Gohan was eating some more food as he and Bulma waited for Krillin to come back with Dende, after he finished eating, he sat down and meditated as Bulma was brushing her hair, “How can you be so calm Gohan?” Bulma asked as she looked at Gohan

“I know that everything will be ok once my dad gets here, and also because Mister Piccolo taught me that I need to try and keep calm when there is nothing I can do.” Gohan replied as he continued to mediate.

Later Gohan went outside to train, Bulma came outside with him and was sitting on a rock checking the dragon radar, “Gohan come over here for a moment, check this out.” Bulma said, Gohan walked over to her, “It looks like Krillin managed to get the dragon ball from the oldest Namek and is heading our way. Also, there is this one dragon ball by itself over here.” Bulma said

Gohan saw five dragon balls together and one by itself like Bulma said, “That’s where Vegeta was earlier… maybe he couldn’t find the dragon ball and left because I can’t sense his energy anymore. Let me borrow the radar Bulma so that I can get the dragon ball before anyone else finds it.” Gohan said

Bulma nodded and gave Gohan the dragon radar, as Gohan flew off to find the dragon ball, “I don’t sense Vegeta that means the coast is clear.” Gohan said with a smile as he held the dragon radar in front of him to make sure he was heading in the right direction.

Gohan kept flying until he reached the village as he was floating overhead, he saw the destruction Vegeta caused. Gohan was shocked by what he saw there were countless bodies all over the village, there were old ones, young ones and even children, the houses were all destroyed, even fields of some type of plants were destroyed, “Vegeta is a monster” Gohan said as he saw an older Namek dead with a child in his arms. Gohan was shaking in anger.

Gohan decided to bury all the bodies of the Namekian as he finished gave a silent prayer before he used the dragon radar to locate the dragon ball. The radar led him to the water’s edge, “The dragon ball must be in the water that must be why Vegeta didn’t find it.”

Gohan dove into the water and started looking for the dragon ball, he found it in the middle of two rocks, Gohan picked it up and flew out of the water holding the dragon ball laughing it was the four-star ball.

Gohan started to fly back towards the cave with the dragon ball in his hand, when he suddenly felt two huge power levels coming from where he left Bulma, “I have to hurry, Bulma might be in danger.” Gohan sped up, as Gohan was flying faster, when he felt one of the power levels ahead disappear. “Whatever was happening ahead is finished, hopefully Bulma is ok.”

Gohan sped up faster when he suddenly felt a huge power level heading towards him, “That’s Vegeta!” Gohan said as he quickly flew down to hide as he suppressed his power level hoping that Vegeta didn’t notice him.

“Come on out I know that you are here…if you don’t come out, I will destroy this entire place until I find you.” Vegeta said as he charged up an energy blast getting ready to fire it.

“Wait!” Gohan shouted as he placed the dragon ball and the radar on the ground before coming out of his hiding place.

“Well, if it isn’t Kakarots son, it makes sense that you would be here as well, since I just met your friends.” Vegeta said smiling,

Gohan noticed a dragon ball under Vegetas arm, “Where did you get that dragon ball?” Gohan asked

“It was a gift from your bald-headed friend and that girl, with this one I now have all of the dragon balls, so I felt merciful and let them live.” Vegeta said as he flew down and landed in front of Gohan. “Is your father here as well?”

“No, he’s not I haven’t seen him in a long time.” Gohan said as he looked up at Vegeta.

“That is too bad, because you see we are the last of the remaining saiyans, so we have to look out for each other.” Vegeta said as he grabbed Gohan’s head and then kneed him in the stomach, “That was a little pay back for what I went through back on earth.” Vegeta said laughing as he flew away.

Gohan slowly got back up laughing as Vegeta flew away since he didn’t find the dragon ball; Gohan picked up the dragon ball and flew back towards the cave, as he got closer, he saw Krillin and Bulma waiting for him.

“Hey guys, I got the dragon ball, but we should probably move before Vegeta figures out that this ball is missing. I ran into him on my way here, but he didn’t find the dragon ball.” Gohan said as he handed the dragon ball to Krillin.

“Good job Gohan, but we shouldn’t stand around any longer we need to move now!” Bulma said as she walked up to the two of them.

Gohan, Krillin, and Bulma moved to a new location, it was on an island in between a mountain that was split in half, “Bulma wait here with the dragon ball while I take Gohan to Guru’s so that he can awaken Gohan’s hidden power.” Krillin said handing the dragon ball to Bulma

“I won’t be left here all alone!” Bulma shouted at Krillin,

“Bulma, I don’t mean to be rude but if you come with us then the enemy can use you as a hostage, or we won’t be able to fight at full power because we are protecting you” Gohan said looking at Bulma

“…fine Gohan you’re right but please hurry back ok.” Bulma sighed,

“Yeah, don’t worry Bulma once Guru unlocks Gohan’s hidden potential with him and me fighting together Vegeta won’t stand a chance.” Krillin said as he started laughing

Gohan and Krillin were flying towards Guru’s house, “Man it will take awhile to get to Guru’s at this rate, but we can’t go any faster or else Vegeta will be able to sense us, he seems to be getting even stronger.” Krillin said

“Do you really think that having my hidden power unlocked will make me strong enough to fight Vegeta.” Gohan asked

“Yeah, you are a saiyan, you are Goku’s son, and you were trained by Piccolo, so you should get an even bigger power boost than I did, just trust me.” Krillin said with a smile as they continued to fly.

Gohan and Krillin had stopped and landed on an island to eat and recover their energy as Krillin told Gohan about Guru and Nail, “Krillin we have been flying for days, how much further is it?” Gohan asked

“We are still far away, but we should be far enough away that Vegeta shouldn’t sense our energy. If we go at top speed, we should get there in about an hour.” Krillin said

“That’s sounds good, and my dad should be here soon too, he might need our help.” Gohan said

“Yeah, that’s right, now let’s speed up.” Krillin said as they flew into the air quickly.

“Gohan, we made it that’s it up ahead.” Krillin said as tall peak came into view, with a house on top of it, as Krillin started laughing, they felt Vegeta closing in on them, as they came to a sudden stop, “Gohan you go on ahead, while I try and hold him off, don’t argue with me go now!”

Gohan nodded his head and flew towards the house when Gohan entered the house, he saw Dende, a big old looking Namekian sitting in a huge chair, and one that looked just like Piccolo. Gohan explained what was happening and then Guru put his hand on top of Gohan’s head, “Wow you have the most hidden power I have ever felt. I can also feel that your intentions are pure.” Guru said with a smile as Nail stepped outside to stall Vegeta.

Gohan felt power slowly rising from within him as a white aura appeared around him when all the power suddenly rose shocking Gohan, “You still have a lot of potential hidden inside of you, I’m sorry but I can’t bring it all out, this is all I can bring out of you now. If we had a few more days, I could bring more out of you, but I don’t have long for this world, don’t worry you might find someone out there who could bring out the remaining power you have.” Guru said

“Thank you, Sir this should be enough for now, I will worry about the rest later.” Gohan said as he bowed his head and went outside the house to help Krillin and Nail take on Vegeta.
