When I got into highschool, I wasn’t a strong guy. Even worse, I didn’t have the most masculine of complexion, leading to a very bad case of social awkwardness and overwhelming shyness. I was quickly picked on by the other guys in my classes - the two big points being my inability to get a girlfriend, and my looks. I basically had no friends through freshman year. I was pretty miserable going into sophomore year.
Today, I’m going to tell you the tale of why I don’t care about my looks anymore. Or, to be more accurate, why I don’t care about my lack of manliness.
It’s a strange story, but I’m cool with it. The other guys might disagree.
Oh, and: the girls aren’t cool with it - it’s a mark of pride for them.
