was done thinking about it I say "I agree but we would need the children 13 through 17 years old to fill in the farming and factories industries after all everyone is part of the war effort no matter if your a child" 

as I say that my comrads look at me with disbelief while comrad linsky sly smile gets wider.

That day the first all women soviet unit who would be called the night witches from allies and enemies alike was established.

I sigh while watching how I couldn't get profit from the war because my military is currently outdated a few years in technology because of the great recession, while we were getting tech from our allies after the soviets invaded and the Amerikans started taking Aggressive actions

 in the pacific ocean that stopped which means my top magical scientists and  engineers will have to come out with a niche for us to be able to profit a little from the wars as I was thinking such I was talking to my top advisors, one of my top magical engineers a dwarf who goes by Phillip the 2nd is saying

 " your highness we've made a breakthrough in a major magic technology field the jamming of telepathic links!" 

I visibly brighten up because after all this is indeed a major breakthrough while it's previously been thought that its impossible to jam telepathic links it's been proven wrong after itali tested a new technology called jtl.

 It was tested last week and how it's works is by modifying the runes for telepathy instead of just choosing 1 target to talk to you make it a aoe runes and put alot of noise through the link which will interfere with someone's ability to tell what's being said. I whisper "we would be able to join the war!"

 We would be able to profit from it as a country that just got out of the great recession , 

if I play my cards right this'll end soon and my country will be out of its deployable state while getting a stake in how much my country will get for contributing too our allies war effort. 

After thinking such I immediately contact my kingdom allies heinz the 3rd the imperial Dutchland emperor and hirohito the emiperor of Dai Nippon Teikoku together we form the unbreakable alliance we had for years i still remembering meeting them at the world royal academy reserved only for the elites of the World,

 its a floating island called academy city which elites join for college and is neutral to any nation 

,a demon 9 tailed fox kin and a human and elfin, im filled with nostalgia remembering our tri rivalry relationship we where at the top of the class tied in many subjects while hirohito looks like he gained a few years in the long 20 years

 but heinz looks like he hasn't aged at all and still looks like a young boy oh how the world is unfair i lament I looked like I aged the 20 years and then some after all I had to get my country out of the great recession with great sacrifices,

 after my father died things became more unstable in the already unstable economy of itali after all the war of kingdoms saw the participation of most kingdoms,

 besides places like the imperial dutchland and Dai Nippon Teikoku who stayed neutral and preached isolationism that all changed when new leadership was put into power with 

different ideologies then the previous rulers heinz and hirohito where advocates of opening up to the world which would bring a boom to their economy, 

sadly my economy suffered after the Kingdom wars sigh...foolish old man leaving all the work to me, you could have atleast  helped me old man... 

I remember the good days with my father... good times I think while sighing again

After I told my friends that my kingdom would be able to join the war effort they both rejoiced after all any help is welcomed...
