Gohan’s next few days of school were ok, they got a little better, but there were still a few whispers about him being a nerd, which came along with the confusion of how he was good at sports. Gohan held back more after his first baseball game, but he still did better than normal, which made people talk. Gohan ignored the whispers because of a conversation he had with Vanadis.

Vanadis told him that there will always be people who talk bad about people who are smarter or better than them. Vanadis told him that if you always listened to them, you would drive yourself crazy. Vanadis had told him about what she went through when she graduated High School at thirteen years old, they had talked late into the night and fell asleep holding each other that night, it was nice.

“Sorry! I got to go!” a familiar voice called out.

“Ms. Videl wait!” The Teacher called out but all that answered them was the closing of the door.

Gohan looked up, from his current assignment and saw that Videl had left class again, “…What was it this time?” he whispered, glancing at Erasa.

Videl would occasionally get calls from the police asking for her help stopping criminals the first time it happened Gohan had been tempted to excuse himself and go help her out as the Golden Warrior but then he remembered she was decent fighter, and he decided unless it was something serious, she could handle it herself.

“Bus hijacking.” Erasa whispered back.

“Huh.” Gohan replied, “She may need help on this one.” He thought, glancing at the teacher who sighed and shook their head.

“Alright, continue your work.” The teacher said, turning back to the blackboard and writing on it.

“How can I leave class to help Videl without drawing attention to myself?” Gohan thought to himself as he glanced at the clock seeing it slowly tick by. It had only been a few minutes since Videl left so he should be able to make it in time to help her. “I could ask to go to the bathroom and use the cloning technique, and have it stay here while I go help Videl. No that won’t work. What if they call on my clone to answer a question, it won’t be able to. Maybe I can…”

“Mr. Son!” The teacher said loudly.

Gohan looked up quickly to see the professor was standing in front of him, “Y-yes sir.” Gohan replied standing up.

“I was calling on you to answer the question on the board, but you seem to have your mind elsewhere.” The teacher said looking at him.

“S-sorry sir.” Gohan replied, scratching the back of his head.

“Just because your tests scores were some of the bests this school has seen in while doesn’t mean you can’t pay attention to class.” The teacher replied.

“Sorry it won’t happen again.” Gohan replied.

“I’ll make sure it doesn’t. Follow me.” The teacher said, walking down the stairs of the rows of desks. Gohan followed him to a sink where the teacher filled up two buckets of water that he made Gohan hold outside the classroom while the teacher went back inside to teach the class.

“Thank you, Dende.” Gohan smiled to himself, he quickly looked around making sure no one was nearby, he quickly used the cloning technique and had his clone hold the buckets of water before rushing off to help Videl.

Gohan had transformed into the Golden Warrior once he got to the roof and followed the sounds of sirens until he saw the hijacked bus, he saw Videl had accidentally knocked out the driver who was one of the hijackers. With the driver out cold, no one was driving the bus, and it was heading towards a mountain cliff, “Golden Warrior!” Videl shouted, pointing at the cliff.

“Don’t worry I got it!” Gohan shouted, using Vanish Step to appear in front of the bus, floating over the drop, he raised his hand to gently stop the bus from falling off the cliff and effortlessly push it back to safety.

“Thank you!” Videl said, in relief, as she put the bus in park.

“It’s all in a day’s work. Ms. Videl.” Gohan said, nodding at her. “Are you all ok?” he asked helping the elderly getting off the bus.

“Of course we are!” an elderly man said with a smile, “That was one of the best bus rides of my life!” another said, “I got plenty of pictures” a women said, holding up a camera.

“Well, I’m glad you’re all ok. Take care of yourselves.” Gohan said, smiling at them, “Ms. Videl.” He added nodding at her before flying away. Gohan made it back to school and took his clones place with no one the wiser.

Gohan woke up to the sound of the alarm going off, “Turn it off.” Zangya muttered, curled into his side, her blue skin glowing slightly in the morning light that slipped through the curtains. Gohan chuckled as he reached over to hit the button, “Thank you.” She murmured, snuggling into his side.

“Yeah.” Gohan replied, smiling as he pushed her curly orange hair out of the way to kiss her forehead, her ears twitched as she moaned in quiet satisfaction, her breasts pressed softly against his ribcage her nipples hardening from the cool morning air.

“Mmm…up for another round?” Zangya asked, voice growing husky, as he ran his hand down her back to rest on her ass.

“…I would love to, but I promised V, we would go see Chobi today.” Gohan answered with a resigned sigh.

“Chobi…that is that dinosaur, right?” Zangya asked.

“Saurian Pterodactyl, actually.” Vanadis replied, entering the room.

“What’s the difference?” Zangya asked lifting her head from Gohan’s chest. “It’s still a dinosaur right.”

“Saurian Pterodactyl’s are the largest breed of Pterodactyl’s known to man and they’re usually impossible to find, and extremely territorial towards outsiders, so the fact that Gohan is friendly with one is incredible. I want to study them and see how they treat their child.” Vanadis answered, entering Gohan’s closet and picking out his clothes. “Come on Gohan, don’t forget you promised to bring Goten and Ginnie along. So, get up and go get ready.” She said, pulling the covers off.

“Ahh…come on V!” Zangya exclaimed, releasing Gohan to try and pull the covers back up.

“This is the only way, I can get you to let Gohan go.” Vanadis replied pushing her glasses up.

“Heh, you know better than to get in V’s way when she want to study something.” Gohan replied, kissing Zangya’s cheek, and kissing Vanadis’ forehead as he took the clothes from her hand.

“I’ll wait for you in the kitchen. I’m going to make some snacks.” Vanadis said, walking out before stopping and turning around to look at Zangya who had gotten out of bed, “Don’t you dare join him in the bathroom.”

“W-what?” Zangya exclaimed looking at Vanadis, “I’m just going to brush my teeth.”

“No, what you’re going to do is distract him and make us late.” Vanadis said staring at Zangya, “Now let him get ready in peace.” She held the door open for Zangya.

“…fine but I want a date to make up for waking us up this early.” Zangya muttered, following Vanadis outside the room.

“You got it.” Gohan replied. Gohan took a quick shower, brushed his teeth and got dressed, before heading to meet Vanadis. Gohan wasn’t kidding when he mentioned not getting in Vanadis’ way when she was in research mode, which is why he got ready so quick. “Ready?” he asked, looking at Vanadis.

“Yes, I already let Ginnie know we’re on our way.” Vanadis replied, holding up a picnic basket that had some things to take notes on.

“Alright, bye Z.” Gohan said, giving Zangya a kiss, then taking Vanadis’ hand.

“Bye, nerds have fun.” Zangya replied, waving at them.

Gohan smiled at her and focused on the familiar group of energy at Mt. Paozu and used Instant Transmission.

Vanadis

Vanadis would never find the words to describe how it felt when Gohan used Instant Transmission, nor would she be able to describe how surreal it was to be in one place, one instant and be in another in the time it took her to blink. Waiting for them outside were Goten and Ginnie, the first one took off running towards them when he saw them appear. Vanadis had a brief second to step aside as a seven-year-old missile launched itself at Gohan.

“Big Brother!” Goten shouted as he rushed over to Gohan.

Vanadis watched with a smile as Gohan step forward and easily catch Goten, spinning him around with a laugh, “Hey, squirt.” Gohan replied smiling, “Say, hello to Vanadis.”

“Hey, big sis.” Goten said, with a wave.

“Hello, Goten. How are you today?” Vanadis asked.

“Good, I’m happy we’re going to see Chobi.” Goten said with a big grin.

“You know what me too.” Vanadis said, smiling at Goten.

“Really?” Goten asked, eyes bright.

“Yes.” Vanadis replied, smiling widely.

“Hey, Ginnie.” Gohan said, hugging Ginnie as she walked over.

“Hey, Gohan. Hey, Vanadis.” Ginnie answered, hugging them both.

Vanadis returned the hug, “You guys ready?” Gohan asked looking at them.

“Yes.” Vanadis said, nodding with a smile as Goten nodded quickly.

“How are we all getting there?” Ginnie asked.

“What do you mean?” Gohan asked.

“Well, Goten and Vanadis can’t fly, so how are they going to get there.” Ginnie answered. “We can’t use a Hover Jet because Chobi’s parents don’t like it.”

“I already thought about that.” Gohan replied before Vanadis could ask the same question. Gohan placed Goten on the ground, and cupped his hands around his mouth, “Flying Nimbus!!” It took a few seconds before the familiar yellow cloud came screeching to a halt before Gohan.

Vanadis watched in quiet amusement as the cloud accepted Gohan’s hug, seeing the cloud again made her remember the last time she saw it, it was the night that she realized that she had feelings for Gohan. “Nimbus!” Goten replied happily jumping onto the cloud to hug it, Nimbus seemed to bounce in happinesses at the attention. Especially when Ginnie gave it a small hug as well.

“Are you guys ready?” Gohan asked.

“Yup.” Goten replied grin wide on his face.

“Ok, then make some room for us.” Gohan said, smiling at Goten as he picked him up and placed him on his shoulders before climbing aboard Nimbus, “Come on V.” he said holding his hand out for her.

“Thank you.” Vanadis said with a smile, taking his hand and climbing aboard.

“Come on Ginnie.” Gohan said, placing his arm around Vanadis’ waist pulling her close, leaving a spot in front of them.

“…thanks.” Ginnie muttered her face slightly flushed at Gohan’s display of affection as she took a seat in front of her and Gohan.

“Let’s go Nimbus!” Gohan said, placing Goten down next to Ginnie and pointing forward.

Vanadis held onto Gohan’s shirt as Nimbus took off with a burst of speed that threw Ginnie and Goten back a little, she quickly placed a hand around them to stabilize them, Goten looked up to her with a big grin and Ginnie muttered a quick thank you. Vanadis smiled back, she glanced at Gohan who smiled at her making a warm feeling spread through her chest that had nothing to do with the sun.

The wind whipped through her hair as Nimbus climbed higher and flew faster at Goten’s urging, “Faster, Nimbus! Faster!” Goten cheered fists pumping in the air. “I can’t wait to see Chobi.” He added looking back at them.

“He’s not going anywhere squirt.” Gohan chuckled, the sound rumbling pleasantly against her hand resting against his chest.

Vanadis leaned against Gohan, resting her hand against his familiar heartbeat, it was strong and steady the same way it was the last time they rode Nimbus. When she was scared that she was ticking time bomb created by Dr. Gero to kill everyone, but Gohan had come to talk with her one night he had appeared called Nimbus climbed on top, held his hand out and told her to trust him. Vanadis decided to throw caution to the wind and she took his hand. They rode around the city for what felt like hours. It was only later that Gohan had revealed that Nimbus only carried those pure of heart like her. That was the night Vanadis realized that she had feelings for Gohan that went beyond admiration.

Now here they were again, but this time with Goten and Ginnie sitting in front of them, Vanadis found herself smiling at the sight of Goten pointing at whatever caught his attention. Vanadis leaned her head against Gohan’s shoulder again making him glance at her and smiling before chuckling at the Vanadis was slightly surprised when Ginnie leaned back against her chest and lift her arm and placed it around her, Ginnie looked up and smiled at her, before looking forward.

Vanadis felt her breath catch slightly at the sight, it was almost like they were a family, “You, ok?” Gohan asked, looking at Vanadis.

Vanadis turned to look at him, looking into his eyes that was full of quiet strength and endless kindness they looked at her with so much love that she couldn’t help but smile back, “I Love You Gohan.” The words being spoken out loud for the first time by her since they started dating.

Gohan’s breath caught, as a smile spread across his face, “I Love You too Vanadis.” He replied with no hesitation.

Vanadis smiled widely, feeling better than ever now that she’s said it out loud. Gohan cupped her face and kissed her gently pouring his love and affection for her in it and she happily returned it. When they pulled apart Vanadis sighed happily before her face turned red when she saw Ginnie looking up at them with a smile, “W-what?” she muttered.

“That was so beautiful.” Ginnie said looking up at them smiling, while Goten was oblivious to what happened behind him. Vanadis blushed brightly but she just buried her head into Gohan’s shoulder as they continued their journey towards Chobi’s nest.

Gohan

“I can’t believe they would do something like this.” Vanadis muttered angrily.

“Don’t worry, V. We’ll get him.” Gohan said, squeezing her hand gently.

When they got to Chobi’s nest yesterday they found it empty and after searching around they didn’t find anything which upset her and Goten more. Gohan had promised to find Chobi, and they flew back home sad. Then during breakfast, the next morning they saw a report about the circus coming to Satan City with a new dinosaur as an attraction, Gohan quickly recognized it as Chobi. Which is why they were here now to get him back and return him to his parents before they came searching and destroyed half the city.

“I can’t believe they would do something like this.” Zangya muttered, she had joined them when they had explained why they were going to the circus.

“We’ll get him back.” Gohan replied staring angrily at how the so-called tamer whipped a whip at Chobi who was on top of a ball. Chobi was clearly terrified not moving much.

They waited until the show was over before Gohan made his way to a hidden area and transformed into the Golden Warrior before making his way towards where Chobi was kept in a cage. “Hey, Chobi. It’s me Gohan.” He whispered softly, Chobi chirped at his name, “Let’s get you out of here before your parents come looking for you.”

Gohan effortlessly bent the bars and picked Chobi up and put him on his back, “Hey! What do you think you’re doing!?” someone exclaimed from behind Gohan.

Gohan turned around to see a man, it was one of those strongman’s that worked at the circus he had a long steal bar in his hand, it looked like he came through a different entrance than the one Vanadis and Zangya were watching, “I’m returning this dinosaur to it’s parents.”

“Not if I have anything to say about it!” The strongman exclaimed swinging the bar with everything he had.

Gohan effortlessly caught it with one hand, “Sorry, but if this guy’s parents come looking for him, they will destroy half this city, so I’m taking him back to them.” He said lifting the guy and shaking him until he let go of the bar.

Gohan flew into the air passing by Zangya and Vanadis who came in hearing the commotion, he nodded at them, they nodded back and made their way out of the circus before being seen. Gohan didn’t make it far before Chobi started panicking and he covered Gohan’s eyes making him almost drop Chobi. Gohan decided to walk the rest of the way, but soon he heard sirens behind him he saw a line of police after him.

“Crapbaskets!” Gohan muttered as he started running away from them.

Gohan didn’t make it far before he saw Videl’s helicopter flying next to him and passing him to cut him off. Videl jumped out of the helicopter with a look of disbelief on her face, “W-what are you doing Golden Warrior!?”

“Ms. Videl I’m returning this little guy to his parents before they come looking for him.” Gohan answered.

“W-why?” Videl asked.

“His parents will destroy half this town to find their son.” Gohan explained, “You got to believe me.”

“…I’m sorry but I can’t, you stole him from the circus and that make you a criminal and I stop criminals!” Videl exclaimed, getting into a fighting stance.

“Ms. Videl please don’t…” Gohan tried to say but his words were cut off when he had to dodge when Videl exploded forward.

Gohan dodged a nice crisp jab and kick combo he could tell she was testing him. Gohan stepped back and moved slightly, never trying to counter because his hands were full of holding Chobi up. “Stop dodging and fight back!” Videl growled through gritted teeth.

“Please! Just listen to me Ms. Videl.” Gohan replied dodging another combo, it was a low sweeping kick that made Gohan jump into the air, “Things will be bad if I don’t get him out of here soon.”

“Quiet thief!” Videl exclaimed, feigning another punch but going with a spinning heel kick that made Gohan accidentally drop Chobi. “I can’t believe I thought you were like me!”

“Ms. Videl. Please! let me explain.” Gohan tried again blocking a punch and gently pushing away, as he noticed a large crowd of people showing up.

Videl didn’t let him say anything as she feinted high, dropped low and then jumped into the air with a flying side kick, Gohan sighed and was getting ready to dodge when Chobi squeaked and lunged forward, biting onto Gohan’s cape. Chobi then yanked back hard that slight jerk pulled Gohan back just enough that he couldn’t dodge Videl’s attack in time.

Gohan was then met with a face full of Videl’s thighs which locked around his head, the tight black spandex pressed flush against his face. Gohan’s face was pressed against the warm, firm cushion of her inner and upper thighs, the thin fabric doing nothing to stop the heat and feminine musk that flooded his nose. Videl tried to flip him over, but his height and strength stopped her from being able to reach the ground for proper leverage.

“Mmph--!” Gohan cried out his mouth molding over her folds.

“Y-You pervert!” Videl shouted as she quickly released her hold backflipping into a crouched position over her face flushed, as Gohan took a few deep breaths.

“I…” Gohan opened his mouth to say something.

“I-I don’t want to hear it!” Videl interrupted, face bright red, pointing a shaking finger at him, “I’m going to make you pay!”

Gohan’s reply was cut off by two very familiar screeches, “Oh no!” he muttered looking up as two massive shadows fell over the city.

“W-what is that!?” Videl exclaimed looking up eyes wide in shock.

“Those are mom and dad.” Gohan replied, “This is what I was trying to avoid.” He muttered

“Ow!” Someone behind them exclaimed.

Gohan and Videl turned around to see Mr. Musuka the Circus owner and the man responsible for dino napping Chobi trying to take him back, while they were fighting. But he was stopped by Zangya, Gohan smiled at her and opened his mouth to thank her but was cut off.

“You should take this little guy back to his parents before anything crazy happens…Golden Warrior.” Zangya said, giving him a look.

“R-right thank you citizen.” Gohan replied, scratching his cheek before gently picking up Chobi, “Come on little guy, let’s get you back to your parents.” He added flying up high to hand over Chobi to his parents Toh Toh and his wife.

Gohan put Chobi onto his mom’s back after they recognized his voice, he then followed them out of the city, before he came to a stop and smacked his face, “I’m an idiot I could have just used Instant Transmission to bring Chobi back. Oh well, everything ended well.”  He muttered, smiling as he watched the family together again.

Videl

Videl watched as The Golden Warrior flew away with two of the largest Pterodactyls she’s ever seen who both calmed down once The Golden Warrior placed the baby on the pink Pterodactyl back. Videl smiled slight at the sight, “Hey, what are you doing go after him!” Mr. Musuka shouted pointing at The Golden Warrior and the retreating Pterodactyls.

“What!?” Videl asked looking down at him holding his arm.

“That man stole my Pterodactyl.” Mr. Musuka replied.

“He didn’t steal anything. He just returned it to its parents.” Zangya replied looking down at him, making him quickly crawl away to hide behind a police officer making his way towards them.

“Ms. Videl what happened?” The police officer asked.

“What do you mean?” Videl asked looking at him.

“Why did you let The Golden Warrior go?” The police officer asked.

“I…” Videl stammered trying to think of a reason why she let him go. “I was shocked at the sight of those Pterodactyl’s. I’ve never seen one that big let alone two.” she finally replied.

“That’s because they’re Saurian Pterodactyl’s. They’re the largest breed known to man.” Vanadis replied, walking forward, and hanging up her phone. “They’re also a highly protected species. Meaning having one is highly illegal.” She added looking at Mr. Musuka.

“Really?” The Police officer asked.

“Yes.” Vanadis replied, tapping her phone as a hologram popped up off the screen, “See here’s the order listing Saurian Pterodactyl’s as a protected species.” she added pulling up an entire list.

“Anything to say about that Mr. Musuka?” The police officer asked.

Mr. Musuka at least had the decency to look nervous as he adjusted his collar, “I…I don’t always know where my men get the animals for my circus.” He replied, sweat forming on his forehead, “In light of the information provided today I won’t press any charges against the young man who was just returning the dinosaur.”

“Well, that’s kind of you.” Vanadis replied with a smile, “But it is still illegal to have one so I’m afraid that you’re going to jail for at least five years.”

“I…I’m sure we can work something out.” Mr. Musuka said, rubbing his hands nervously, looking at the police officer and Vanadis.

“Well, if you don’t want to go to jail…” Vanadis trailed off as Mr. Musuka nodded his head rapidly. “Then you could pay the fine.”

“F-fine!?” Mr. Musuka asked.

“Yes, normally you would go to jail but since the baby was returned with no problem, I’m sure that everything can be settled with you paying the fine.” Vanadis answered.

“H-how much is the fine?” Mr. Musuka asked.

“Let’s find out.” Vanadis said, pulling out her phone. Videl felt a shiver go up her spine at the smile Vanadis made, “For Saurian Pterodactyl’s the fine is 250,000,000 Zeni.”

“W-what!?” Mr. Musuka and a few others exclaimed. “That’ll bankrupt me!”

“Yes, like I said earlier they’re a highly protected species.” Vanadis replied, showing the listed fine to the Police officer.

“…well looks like she’s right.” The Police Officer said, nodding his head, “Well, Mr. Musuka what will it be five years in jail or pay the fine?”

“I…I’ll pay the fine.” Mr. Musuka sighed in defeat.

“Very, well lead the way.” The Police officer said, “Ladies have a good day. Ms. Videl if you see the Golden Warrior again let him know he’s in the clear.”

“I…ok.” Videl nodded, her face going red as she remembered what had happened earlier. Videl watched the Police lead Mr. Musuka away with Zangya and Vanadis standing next to her, the crowd of people started to disperse. Videl refused to look at the two women.

“Hey, babe you missed all the fun.” Zangya called out waving at Gohan who walked toward them.

“R-really!?” Gohan asked, looking at them.

“Yeah, The Golden Warrior saved a baby dinosaur from the circus.” Zangya answered.

“Huh, that’s cool.” Gohan replied, smiling at them.

“Yeah, but that’s not the best part.” Zangya said, smiling.

“It’s not?” Gohan asked, tilting his head.

“Yeah, Videl fought The Golden Warrior and there was an incident during the fight.” Zangya answered, grin spreading across her face. “Videl went for a…”

Videl’s head snapped up, her face going red knowing where Zangya was going with this, “I…I got to go!” she interrupted before rushing away quickly.

Videl made it a few feet away, turning a corner before stopping as she remembered that she had left her helicopter back where Gohan, Zangya and Vanadis were still waiting. Videl really didn’t want to turn around but it was her only ride at the moment, so taking a deep breath she turned back around. “…Z, that wasn’t funny.” She heard Gohan mutter from behind the corner in front of her. Videl decided to stay behind the corner to eavesdrop.

“What?” Zangya replied. “You’re the one who didn’t dodge that kick.”

“T-That was an accident, Chobi bit my cape right when I was going to dodge.” Gohan’s reply came.

Videl’s eyes went wide and her face went bright red, “N…no way.” She muttered, peaking around the corner, she saw Gohan standing with Vanadis and Zangya standing next to him. Thankfully they all had their backs turned to her, Videl’s eyes narrowed as she saw Gohan scratching his cheek in the same way she’s seen The Golden Warrior scratch his.

“Sure, whatever you say...” Zangya replied. “Golden Warrior.” She added, in a tone that Videl recognized as teasing.

“…Let’s just get home. Before Videl comes back for her helicopter.” Gohan sighed, as Vanadis and Zangya placed their hands on his shoulders and they suddenly disappeared.

“…N-no way! G-Gohan is The Golden Warrior!?” Videl muttered, sliding down the wall of the alley. Videl didn’t even really register the fact that Gohan had just disappeared in front of her because her mind went back to her early kick and she remembered where Gohan’s face landed, his breath on her… she quickly covered her face with her hands, “AHHHHHH!!!” her scream coming out slightly muffled.

(AN: Here we go the last chapter before we get into the C.C. Tournament set up. I hope you liked it. There’s one more chapter after this and then it will be a little wait until the next one. I’m going to take my time to do the C.C. Tournament right. I need to finish making the match up, I already have an outline for how I want them to go but I need to finalize them. I want the C.C.
