Those caught within the radius of the roar were not spared from its devastating effects. Some clutched their ears in pain, their eardrums threatening to rupture under the sheer intensity of the sound. Others stumbled and fell, their balance disrupted by the seismic impact of the Bastion's scream.

The wildlife in the vicinity fared no better. Birds scattered in a frenzied flurry, their songs silenced by fear. Small creatures scurried for cover, seeking refuge from the chaos that unfolded around them. The delicate balance of the ecosystem had been shattered, leaving the creatures disoriented and vulnerable.

(Heathien) "Wha...what was that? Teddy! What was that!!" Heathien exclaimed as he started backing away from the beast. Only a blank stare of confusion was written on Teddy's face. Heathien getting annoyed even more.

(Heathien) " Teddy! You got to know-"

(Teddy) " I knoweth not! this, this is something coequal i cant dareth comprehend. yond thing isn't n'rmal!" Teddy said in a shaky voice. Soror, replaying the unique sound it made in his head as if it was nothing, caught a glimpse of what it could've done.

As the Bastion's cataclysmic roar reverberated through the battlefield, the impact was felt not only in the physical realm but also on a deeply psychological level. Nekomori, in particular, bore the brunt of the devastating soundwaves.

The intense vibrations caused by the roar rattled through the very core of Nekomori's being. Her bones seemed to resonate with the force of the sound, sending waves of pain and discomfort coursing through her body. The sheer intensity of the vibrations made it difficult for her to maintain her balance, forcing her to rely on her instincts and reflexes to dodge the flying debris.

With each step she took, Nekomori could feel her brain reverberating within her skull, causing excruciating pain that threatened to overwhelm her. The sheer force of the Bastion's roar had disrupted her senses, making it challenging to focus and maneuver through the chaos surrounding her. She started to lose eyesight and couldn't think straight.

(Raiza) "Ahhhh!! It hurts like hell!!" Razia said as he squirmed on the floor, unable to hear even himself as this sharp pain was coursing through his body. He could feel his bones all throughout his body tingle as he tried to cover his ears, but it did nothing for him. Righteous and Elzaisis too was having trouble's as they couldn't do anything to help Raiza since they was being tortured by this soundwave as well.

It was an indescribable feeling. An inescapable sensation that tore through the very fabric of reality itself, leaving a gaping wound that could never be healed. It was a harrowing experience, one that many would never be able to recover from, the unyielding assault against their very senses had shaken them to the core.

However, among the group, a singular figure had endured the full force of the Bastion's roar, yet still maintained their mental and physical composure. Teddy, had weathered the chaotic onslaught with composure.  He surveyed the way the sound waves rippled through the very fabric of reality, contemplating on how to use this advantage.

(Teddy) " The aura ripplin is something I kneweth is possible to manipulateth, how can I'st stoppist this?" He knew this was based on mana and mana is present everywhere. With careful study of the environment, the answer quickly became clear to Teddy. After the initial few moments of reflection, Teddy was able to pinpoint the source of the ripples that were tearing apart the fabric of reality, the Bastion itself was using the mana around it to create these noises.

(Nekomori) "Aaagh! S-stop this!" Tears ran down Nekomori's face as she clutched her head in agony. She tumbled down onto the ground after a couple minutes of enduring the sharp pain, but this is something she can't fathom enduring at all!  The sheer force of the roar was beginning to wear down her endurance, sapping her strength and willpower, its pulsating vibrations pounding against the very core of her being.

Alexsis too tried to do anything to stop the pain but it would not go away, it was hurting her physically and mentally. A cold, overwhelming sensation that gripped her heart with icy claws of fear, sinking into her very soul. It was as if the very essence of death itself was calling out to her, a sensation she'd all too familiar with. Teddy seeing all of this had to stop this but how?! He looked at the bastion and saw how its mouth was gaped open, and how the mana around it was being manipulated to its will, similar to how when he made his communication spell Raiza asked for, maybe he could interfere in that intricate connection using similar methods?

Out of nowhere, a momentary glimmer of inspiration lit up his mind as his analytical abilities kicked into overdrive, searching for a solution to the seemingly insurmountable problem. Understanding the complexity of the situation, and the inherent danger that came along with it, he needed to act quickly.

In the blink of an eye, Teddy sprang into action, leaping towards the Bastion with the agility and speed of a seasoned warrior. As he approached the Bastion's imposing form, he realized that time itself seemed to slow down, giving him the precious few seconds needed. He sprung out his hand, encasing himself in a layer of mana. He could see why Nekomori was shaking when she kicked the bastion barely, it has its own area of influence where all who get close to it falls to their knees, truly is it arrogant! Finally, with the precise and measured amount of mana, he contested against the beast with his own, trying to syphon or block the use of mana from the bastion, the moment he did he could feel a tug on his being, like he was being sucked into nothingness.

(Teddy) "CHUK!!" The bastion was easily overpowering him in terms of the amount of mana, it was like a magnet, the further away you are from it the less of the pull, the closer you are the more pull you get. But what Teddy realized is that it can't contest him in finite intricacy and ability to control the "mana stream" itself. Using this to his advantage, he then tried to create an intrinsic entwinement or tandem of sorts. As Teddy got ever closer, he then began to see, beyond his mind's eye that there was a channel or a string where the manipulation of mana and sound came from.

"Chuk... Chuk... Chuk..." He concentrated on it, though enduring then downwards force on him, he was able to manifest a string of mana out of his own and cut the string with an eidolon-like string he conjured. Reeling in the success of his endeavor, As the wave emitted by the beast came to an abrupt halt, so did the pain and disorientation. Everyone could finally breathe now as the sound was no longer emitted. Though everyone except Teddy was shaken and trying to gain his/her senses. Instantly he used the rest of his strength to back away far from the beast and near his siblings.

Hearing a distant voice, Teddy spoke in the most distressed tone imaginable, "Oh, t's moth'r!"

(Raiza) "Huff...huff...w-who made it stop? I can't hear anything with my ears so I'm using the transmission magic to communicate wit y'all." He could hear how heavy Raiza was breathing in and out, it really did look dire that death was that close, but why wasn't he affected? That being said Teddy has never felt this mentally weak and drained of mana, the latter was an even bigger surprise for him as he has never experienced such a sensation. Meanwhile, the beast was slowly getting back up from laying on it's back, it wasn't in a way you would expect, it was like it was levitating as its tendrils was using the cliff face as an anchor point to support itself.

Soror getting up from the ground hazily saw it and warned everyone to hurry and get prepared, though there response wasn't pleasant. "Guys get ready, the damn thing is moving!"

(Yokishoto) "How dare it try to live after what it did?!" Yokishoto responded with anger.

(Raiza) "I-if you all can't defeat it right now then we can move elsewhere-"

(Heathien) " NO..this...beast has to die here!" Heathien exclaimed as he was laying on the ground shaking. Though when Teddy looked over he couldn't tell if it was from anger or from the soundwaves the bastion used.

(Raiza) "Ah...aight find out how to defeat-ugh!" His voice was drowsy, as if he worked a 72 hour shift you could tell that he could go to sleep any second now.

(Teddy) "I needeth rest, i used everythin' I hadth to stop this thing." Teddy was breathing heavily and his body felt weak. He collapsed to the floor and tried to breathe more to recover, this wasn't normal for him.

(Regina) "M-maybe I can stop it again!" She said as she stumbled back and forth, her mind still dazed from the Bastion's roar.

(Nekomori) "Ugh...wha? S-something is moving around," She said as she saw a blur that looked similar to the bastion turn around slowly towards them, then disappear, it's fast! Her eyes darted open as she looked around, yet her head started pounding instantly and fell to her knees holding her head tightly. Everyone heard and felt the winds coming from in front of them and suddenly a loud boom!

Bastion had disappeared again, "Gotta watch out for its attack!" Nekomori yelled out.

Everyone looked around as if to search for it. The tension in the air was palpable as they waited with bated breath for the beast to make its move. Though everyone was still dazed from the roar they had to endure the haziness. "There!" Arenea said as she clenched her fists, multiple strings of webs burrowed deep into the ground, seemingly acting as an anchor. It then started to appear and disappear rapidly, trying to confuse everyone.

(Arenea) "We have to do something now! These things are on the move, it's not a dumbass monster it knows how to confuse us!" She said in deep frustration.

(Breeus) "I-it appears that the beast has intellect comparable to us to an extent," Breeus said as he stood tall looking around, though still shaky from the last blast. To him, the roar wasn't as deadly but he couldn't manipulate mana for him like what Teddy had done, it seemed Teddy had used a "unique" ability of his to stop the beast from roaring, he was both impressed and envious of Teddy. To Breeus the sound was like a loud buzzer in his ear drums...but with distant voices mixed in.

The Bastion stopped moving and it was completely silent, nobody could even hear their own breathing. Suddenly, an ear piercing screech was heard, ' KRIIIIIIIKKKK!! ' It screamed as it disappeared again. This was going to be a battle worth winning with how annoying it is.

Back where Raiza, Elzaisis and Righteous were, both Elzaisis and Raiza were being healed by Righteous as she was still wobbly and sore from the Bastion's roar. She had gotten a tad better from before, though she is still severely injured internally, she couldn't lay down correctly since her bowels felt like it was stirred up. Righteous looked over to Elzaisis and asked in a concerned tone, "Are you alright? That roar was pretty strong."

Elzaisis, still in a bit of a daze, responded in a weak voice, "I think I'm okay now, thank you."

Righteous nodded and then turned to Raiza, asking in a similarly concerned tone, "And you?" She was bleeding from her ears, from what he seen she didn't heal herself yet...."Y-yea im ok, care for yourself before me Righteous!" Raiza said with a stern look. Righteous blushed at that statement and replied with, "Im fine, you need to focus on healing-"  "Your ears are bleeding and I don't think it's just from your nose." he said with a smirk pushing her hands away slowly with a grunt. "Im alright mother-!" "No your not, your hands are still shaking alot you know? Im your father... so I'm not taking any of your shit. Please just get healed. And look! You got some blood dripping down!"

Righteous looked at Raiza and looked down around her and saw a small pool of blood around her and where she was laying at, she looked back at Raiza and then took a deep breath, "Alright, im sorry for worrying you." She then closed her eyes and used her healing magic on herself, her hands soon stopped shaking and the slowly flowing blood stopped. "Mother now i c-" Razia shaked his head mildly and slowly pointed towards Elzaisis, "He needs it more than me. The roar was way louder and more intense to him. It might've caused some internal damage or something." Righteous sighed at that and just nodded, "I understand." Elzaisis looked over and tried to speak but Raiza cut him off. "I saw you squirming a bit more then me and Righteous man, hell you even tried to cut one of your ears off! I'm worried about you, please let her heal you, for me?"

Elzaisis couldn't refuse, he would've felt bad if he didn't accept her help. He let out a sigh and gave in, "Fine, I'll let her heal me..." Righteous then began to use her healing magic on Elzaisis, closing his wounds and soothing his aching body. As Raiza watched, he couldn't help but feel a sense of admiration for her daughter's kindness and selflessness. If only in his old world those people were more like Righteous, he would'nt have suffered as much as he did. He took in deep slow breaths as he didn't want to pass out from the immense pain he was in, he can still hear ringing in his ears but thanks to the transmission magic Teddy made, he can communicate with his children easily. Shifting and turning he tried his best to not show how he assumed something burst in his stomach area.

Meanwhile, back on the battlefield, the group was still reeling from the Bastion's powerful roar. Heathien and Soror were trying to regain their composure, while Nekomori was attempting to decipher the beast's next move. The tension in the air was palpable as they waited with bated breath for the beast to make its move.

Suddenly, a loud screech rang out, piercing the eerie silence. "Just KILL this damn thing already!!" Alexsis said as she still laid flat on the ground still aching in pain all over her body, her fists clenched in pure rage knowing Raiza was heavily injured, but due to orders from Raiza, she was to rest a little while. Teddy slowly stood up and tried to get a glimpse of where the Bastion was going to appear.

This beast was easily fast enough to come and go away from there vision, the thing is its huge yet going fast enough to be unseeable? How?! Is this how the beast was able to live in this place of unspoken madness? "Maybe it's using its mana to manipulate the speed around it?" Teddy thought as he saw how it was able to appear and disappear rapidly. He saw that in the places it appeared at, it left imprints upon the ground, showing how it has to be moving somehow with those small limbs on its body. He thought up of possible ways to deal with this beast, then he remembered Regina, before she was about to speak she still had built up a lot of mana within the palms of her hands...using the transmission magic he talked with Regina. "Regina, doth thee has't anoth'r spelleth thee can useth? Something of equal strength 'r m're than the lasteth one thee hath used?" he asked.

"Yes i think i can but the last blast shook my arms, i might not be able to do it again."

"You can, i seen you build up alot of mana in the palm of your hands, if you can do that then the rest will be easy

(Soror)" Guys, what would you do if i was hurting you?" Soror asked. As he did Heathien stepped up to him in a furious rage.

(Heathien) " We have no time for your mind games! What are you saying? You thinkin of killing us of?!" Soror hearing that retorted in cringe at what he said, stepping back a few steps he shakes his hands side to side

(Soror) "No, no, no, you misunderstand what I mean. If you were in trouble, of dying I was on the brink of killing you, and you can't beat me at all, what would your reaction be?"

Before now Regina was ready to hit Soror, but now after what he said she wanted to do more than just that as she too started stepping up towards him in a pit of rage. Before she could however, Breeus stopped her in her tracks with his arm as he was answering his question in a low stern voice.

(Breeus) "I...would call for help. I would rely on allies to assist me as its the only thing... capable of saving my fleeting life!" That's when everyone turned to the bastion, the beast runes still circling the body. A concise decision was made, kill it before help arrives

(Teddy) " This en'rgy. this mana is rich in elements not familiar to me, beest have at thee ev'ryone! I feeleth something is off" Teddy said as he refocused his attention towards the goal right in front of him.

The call, though incomprehensible in its language, carried a primal energy that even the most seasoned warriors found unsettling. It spoke of reinforcements, of a formidable army answering the Bastion's desperate plea. The group's hearts sank as they realized the magnitude of the challenge before them.

In response to the call, the earth itself seemed to tremble. From the depths of the surrounding landscape, shadows emerged, taking shape and form. One by one, massive creatures emerged, each one an embodiment of the Bastion's call. They stood tall, their presence imposing and their eyes gleaming with an otherworldly intelligence.

The group watched in awe and trepidation as the summoned creatures took their positions, forming a formidable line of defense. Fifty fully grown Bastions stood before them, and and six seemingly golden ones infront of the others, their shells gleaming with a fiery intensity. The sheer number and strength of the reinforcements sent a chill down the spines of even those who faced death in it's eye.

This sudden outcome came as a shocker to everyone, and because of it they immediately retaliated to gain some semblance of a defense in order. Soror, utilizing the transmission magic, contacted Raiza with urgency. His words carried a blunt tone laced with familiarity.

(Soror) "Mother, we have a problem. The bastion has called for reinforcements, and we are struggling to hold them back efficiently, and the beast we were fighting seemed to heal."

Raiza, momentarily taken aback by the unexpected address, realized his memory lapse regarding the weapons he had requested from Vedo. Determination replaced his initial frustration as he prepared to join the battle.

(Raiza) "Shit, I completely forgot about the weapons! I need to go and help the best I can!"

He then thought to ask more about the situation by using the magic. Both Elzaisis and Righteous were tuned in on the connection

(Raiza) " Hey! The hell you mean Soror? Teddy! What's happening?!" No response was given, he tried again. Still no response, from no one there actually. That's when he finally let panic consume him. Though it haven't been long since they met, but he was starting to feel like they were his family, time and time again he truly feel like there was this connection with the beings he calls his children.

Elzaisis, concerned for Raiza's safety after seeing him pace around and yelling, attempted to block his path as he tried to leave the cave.

(Elzaisis) "Mom, you can't! Please, stay here! I have to keep you safe!"

Raiza's parental instincts took over as he reacted with a mix of anger and worry.

(Raiza) "Why are you being so defiant, Elzaisis? I need to protect my family, and that includes you! I have to get them their weapons!!"

Despite Raiza's stern words, Elzaisis remained resolute in his stance, though his eyes flinched when he heard the mention of weapons, he darted looks with Righteous who simply nodded "no" back. Unwilling to back down, Raiza used transmission magic once more to contact the rest of the group for reassurance.

(Raiza) "Is everyone okay?!"

To Raiza's surprise, there was still no response. Frustration welled up within him as he tried calling out once more, but still received no callback. The lack of communication only heightened his anxiety.

(Raiza) "Damn it! Why won't they answer?!"

Fed up with Elzaisis blocking his path, Raiza made a determined sprint towards the opening of the cave. Frustration boiled within him, and he let out a guttural scream, venting his pent-up anger and desperation. Elzaisis, witnessing Raiza's outburst, glanced at Righteous for guidance. Righteous offered a silent nod of understanding, prompting Elzaisis to lower his gaze to the ground and step aside, allowing Raiza to pass. As Raiza dashed out of the cave, he briefly turned back to face Righteous.

(Raiza) "Take care of them, can you do that?"

Righteous met Raiza's gaze with a determined expression, understanding the unspoken intention behind his words. She gave a quick glance towards Elzaisis, who caught her subtle signal. Elzaisis, realizing their next course of action, nodded subtly in response. They both knew what Raiza meant - it was time for them to join the rest of the group.

Raiza, then ran out of the cave, and went to a latched hole where a tunnel was dug out that goes underneath the mansion. Raiza ran, cuts and bruises were already on his legs but he paid no heed to them, since mere cuts is child play to having your only family die once again. Raiza was now in the mansion.

(Raiza) “ U-uh, dang! Where did Vedo put the damn...”

Raiza frantically searched through rooms and empty hallways, desperately looking for the weapons that Vedo had mentioned he finished just before the bastion queen came down upon them. As he hurriedly made his way upstairs, he accidentally bumped into Vedo, who appeared breathless and pointed towards the storage closet downstairs. Without wasting a moment, Raiza and Vedo rushed towards the storage space and retrieved the 13 weapons that had been prepared. The weight of the weapons was substantial, and Raiza's small frame trembled under their heft.

There were cyrstal balls, sceptors, spears and swords to carry, he looked at them all taking it in, wondering how would he even carry it all? He shook his head and grabbed onto the long spear with, what looks like spine on it. His legs was already bukling but he decided to take ahold of a scepter as support.

(Raiza)" I-i think I think I can take another...thing!" He said as he struggled to find anything that looked light enough to carry. He found a glowing stick, atop it was a cube which emitted a light blue glow. He looked back at Vedo who was looking at him frantically.

(Raiza)" Hey man you think you can carry some of this shit?" A hint of annoyance was tinged in his tone, which made Vedo perk up from his apparent daze.

Razia got out of the way and headed to the front door as Vedo grabbed hold of a numerous amount of weapons on his person. Time was of the essence. He wanted to walk slow but he couldn't. he could feel his small body fail him, he couldn't even take a step forward without his legs buckling from under the weight. Adrenaline came in as he started thinking about just how useless he was right now, how in his past life, he could at the bare minimum be outside by now and on the move! So he started to take more steps, rage and frustration fueling his movement. He was at the door and from there continued to walk in the general direction where he heard explosions. Hearing them he started to pace up, speed walking to a little jog.

As Raiza jogged, the distance he covered was significant. He had to traverse a treacherous terrain, navigating through the remnants of battle and avoiding the clutches of menacing beasts. Vedo, though weary from previous encounters and with his hands full, fought off the few beasts that dared to impede their progress, creating a path for Raiza to pass through.

Finally, Raiza arrived at the scene where his family fought valiantly. The air crackled with energy, explosions reverberated in the distance, and the ground shook beneath his feet. Despite the chaos, Raiza's focus remained unwavering.

(Raiza) “CAN ANYONE HEAR ME DAMMIT!?”

As Raiza rushed towards the scene he called out to the group using his voice instead of the magic, hoping at least one person could see him or even hear all while Vedo was close behind, a Bastion Royal Guard suddenly appeared, a tendril swiped him, propelling Vedo through the air with a powerful force. Before Vedo soared through the chaos, just before he was hit, he dropped the weapons on the ground, opened his hand wide, and a shimmering golden light emanated from the left of him. As he was flying across the terrain light enveloped Vedo, and a hammer manifested in his hand as he flew across the terrain away from Raiza.

Meanwhile, as the Bastions closed in on Raiza, surrounding him from all sides, a glimmer of hope appeared. Yokishoto, who had been engaged in battle nearby, caught sight of Raiza amidst the chaos. Teddy, ever vigilant, noticed too and swiftly ran towards Raiza, creating a protective barrier to shield them both from the encroaching Bastions.

(Yokishoto) "Hey, Mother."

He said as he joined in between the two, his back to theirs. His back was straight as he took a defensive stance.

(Raiza) "About time, Yokishoto! I was starting to think you forgot about me!"

(Yokishoto) "N-never! I just had to take care of a few pesky beasts first."

(Teddy) "W'rry not, moth'r. We've did get thy backeth."

(Raiza) "Heh, I sure do hope so."

As the banter continued, their combined efforts pushed back the encircling Bastions, creating a temporary respite in the midst of the intense battle. Raiza couldn't help but feel a surge of gratitude for the unwavering support of Yokishoto and Teddy.

(Raiza) "Thanks, you two. I don't know what I'd do without you."

(Yokishoto) "Hm!"

(Teddy) “ Humph, thee bethink a m're stomp can taketh this most wondrous me out as easily as yond? Oh is yond, 'r weapons?”

The weapons that Vedo made are godlike, but without their true power running through, in which Vedo took into consideration for the future, they are but mere weapons with no 'enhancements' . All of the weapons, in abyss time, which is fundamentally different from the normal, is calculated to the somewhat measured time there in the deep.
